With Suna winning the first confrontation, Iwa did not respond happily. They prepared a large number of ninjas to defeat Suna and avenge the fallen.

Though they weren't the only ones, while all this was happening, the other villages didn't stay still and began attacking each other. For example, Konoha against Kumo and Kiri.

Kumo and Kiri who had formed an alliance to avoid fighting each other and focus all their strength on the same target: Konoha managed to put them at a slight disadvantage, placing themselves in a better position against Konoha

With Suna, they had to call the Kazekage for more strength against Iwa's jinchūriki who, together make it almost impossible for Arata to win, And Rasa being blocked by Kitsuchi would leave him in a bad state that's even getting him kill would be a big loss to Suna.

With the arrival of the Third Kazekage, Ōnoki the Third Tsuchikage did not stay in his village either.

He also arrived on the battlefield, giving many Iwa ninjas more strength to defend their territory and prevent the Kazekage from making his moves.

Though while all this was happening, in a place where the war seemed not to exist, Daigo was running while earth spikes emerged from the ground attempting to pierce him.

But this was no longer the same Daigo from the first time. This time he dodged the attacks as if he knew exactly where they would come from even counterattacking to avoid being hit.

"That's enough for today," Daisen's voice said, watching as Daigo and ZōYū returned from training.

"That was a good warm-up, ZōYū," Daigo said, wiping sweat and dirt from his face.

"Same here you've improved a lot with your seismic sense. Now I have to confuse you to catch you," ZōYū said, looking at Daigo.

"Well, I don't know how much time I've been here, but we train every day so obviously I'll improve," Daigo replied to ZōYū, who nodded.

"Since you arrived, about two months have passed and that's how long it took you to master seismic sense," Daisen said, looking at Daigo.

"Huh? Two months? Time really flies. Do you know anything about the war?" Daigo asked curiously.

"Thanks to Ōshin, who is in Suna, he told me it's quite active especially Iwa against Suna, with both Kages on the battlefield having constant encounters," Daisen explained to Daigo who nodded, understanding they must be very active.

"Daigo, you told us you wanted to become the Fourth Kazekage but if you're not going to the war, how will you achieve it?" ZōYū asked curiously, wanting to know how Daigo would do it.

"You're right but I'm still not strong enough to be Kazekage. That's why I'm training. And now that I've mastered seismic sense, we can focus on other things," Daigo said, explaining to ZōYū who nodded, knowing he needed more strength to defend his village.

"That's true though you're young, so you have many years to get stronger," ZōYū said, understanding Daigo's position.

"though I have something to tell you, and I don't know if you can help me with it," Daigo said, looking at both.

"What is it? If we can, we'll help," Daisen and ZōYū said.

"I imagine you know about bloodlines, right?" Daigo asked both elephants nodded.

"I wasn't born with one, but I was able to create it. And though it's hard for me to use it, I need more training to be able to use it freely. Let me show you," Daigo said, extending his hand to create a crystal sphere.

The pink crystal sphere caught the attention of both elephants, drawing all their focus.

"Can you create crystal at will?" ZōYū asked curious.

"Well, yes and no. I can create it but it takes too much chakra, and I have to use my Earth Release, which puts a limit on it," Daigo explained.

Daisen who had been observing the crystal sphere had an idea of what Daigo had created without knowing.

"It's quite surprising that you managed to create something so unique without knowledge of Yin and Yang Chakra which is necessary to create a bloodline," Daisen explained.

"Yin and Yang I think I've heard of them, but I don't remember what they are. Can you tell me?" Daigo asked, focusing on Daisen explaination.

"I'll explain it to you. Yin is the power of the mind. It is used to 'create form from nothing.' An example of someone who uses Yin is genjutsu to create all kinds of illusions, Yin Release is used," Daisen explained.

"I understand it's more mental. And Yang would be the physical?" Daigo asked.

"That's right. Yang is the power of the body. It is used to 'give life to form.' It's mostly used in medical ninjutsu who control Yang Release to make your body's cells reproduce and heal wounds that would previously be impossible," Daisen said.

"Okay so unconsciously I used Yang energy to create my Crystal Release."

"That's where you're mistaken, Daigo. In reality, you used both natures. You started with Yang to manipulate the earth and then moved to Yin to imagine how to force the earth to crystallize changing its color and transparency. The result is that by mixing the stability of Earth with Yang and then using the perfect form of Yin, Shōton is born," Daisen explained.

"Oh, I see. So I need to learn to use Yang and Yin energy to freely use Shōton, right?" Daigo asked to confirm.

"Yes though that's very complicated. And can be imposible to do it. The only person in our clan's history known to have controlled both Yang and Yin is the Sage of the Six Paths," Daisen said.

"The Sage of the Six Paths is like a god, right?"

"That's right though not as much as you think. There's a very interesting story from years ago but you're not ready to learn it yet.

You still have a long way to go though in the future you'll be able to know it. So do you want us to help you improve and use Shōton?"

"It would be an honor, Daisen. I've been training my Water nature with my sensei Todo to help me manipulate chakra better and it seems to have worked," Daigo said.

"That makes sense. To understand Yin and Yang, you need to know about the other phases of chakra though thanks to research, there are ways to learn it without having to learn all the elements," Daisen said.

"What's that way?" Daigo asked.

"It's learning to use genjutsu and medical jutsu those require mostly Yin and Yang chakra. But I'm not the best at that. For genjutsu, my daughter can teach you. For medical jutsu, it would be ZōYū's brother who is the most talented among us."

"Where can I find them? In all the time I've been here, I haven't seen anyone else but you two."

"Don't worry I'll take you to where my mom and my brother are. Which one do you want to learn first?" ZōYū asked lifting Daigo and placing him on his back.

"Hmm… I think medical jutsu would be harder so it's better to do that first," Daigo said, looking at ZōYū.

"Well, let's go toward Iron. Grandpa, see you later," ZōYū said running off at quite a fast speed for his size.

Daigo who barely reacted in time to hold onto ZōYū's clothes to avoid falling looked around while holding on.

He couldn't deny it this was the best place he had ever seen. And during all the time he had been here, he had felt very connected to nature.

And that's when an idea came to him that would achieve Daigo's first objective: to become strong enough to be Kazekage and have more freedom to do things for the village.

With Crystal Release, he could create giant crops in the desert to help provide food for Suna and perhaps create a giant dome over Suna if possible make Suna the most beautiful place in the world, with trees, a river running through the village, making a place where people would never think a dessert would have

That would also help with money since many people would come to Suna to see the village, and security would be stronger.

He could also learn fūinjutsu to reinforce the crystal dome so it would be almost unbreakable powered by enough chakra to repair itself.

Though all this would be for the future or when he mastered Yin and Yang chakra.

So the journey continued until finally ZōYū stopped in a clearing surrounded by trees whose bark seemed made of silver. In the center, next to a hot spring that emitted constant steam, rested a figure.

"We've arrived, Daigo. Let me introduce you to my brother, Iron," ZōYū said respectfully, looking at Iron.

Daigo got down from ZōYū's back and looked toward Iron. Iron was much taller than ZōYū though small compared to Daisen. His skin was a dark ash-gray, marked by ancient seals that seemed carved directly into it.

He wore a forest-green silk haori with golden edges, and on his back he carried a giant scroll similar to summoning ones, though surely full of techniques or medical knowledge. On his forehead, he wore a red cloth.

The most striking thing were his tusks which seemed to glow with a green hue at all times, giving the sensation of being constantly active with chakra though it didn't seem to bother Iron, who was writing something with his trunk and a giant brush on paper.

"So this is Daigo the one Grandpa told me about and now he wants to understand the secrets of life," Iron's voice was normal compared to the previous two ZōYū's a bit higher-pitched and Daisen's very deep.

"Grandpa has told me about your ambitions, Daigo. You want to learn healing to improve your Yang chakra control and be able to use Shōton but in reality, what will you do once you obtain it? Will you use it to become stronger and defeat your enemies, or something else?" Iron asked without stopping writing.

"My main idea is to become strong enough to protect myself and my village but I have many ideas that my Shōton can help improve life in Suna and its inhabitants. If I can learn it, it would be to survive the war and then improve Suna in every way I can with my Shōton," Daigo replied sharing his idea.

At those words, Iron who haven't been watching since Daigo arrived set the brush down and looked at him.

"It's a noble goal you have, Daigo for someone your age. Though Yang chakra is not a simple tool that's easy to learn."

"Listen carefully, Daigo. Medical ninjutsu is not simply 'healing.' It is the manipulation of vital energy to accelerate cellular regeneration. Normal chakra is like a hammer that strikes; medical chakra is like the finest thread that must sew a wound without tearing the tissue. To master your Shōton, you must first understand how to infuse 'life' into inert matter like earth. That is the Yang element."

Iron extended his trunk and pointed to a small wilted flower growing between the rocks.

"If you apply too much chakra, you'll burn it. If you apply too little, nothing will happen. You must find the exact frequency at which your energy resonates with the plant's cells."

Iron made a gesture and from a nearby pool extracted a small fish that seemed to be dying, placing it in a stone bowl in front of Daigo.

"Your first training is to observe. This fish is dying little by little thanks to the wound it received surely from an animal in the river.

Normally this type of wound would be easy to heal if it had been recent but observing shows it has been weeks since he received it," Iron explained just by looking while Daigo gave his full attention to the explanation.

"The next step as a medic is to observe the subject's state. This fish is barely staying alive so we must act before its last strength leaves it.

Normally you would use your hands but I have learned a unique way thanks to fūinjutsu: healing using my tusks. Watch," Iron said bringing one of his tusks close to the fish.

Being close, the tusk didn't even need to make contact a green light began emanating from the tusk, striking directly at the wound. In one second, The fish's previous wound began to recover. Daigo putting all his focus on the wound noted how the previously dead tissue seemed to come to life.

Covering the dead skin, and a new perfect one emerged for seconds later, the fish was in perfect condition including its shiny scales.

Iron having finished deactivated the light from his tusk and threw the fish back into the sea not without the fish poking its head out to thank Iron before swimming away quickly.

"That is the progress of saving a life. Take the day easy today. Tomorrow we'll start with the basics knowledge then we'll begin training with small animals and increase the level," Iron said to Daigo.

"I'll go now. I just thought of a new technique. If you need anything else, Daigo, tell Iron he'll call me. See you," ZōYū said disappearing in a second, leaving both alone.

Iron only pointed his trunk toward a direction where Daigo noticed it was a house built into a mountain it was big, but better than sleeping outside.

Without wasting time, he headed there to find a place to rest.
