At this very moment, in a standard building at the X-Men base, the first-floor lobby had been transformed into a lively mutant party hall.

The room was brightly lit, and several young mutants were releasing their energy without restraint, reveling in the noisy celebration.

When Lancelot entered, he saw Dragonfly girl Salvador at the center, performing a sweet dance amid a flurry of jeers from the crowd. Several men's eyes sparkled, their cheeks flushed with excitement.

Mystique Raven looked at the men disdainfully, a smirk forming on her lips. "Behold, this is what a man should be. Whether mutant or human, it's a kind of virtue."

"Hey, Raven, now it's your turn to show off your beauty."

"Crow, crow, crow."

"Mystery, mystery."

Several young mutants, hearing Raven's provocation, began jeering again. They were well aware of her mutant powers.

"Does it look good? Does it look good like this?" Raven drank the wine in one gulp, and her skin instantly turned blue. She lifted her head and stared at her companions.

"Raven, don't spoil the surprise."

"Yeah, Raven, really… you scared me."

Seeing Raven's blue skin, several young mutants felt discouraged. Even Hank, who secretly admired her, turned his face away.

"What you need is a normal girl, not a blue monster," Raven said, lowering her head in disappointment as she glanced at her scaled, sapphire skin. Her gaze reflected her own self-loathing.

"This body is a masterpiece of nature. Why don't you like it?" A stranger's voice, full of admiration, echoed through the room just then.

The young mutants paused, turning toward the source of the voice. A handsome Asian man, clad in an elegant robe, stood in the room, gazing at Raven with deep affection.

Click.

Beast Hank leaped from the light rail, shutting off the lights and drawing the curtains. The previously dim room was suddenly bathed in bright light.

"Who are you?" Siren Sean Cassidy, slightly intoxicated, rubbed his sleepy eyes and stared at Lancelot, stunned for a long moment before asking.

Lancelot ignored the young mutant's question. His eyes were fixed solely on Mystique Raven as he strode past Sean Cassidy toward her.

"Mel Falk, I'm talking to you," Sean shouted, feeling embarrassed at being ignored.

Bang.

Before Sean could react, a massive figure appeared before him. Victor, two meters tall and as imposing as an iron tower, blocked his way. Sean's neck was instantly grabbed.

Victor coldly seized Sean Cassidy by the throat, lifting him like a chicken. His left hand extended its claw.

"Victor." Only then did Lancelot finally shift his gaze from Raven and wave at Victor.

At Lancelot's signal, Victor casually released Sean Cassidy, who collapsed heavily to the floor.

"Are you a mutant?" The young mutants seemed to awaken from a dream. Raven stared at Lancelot in shock; his blood-red eyes, like rubies, were more dazzling than any real gem.

Raven momentarily lost her composure.

"As you can see, I am also a mutant. You may call me Lancelot, or Mr. Lancelot," he said, standing before her.

Raven's body was covered in blue scales, her skin a vivid contrast to everyone else in the room. Lancelot's eyes were filled with admiration. The scaled patterns on her body were aesthetically pleasing, her curves graceful and supple, far surpassing any human female's physique.

"What a perfect body," Lancelot said sincerely.

"Mr. Lancelot… are you… talking about me?" Raven asked, moved by the genuine praise.

It was the first time someone had complimented her blue skin.

Raven could tell that this handsome Asian man's admiration was sincere, and her long-held insecurities melted into gratitude.

For years, Charles Xavier had insisted that Raven hide her blue body to avoid frightening humans. Over time, she had grown to dislike her skin, dreaming instead of the pale tone of human girls. Yet, she still longed for recognition of her unique form.

Now, she had heard it.

"Of course, beautiful girl. You should never despise your body. It's beautiful, truly beautiful in my eyes," Lancelot said, gently caressing her cheek.

For Lancelot, Mystique was an ideal partner—not just because she could transform into any woman, but because her physique and flexibility exceeded human standards.

As Lancelot put it: "You desire an avatar."

"Lancelot? You're the newly recruited mutant of the professor?" Beast Hank, jealous of Raven's gaze, glared fiercely at Lancelot and repeated the question.

"Unfortunately, your professor abandoned me," Lancelot replied, giving Hank a cold glance. His tone carried lingering resentment toward Charles Xavier and Magneto.

"I'm very interested in the X-Men Charles created, but today you disappoint me," Lancelot said, surveying the young mutants in the room: Mystique Raven, Beast Hank, Siren Sean Cassidy, Shocker Alex, Dragonfly Salvador, and Darwin.

Their mutant powers were indeed strong, but their abilities only reached the basic level of mutants.

Ipsilon, Delta, Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Omega—the classic ranking of mutant power.

But Lancelot did not follow these rankings. Instead, he classified mutants into six tiers: Level 1 through Level 6, the latter reserved for the strongest.

Most of the mutants before him were around Level 3–4, yet their mastery remained at Level 1.

Wolverine Logan and Sabretooth Victor had reached the peak of Level 4, about to enter Level 5.

Professor Xavier, Magneto, Sebastian Shaw, and the White Queen Emma Frost had achieved Level 5—the first tier of elite mutants.

Lancelot's own mutation might be theoretically Level 1, but thanks to his system plugin, his "Eye Technique" ability elevated him to the first tier of Level 5 mutants.
