Without any warning, Violet would suddenly jump to hug Gray, just kinda leaving William there.
"Gray! Gray! I found an intruder!"
Gray, of course, would fall over thanks to the sudden weight pressing against him.
"Agh... Violet, I told you I can't catch you—"
His eyes landed on William, which would cause him to slowly stand up, Violet still clinging onto him.
"You, you're the intruder Violet was talking about, right?"
William could only gulp as he scratched the back of his head.
"I actually just got the date of the show wrong, I'll beat be going now—"
Before even taking a step, he'd suddenly freeze in place. Not of his own doing, but literally just freeze in place.
He couldn't move any part of his body, eventually, he even started to suffocate.
"Oh, oops."
The tall girl said before her right shoulder would glow red slightly and William could move, or more importantly, breathe again.
"HAH—"
William fell on all fours, hyperventilating because he felt— No...
He nearly died.
With shaky eyes, William slowly looked up to the siblings looking down at him.
"Sorry... I just meant to stop you from moving."
Violet scratched the back of her head apologetically, kneeling to just pat his back.
"Don't touch him, who knows where he's been? He might even be sent by Eris as well."
William stiffened at that, causing Violet to just stop before standing up.
"Gray... He's being suspicious."
A hand would grab William by his nape, forcing him to look directly at Gray and Violet directly.
"Violet, send us somewhere we can't be seen."
Without even any hesitation, Violet's shoulder glowed once again and they were gone.

And now, William was here. Tied to a chair with a knife just poking his back.
"I-I'm not with Eris or Arin! I'm a journalist who just wanted an interview with you two!"
Gray would simply scoff before tapping at the back of William's right hand—his conviction mark.
"You're telling me a Conviction-bearer would just want an interview with us? Violet told me all about it; how you were sneaking around, trespassed on our property, you even touched her."
William's eyes lit up at the accusations, feeling the knife behind his back inching closer.
"W-wa-wait! I didn't mean to— I swear I'm not bad I'll do anything to—"
Gray moved back as he looked at Violet, who was now grinning widely.
"Anything, hm?"
"Y-yes! I'll do anything to prove myself!".
Then, the knife would disappear from his back and so did the restraints on him.
"Okay, Piccolo Intruso! Prove you're not evil!"
William let go of a breath he didn't even realize he was holding in, eyes looking up at Violet and Gray, both eyes focused on him.
What could be the easiest way to do this? William then remembered something.
"Okay, I'll show you,"
He put his hand inside of his pocket, looking for what could prove that he didn't mean any harm.
Then, with a light thud, he put his phone down to show the two of them who he was.
On the screen, there was the message history of him and Miss Farah.
Gray was the first to realize what the shorter boy wanted to do.
"So you work for that gatta... Alright."
"Huh?"
That came from both William and Violet, both with confused expressions.
Gray turned towards their faces, already guessing what they were thinking about.
"I'm not some sort of evil maniac who just ignores the most obvious evidence for his own agenda."
Then he shot a glare at William, causing said boy to gulp once more.
"Though, I still don't appreciate that you put your hands on Violet, since it was an accident, you get a warning."
Then Violet interjected.
"Wait, but I never told you it was an accident."
The white haired boy just looked at Violet like it was obvious. When he was met by another confused look, he explained.
"If he actually touched you maliciously, he wouldn't even be breathing right now."
The realization hit Violet like a mallet, she slapped her hands together to emphasize it.
"Oh, yeah, right!"
"Maybe even worse if you feel especially angry."
"I probably would've tried to turn him inside out, I haven't done that yet, right?"
"Mhm, that definitely would've been interesting..."
In the middle of these two siblings talking to each other, William was still sitting on the chair, sweating.
What he was hearing left him terrified, why wouldn't it? He just stared at the ground and thanked whatever god might exist for sparing him from such a faith.
What snapped William out of this was Violet calling for him.
"Hey! Piccolo Intruso! You still haven't answered why you wanted to come here yet!"
William looked up at her, realizing that he hadn't actually explained why he was here.
With a tired sigh, William opened his mouth.
"Miss Farah sent me to get an interview from either one of you, and my name's William Hoard."
Violet's ears twitched when she heard the word interview, her grin dropping slightly.
"Aww... I'm tired of all the interviews."
"Then I could interview your brother..?"
William's eyes turned towards Gray, who wore a thinking expression.
Then, Gray simply nodded.
"If she won't do it, fine, you can interview me, under some special conditions."
"Of course!"
William immediately accepted the deal, he just wanted this over with at this point.
