Kenzo looked at Kayrav in surprise when he saw the shock on his face upon learning that Nadia was pregnant. "Yes, she's pregnant, Kay." Kenzo patted his brother on the shoulder. "Is something wrong?" Kenzo asked again.
"This can't be," Kayrav whispered, but Kenzo could still hear him.
"How can she not be pregnant? She's married, so it's normal for her to be pregnant, Kay. Kay, maybe Nadia was never meant to be with you, so you should just forget about her and not approach her again." Kenzo felt sad seeing Kayrav—who seemed unable to accept that the girl his brother loved when they were in school was now married.
"You're wrong, Ken. It's precisely because she's pregnant that I'll try to get her back." Kayrav's gaze made Kenzo frown.
"Huh? You're really stubborn. Why do you want to approach her again? She's married, Kay, and they're going to have a child. Kay, just find another woman. Forget your first love." Kenzo felt sorry for his stepbrother's romantic fate.
"Yes, at first I wanted to stay away from Nadia because I felt I had no chance, when she didn't believe my explanation about her husband's affair, but now I have a better chance of getting Nadia back, Ken." Kayrav looked at Kenzo with a crooked smile.
"What do you mean, Kay?" Kenzo looked confused at his brother's words.
Kayrav patted his brother on the shoulder. "Nadia is pregnant, and it's my baby, Kenzo," he said.
"What? Are you serious, Kay?" Kenzo's eyes widened at what Kayrav had just said. "Have you and Nadia been in a serious relationship, Kay?" Kenzo asked hesitantly.
"Yes, Nadia and I slept together, Ken. We did it accidentally, but I really enjoyed that night. For me, it was a very beautiful night that I will never forget for the rest of my life." Kayrav's face seemed to imagine the beautiful night he spent with Nadia.
"Oh my God! You're crazy, Kay." Kenzo held his head in his hands when he heard what his brother said.
"I will get Nadia back and my baby too. This is my goal now and I will get them both," said Kayrav, sounding very firm and serious.
Kenzo couldn't believe any of this, but how could Kayrav be so sure that the child Nadia was carrying was his? Nadia must have had sex with her husband many times, right?

A few days later at home, Nadia was experiencing morning sickness. She couldn't even get out of bed because she was too weak to do anything.
"Nadia, did you make breakfast for me? Why have you been sleeping all this time? I have to go to Kay's office for an important meeting." Razel's face looked annoyed as he tied his tie.
Nadia, still wrapped in a blanket, tried to get up, but because she was so weak, she ended up sitting back down on the bed.
"I'm sorry, Razel, I don't feel well and I haven't been able to prepare breakfast for you," Nadia said softly.
Razel snorted in annoyance, looking at Nadia, whose condition was very irritating to him.
"I already told you to abort the baby. I really don't like being bothered by sick people. I have a lot of work to do and I don't want to be bothered with this problem, Nadia!" Razel said angrily.
"Razel, I've already said I won't abort my pregnancy. What's wrong with this baby? He's your child," Nadia said with a trembling voice. She couldn't hold back her tears anymore.
"It's not my child because I don't want to have children at all. You're the one who's stupid and probably did it on purpose to get pregnant. Listen, Nadia! If you get pregnant, your body will become fat and ugly, and I don't like seeing my wife like that, especially since you'll definitely be sick all the time and have to go to the doctor every month to check on your pregnancy, and all of that costs a lot of money. I've already paid for your father's medical treatment. There was some help from my father, but do you want to keep causing trouble for me and my family because of your family?" Razel said right in Nadia's face.
"Razel, once I'm feeling better, I'll go back to the café to work again. I'll cover the costs of my prenatal checkups with my salary." Nadia tried to wipe away her tears.
"It's up to you! Just don't interfere with the business I've just started. I want to be a successful entrepreneur like Kay, who I never thought would become as successful as he is today."
To be honest, Razel has been jealous ever since he found out about Kayrav—his former schoolmate and classmate who used to be ugly and often looked down on by other friends, but now his life has changed dramatically.
"I promise I won't interfere with your work, but let me carry this child until he is born into the world. I love this child very much, and even our parents will surely be happy to hear the news of my pregnancy."
"You tell them because I'm too lazy to talk about this." Razel grabbed his bag and stormed out of the room angrily.
Nadia could only cry sadly in her room. She felt like she didn't know her husband anymore. Usually, her husband was so gentle and pampered her, and every time he woke up, he would always tell her he loved her, but since finding out she was pregnant, things had suddenly changed for the worse. Her husband even chose to sleep away from her.
"Why does Razel hate this baby so much? This is his child too. He should be happy to become a father." Nadia looked very sad.
Razel left for work with Gizel. He picked up his adopted sister from his parents' house. Razel also hadn't told his parents that his wife was pregnant.
"Honey, don't frown like that. We're going to attend an important meeting at Kay's big company." Gizel kissed Razel's lips softly.
Razel, who of course liked Gizel's kiss, kissed her back affectionately.
"You always know how to calm me down." Razel's hand gently wiped the red lipstick from Gizel's lips.
"You must be annoyed seeing your wife at home."
"You're right. She's been sick since she got pregnant and she never serves me well, she can't even make breakfast," said Razel in an annoyed tone.
"Then let's eat at our favorite restaurant before going to Kay's office, how about it?" asked Gizel, kissing Razel's lips once more. They were currently in the car waiting for the traffic light to turn green.
Once the light turned green, they immediately headed to their favorite restaurant. Upon arriving, Razel was seen holding Gizel's hand affectionately as they entered the restaurant.
"Isn't that Razel and Gizel?" said Tita, who was standing not far from Razel's destination restaurant.
