I honestly am quite lucky but for some reason the amount of coincidences happening to me is very absurd.
Like in my First Nightmare within three days I got a awakened titan, then I got my Legacy exactly when I was about to be devoured by that damn tree now I got a Echo right before reaching the human.
Is this also a play of Gods? I quickly distracted myself as thinking about that topic would give me a damn headache.
As I reach the land I jumped of my boat and summon Ray, I continued my journey to the nearest humans possible. After almost 4 months of continous trouble with no human interaction, I could finally see a human.
This thought made me so happy I almost shed a tear. The thought of my friend was almost forgotten by me due to continous trouble where did Cassie and Sunny got send to?, I hope they survive and hoped if they met they followed the code.
"Ray go full speed, I am coming!" I shouted in delight which quickly got the attention of the nearby abomination but when they tried to attack they saw a terrifying white lion about 6 meters who was also a Fallen Titan.
They ran away faster than they arrived. This scene made me laugh at the top of Ray.
After Running for a full 2 days I quickly a human settlement. I quickly desummoned Ray and was about to talk with them when I saw a Cohort of people who were giving the people food.
Leading the Cohort was Changing Star, behind her were a group of sleepers and at the end was Cassie and Sunny. My face instantly lit up my friends were here so I didn't have to find them anymore.
I wanted to greet them with a big hug together but when I saw their faces I instantly frozed I hesitated after seeing their face, the cheerfulness of Cassie was gone and what left behind was a fake smile which was telling me she was scheming something behind that smile.
Whereas Sunny looked very gloomy. I saw people ignore both Sunny and Cassie as they quickly began to give away the food from their hunt.
Just what has happened during those 3 months? I couldn't help but question myself. But I was angry at myself while I was enjoying making new ways to make food, paddling at the dark sea my friends were suffering in this hell hole doing there everything to survive.
'If only I had come sooner' I clenched my hand as that same thought keep coming to my mind. I realized I had been growing ignorant forgetting about my friends suffering and taking the Nightmare Trial lightly.
I left the crowd and quickly send out my shadows to gather information about this place and how to escape.
After a full day of gathering information I realized the place I was summoned in was called Forgotten Shore and basically a no return hellhole, or haven't found the return.
The place I was currently in was the outskirts and there was a castle which also sheltered people but you need to pay a fine.
Even in this hell people are still doing business. I could only sigh at the absurdity of the place.
The sun was about to set, so I quickly set up a small camp fire far from the human settlement and made myself a tent and went to sleep with Ray gaurding me.
After waking up, I quickly send out my shadows to keep a check on my friends.
But all I saw was Sunny being ignored by everyone and.... Cassie being right in front of me sitting together with Changing Star near my Campfire.
I couldn't understand why Ray didn't stop them but then I realized I had told him to not harm her or Sunny during my stay in the Academy.
" Hello Cassie" I said in a low voice lower than I expected
