Tenya Iida wakes up at precisely 5:00 AM, performs his morning exercises, dresses in his school uniform, and begins his disciplined march to U.A.
Everything is perfectly normal—
Until he stops dead in his tracks.
A… hotel?
A hotel that DEFINITELY wasn't here yesterday sits planted in the middle of the walkway. A small glowing sign on the front says:
VACANCY
The part that would say NO is unlit.
Iida freezes, glasses catching the morning light as panic floods his entire nervous system.
Iida's conclusion (in-character, immediate, wrong):
"This must be—A VILLAIN FRONT! A HIDEOUT! A BASE DISGUISED AS A LODGING FACILITY!"
He begins shaking violently.
"This is outrageous! This is ILLEGAL! This violates city zoning laws AND school safety protocols!"
He pulls out his phone and begins dialing Aizawa with the urgency of a man calling the police about a bomb.
⭐ POV: Izuku Midoriya (Arriving 2 minutes later)
Izuku jogs toward the school, sees Iida frozen in place, and then sees the hotel.
He gasps so hard it sounds like a squeak.
In milliseconds, his brain launches into Overdrive Mode.
He grabs his notebook and starts muttering rapidly:
"No record of dimensional distortion on campus…"
"No reports of new construction…"
"No quirk signatures detected from outside…"
"Could be a villain lab… or an experimental support-item storage hub…"
"The architecture doesn't match anything in Japan…"
"Signage is Western? Possibly American? Could this be a foreign attack?"
"Maybe the League of Villains… no wait, they don't exist publicly yet… OR DO THEY?"
"What if… WHAT IF THIS IS A NOMU BREEDING FACILITY!!?"
Izuku begins aggressively scribbling diagrams of the hotel's exterior.
⭐ POV: Ochako Uraraka (Arriving early because cafeteria breakfast is expensive)
She sees Midoriya and Iida acting insane in front of a building and immediately approaches.
"A hotel? Here?""Oh no… is this like… a villain AirBnB?"
She sniffs.
"…Wait… is that breakfast? It smells good."
Then her hunger overrides her caution for half a second.
Then she remembers she is a poor student and thus instantly paranoid again.
"…This is definitely a trap. A delicious trap."
⭐ POV: Katsuki Bakugo (Arriving early because anger doesn't sleep)
Bakugo sees:
Iida having a panic meltdown
Midoriya muttering violently
Uraraka confused
And a hotel
His conclusion is immediate and loud:
"What the HELL is THIS SHIT!?"
He slams his foot into the ground.
"This is some VILLAIN CRAP, isn't it!?"
He cracks his knuckles, grinning.
"What kinda dumbass villains build a SECRET BASE ON THE WAY TO U.A.!? THAT'S SO STUPID IT WRAPS BACK AROUND TO GENIUS!"
Bakugo is already fantasizing:
"I'll bust in, blow them up, win, and BOOM—I'm number one material. No Deku. No extras. No losers. Only me."
He pumps his fist.
"KATSUKI BAKUGO—THE HERO WHO STOPPED TWO IDIOT VILLAINS ON HIS WAY TO SCHOOL. YEAH. THAT'S MY FUTURE HEADLINE."
Before anyone can stop him—not that anyone actually CAN stop him—
Bakugo marches toward the door.
⭐ POV: Shouta Aizawa (Arriving now because Iida spam-called him)
Aizawa has bags under his eyes so deep they could contain galaxies.
He sees a hotel.
He sees four idiots.
He sighs the sigh of a man who has suffered too much for too long.
"I leave you alone for FIVE MINUTES…"
He turns to the building, eyes glowing red.
"If this is a villain hideout—good for them. They have five seconds to leave before I—"
BAKUGO:"OUTTA THE WAY ERASERHEAD, I'M ABOUT TO BE A HERO—"
He charges forward, palm glowing aggressively.
He throws his first explosion at the door.
The explosion fizzles out.
Then—
BZZZZZT.
A small ripple passes through the air.
Bakugo stops.
Freezes.
His palms go dark.
"…What… was… that?"
A black, perfectly clean marble tile appears under him.
Then a second one.
Then a third.
They spiral upward like a 3D printer being angry.
And then—
A giant, 10-foot-11-inch faceless humanoid in a formal suit manifests behind Bakugo, holding a clipboard.
⭐ POV: Alex, Avatar of the Infinite Hotel
"Rule 1: No Violence.Breaking it results in consequences."
Alex taps the clipboard.
BAKUGO SCREAMS.(Not in pain, but in sudden cosmic surprise.)
His quirk shuts off like a light switch.
He falls on his butt.
Alex continues:
"Consequences administered."
Aizawa's hands drop from his scarf.
"…What the hell ARE you?"
Midoriya's brain melts.Iida faints.Uraraka hugs a tree.
And Alex calmly turns a page:
"Now then. Who here is responsible enough to talk first?"
Everyone points to Aizawa.
Aizawa points to Nezu—who arrives sipping tea, smiling warmly, eyes twinkling with cosmic threat.
