Scene Opens: Nezu Asking the True Question
The students are tired, overwhelmed, or in Chihuahua-Bakugo's case, furiously vibrating inside the Cosmic Puppy Pound.Aizawa is still half-asleep, lazily abusing the "Annoying Sound Button" every time someone breathes too loudly.All Might is trying not to panic while staring at the bottled One For All, hanging from the shelf like a jar of pickles.
NEZU clears his throat.
Nezu: "Excuse me, Infinite Hotel… Alex… I would like clarification. What exactly are your rules? Not your abilities. Not your upgrades. Your actual rules."
Alex stops mid-laugh (he had just Banana-Peeled Kaminari again).With a snap, the lights brighten over the lobby wall — and the real rules appear, carved into the stone like divine commandments.
The students freeze.
Aizawa stops pressing his button.
All Might straightens up slightly.
Chihuahua Bakugo growls, but the muzzle prevents anything intelligible from escaping.

Instant chaos.
Mineta tries to swear → he is automatically censored with squeaks.
Jirō swears → gets censored.
Yaoyorozu tries to say "damn" → becomes "d— beep."
ALL of this stops when the class realizes:
Chihuahua Bakugo can't swear at all.
He tries.
His muzzle censors him AND squeaks.
The entire class laughs.Alex smirks.
Rule 4: All injuries and fatigue are healed upon entering.
Aizawa immediately perks up.
Aizawa: "Wait. You mean… my back pain… my sleep deprivation… my shoulder injury… are gone?"
Alex nods.
Aizawa nearly cries.
Meanwhile Midoriya is spiraling:
Izuku: "If… if genetic conditions are healed… does that mean— does that count as— does that— does— IS THIS A QUIRK OR—"
Tenya grabs him before he explodes.
Rule 5: You must pay upfront or before leaving.
Alex flips a cosmic clipboard.
Alex: "Breakfast comes out to 1,200 yen per student.Teachers get a veteran discount.Chihuahua forms get no discount whatsoever."
Chihuahua Bakugo flips over the entire dog bowl.
