In just a few days, William found nothing new. Other than some small things, Gray had almost no information about him while Violet had a whole Wikipedia page on her.
Even with that, their past is nothing. Which made William particularly mad because he couldn't help but be curious even more on what these influential people are hiding from the general public.
He just decided to buy a ticket for the circus online to ensure that he can at least get inside legally...
That was until he realized all the tickets were sold out. So with a heavy heart, he went to an online shopping website to buy a ticket which were worth more than ten times what they were originally sold for.
"Scalpers should go to hell... 320£ is just a crime."
He gripped the ticket in his hand, remembering how he hard he haggled for it, yet he couldn't even get it below 300£, it's basically highway robbery.
With a sigh, William stood up, the circus should already be setting up. It'll start in two days, so he'll just have to get more information, maybe he can even get an interview already then sell the ticket to at least get some of his money back.
He shook his head, no matter what happens, he won't stoop so low that he'll be at the level of those scalpers.
So, William fixed his clothes—a suit that was given to him by Miss Farah—and walked towards the door. With a deep breath, he grabbed the handle and opened it.
"It's time to actually work."

At the Circus location, what William expected was the tent still being hoisted up, maybe it wasn't even being started on yet, but what he saw shocked him.
A translucent reddish dome covered the entire area, inside, the tent was being held up by what seemed to be air. Also the tent was already up, with the performers and staff all around not even batting an eye at what was happening.
"Is... This a Conviction?"
William steeled his resolve and walked towards the dome. Lifting up a hand to touch the dome but his arm simply fell through the dome.
He then fully walked inside, steps slow and cautious. His eyes darted around, looking out for any security. Though, for some reason, he didn't see anyone who seemed like they were part of security.
"Weird... Is there someone else who got in here?"
William kept avoiding any eyes, which was easier than expected because they seemed to be completely carefree. Maybe it's because of the Crayson siblings, but they weren't here right now.
Without any answers to the hundreds of questions in his head, he finally came close to the tent. Looking up, he finally got a good look at such a unique thing.
Green and blue alternating colors with several physics breaking parts like that there's a balcony somehow, someone was even up there, proving that it does work as a balcony.
He couldn't even wrap his head around it, because looking inside, there were no bars holding the tent up, there was also somehow no wind that could blow away the tent.
When met with such unknown, William felt both fear and curiosity. Fear of the unknown and curiosity to figure out said unknown.
Without even thinking, a hand moved to grab the fabric of the tent, only for him to suddenly be stopped by someone seemingly appearing in between him and the tent, accidentally touching their stomach.
With slight hint of annoyance, William slowly looked up to see who had stopped him...
His eyes widened as he saw a familiar face. Wearing a red and green leotard, long green hair flowing behind her, purple eyes focused only on him with a large grin.
"M-miss Violet..?"
A gulp came from William as he quickly moved his hand off of her stomach. He already knew that something was gonna happen to him, he just hopes he won't create a problem for Miss Farah.
As William expected to be kicked, punch, or something like that...
A giggle came from the taller girl infront of him before he felt her hand pat his head.
"Eh?"
With a confused look, William backed away before suddenly, he'd return back to his previous location.
Without even any chance to ask questions, Violet picked him up from his shoulders.
"You're coming with me, signore!"
William couldn't even struggle as Violet started walking through the grounds, noticing some of the staff and performers waving at her.
Violet would wave back, sometimes saying 'Ciao!' before going back to bringing me to wherever.
He also noted that not a single person even questioned her on why she was carrying someone, they'd sometimes just nod at him.
Soon enough, she'd stop at another tent, much smaller than the main circus tent and also colored purple.
"Why did you bring me here?"
William finally managed to utter those words, causing Violet to widen her smile and place him on the ground.
"Mister intruder, we're here to see what to do with you!"
"Ah..."
William only sighed before looking at the opening in the small tent. Footsteps came from the inside, which was unnaturally dark.
Then, a man William recognized came out, wearing a white suit and a tophat with an eye patch to cover one of his eyes.
"Gray Crayson..?"
"Grande fratello!"
