Sunny POV
"Wait wait so are we gonna ignore that he got a first name at his first nightmare and is ranked first?" I asked Cassia while pointing toward Alan.
"Already knew" Cassia shrugged.
"How the hell did you even achieve that? And don't look at me like I am the weird one" I asked Alan who was clearly amused by my reaction like I was the weird one.
"Mine was quite peaceful, I just poisoned everyone" Alan said as if it was normal.
"Bro that's not normal, who the hell poison everyone just to escape" I asked stupidly.
Alan in a mock offence face said "My friend you literally took clothes from dead people"
"Yeah but mine was for a different reason-" I was suddenly interrupted by the bell which means lunch was over.
"Oh Sunny it seems like we should go to class now. You go I will help Cassie" Alan said to me in a friendly voice.
I nodded and left for my class.
Alan POV
"Cassie I know you are introverted but you should have at least talked with him properly now he might think you are weird" I told Cassie but she just shrugged.
"Looks like we got a new friend but I want you to make more friends because-", " Because nobody survives in the dream realm alone right? " Cassie interrupted me.
"Yes and you should never stop training it will help you alot" I told Cassie in a strict voice.
"Cassie when we arrive in the dream realm the first thing we should do is to find each other and have each other back ok? " I said to Cassie.
"Um" Cassie nodded
"Ok we are here get in, I should go to my class now" I told Cassie as I went toward my class.
3rd person POV
"Yes my friend we will survive, together with us having each other back" Cassie muttered with a smile.
In the combat class, Professor Rock was looking at the whole class and shouted loud enough for everyone to hear
"Everyone line up! You all have to punch the machine in front of you with all your might and it will tell you your score"
Everyone lined up and punched the machine but most of them got score between 10-15.
Finally it was Changing Star turn, she punched and the score showed 16 which was quite disappointing as everyone expected more from someone who got a True Name.
Then a Legacy from Han Li clan came and got a score of 21 which quickly got everyone attention and the legacy was praised by everyone.
Lastly it was Love Of Heaven turn, everyone was looking at him Whether he would also disappoint like Changing Star but they can only say it in their mind.
Love of Heaven came in front of everyone and throw a casual punch, this displeased everyone even the professor was displeased but the score shocked everyone. It recorded 30.
The whole room was filled with question. "How did he get a score 30!" A sleeper asked in a shocked tone but Love Of Heaven just shrugged and went to his sitting spot.
The professor quickly calmed himself and shouted
"We are about to spar, I would like two volunteers! "
Changing Star raised her hand and a bulky boy raised his hand.
"Ok go to the court and fight"
"You know I got a score of 17 which is higher than yours Miss Changing Star" The bulky boy said sarcastically trying to rage bait Changing Star but got fumbled so fast it left even the professor embarrassed
Changing Star continued to fumble everyone until the Legacy from Han Li clan defeated her using his aspect which makes him faster.
"Ok Sleeper Love Of Heaven come to the court, you are the last one left" The professor called Alan Smith.
Alan POV
After hearing my True Name called I went to the court. I was facing Caster from the Han Li clan. He was just like other legacies a sucker and that made me smile in delight because I get to beat a sucker.
Both me and Caster took a stance and were waiting for the ring.
"Start" I heard the professor saying.
Caster quickly uses his aspect and tries to knock me on by back from behind but I just held his hand before he could try that stunt again and slammed him right on the ground.
I could hear everyone thought they were surprised but not shocked and I just smiled and left the court.
While leaving I saw a quiet shadow peeking at our matches and I know Sunny was behind this shadow.
I gave a smile and waved toward the shadow.
3rd Person POV
In the other room. Sunny was shocked to see his newly made friend just one shooting a legacy. But suddenly his friend Alan just waved at his shadow. Which made Sunny even more shocked and he realized 'this guy is dangerous'.
Alan POV
A month has passed and In that month I practised the 2 new Aspects I just got.
Sunny's aspect allows my shadow to strengthen me and gives me a great scope in scouting whereas Changing Star's aspect allows me to heal.
And I finally understand what my echo needs. This mf literally eats my memories and gets stronger. Which made me quite confused but I realized I can keep feeding him dormant or awakened memories.
And after feeding him 250 memories he was now a fallen titan.
Now that made me happy, the 250 memories were worth it which made me shed a small tear.
During those 1 month our friend cycle which consists of me, Sunny and Cassie keep having fun and interact with each other but for some reason I felt like Cassie was somewhat clingy towards me but I ignored that feeling.
It's now the last day of our Academic life.
Professor Rock gave a speech to motivate us and led us to our sleeping pod.
As we were walking toward our pod before sleeping, We three looked at each other and together said the same thing " whoever didn't support each other in the dream realm is gay."
After saying this we all three had a nice laugh and went to our pods.
My eyes were feeling heavy, I couldn't open my eyes properly and I fell asleep.
