[Interview 2: Val Legato]
William: "Miss Legato, before any questions, are you ready?"
Val: "Ready as I can be."
William: "Then I'll be starting the interview."
William: "Why did you leave the British government? I'm sure you could've gone even higher if you didn't."
Val: "That's simple, too much paperwork. It's boring."
William: "Hm, then what do you do nowadays?"
Val: "Travel, I already made a lot of money, so why not just live comfortably?"
William: "Then what was your favorite place that you've visited?"
Val: "Ooo~ That's a hard one... France was nice, though I couldn't see the Eiffel tower... Russia was a fun experience, but too cold... Oh, have you been in Italy? It's got some of the best food and landmarks I've ever seen."
William: "Huh, alright, I guess I'll note that down..."
William: "Then about your Conviction—"
Val: "Mark's on my feet, Enjoyment, and I can hear music from everyone."
William: "...Huh?"
Val: "That's the answer to all your questions, dear."
William: "Ah, right... Wait, on your feet?"
Val: "Oh my, are you going to try to get me to show my feet on camera? How naughty~"
William: "N-no! I was just— Nevermind—"
William (Clearing his throat): "Next question..."
William: "What did you do before you gained your Conviction?"
Val: "I was still in school so... Yeah, just regular school stuff."
William: "What about your parents?"
Val: "Oh... Them. Hm, can I skip this one?"
William: "Yes, of course!"
Val: "Good, next question please."
William: "Um... How exactly did you calm down the entirety of Europe?"
Val: "My Conviction lets me affect plenty of people, I just used that."
William: "And what does your Conviction do exactly?"
Val: "Well... Are you familiar with Evolution?"
William: "Evolution? I don't believe so."
Val: "Well, Convictions aren't just simple things. They grow and they can eventually evolve. Evolution can remove restrictions or even add new abilities that you can use."
William: "And how does one attain evolution?"
Val: "Control, strength, and belief mostly."
William: "Huh... Wait, what about the first question I asked?"
Val: "Well, the ability I used was thanks to my evolution. My Conviction lets me hear music and if I time my movements to that music, I am successful in what I'm doing."
William: "Is that why you're always tapping something?"
Val: "Yep. My evolution let me extend that to other people, so I just did it so Europe would calm down."
William: "Hm..."
Val: "That should be the end, yes?"
William: "Yes, you are free to go now Miss Legato."
Val: "Alright, thank you for your hospitality."
And Miss Legato left, leaving William alone.
