Chapter 9 – Blood Oath and Sky-Breaking Arrow
The story begins exactly where the previous chapter ended…
Navi's weapon was finally complete.
The moment he saw it, he was stunned.
For the first time, the weapon revealed its true form—
a Dhunsh (bow-like divine weapon),
from which an overwhelmingly powerful aura was pouring out.
Even the soul of the weapon could be felt clearly.
Navi asked the system,
"What do I need to do so that this weapon accepts me as its master?"
The system replied calmly,
"You will need to offer your blood, Master."
Navi nodded and asked again,
"What skills does this weapon have?"
The system answered,
"All the skills of every monster core you have observed are embedded within this weapon."
Navi was shocked.
"Seriously? Is there any monster core still left?"
"Yes, Master. Five cores remain."
Navi said without hesitation,
"Keep them for yourself. Use them."
"Understood, Master."
The system completed the observation of the remaining cores.
Then the system spoke again—
"Master, step outside the cave and place your blood on the weapon."
Navi did exactly that.
As soon as he stepped outside and dropped a single drop of blood onto the weapon—
BOOM—!!
A massive reaction erupted.
A crimson-red aura burst out of the weapon and shot straight into the sky.
The entire sky turned blood-red.
The system spoke—
"You can now properly use the weapon, Master."
Navi asked,
"Can I place a rule on this weapon?"
A system window appeared.
"Yes, Master. Whatever rule you command, I will imprint it onto the weapon."
Navi's eyes sharpened.
"I want this weapon to be usable only by me."
"The moment I die, this weapon must also perish."
"No matter how powerful someone is, they must never use it without my will."
"Rule acknowledged, Master."
The system executed the command.
The weapon began to glow violently.
Navi then asked,
"Where is its bowstring?"
The system replied,
"It is not required, Master."
"This weapon is connected directly to your mind."
"Whatever arrow you imagine will be formed."
"And it will attack exactly as you command."
Navi smiled.
"Alright… let's test it."
The moment Navi lifted the Dhunsh and imagined an arrow—
An arrow instantly formed.
As soon as he released it—
BOOOOM—!!!
The arrow flew far ahead and exploded,
destroying a massive area in an instant.
The aura of the weapon was so intense
that even the ice monster felt it.
Somewhere far away, a powerful man clenched his fists in rage.
"Send a few men there."
"I can feel an abnormal aura."
Back at the battlefield—
Seeing the weapon's power, Navi began laughing like a madman.
"Amazing…"
"Truly amazing!"
"The time to be afraid is over!"
The system asked nervously,
"Master… why are you laughing like this?"
Even the system window felt uneasy.
But Navi continued laughing wildly.
Then Navi placed his blood on the Ring
and activated it.
Using only his mind, he unleashed the Ring's power.
A blue aura erupted from the Ring
and wrapped itself around the weapon.
In an instant—
The weapon's rank rose to Z-Rank.
A blue arrow formed on the Dhunsh.
Navi released it.
The arrow shot straight into the sky,
tearing through the heavens.
It crossed dimensions,
pierced through another planet—
And struck a massive tower in a distant world.
BOOOOOOM—!!!!
A terrifying explosion shook the area.
The powerful beings there stared in disbelief.
"Impossible…"
"Our barrier was destroyed?"
"Who can attack across worlds?"
Back at Navi's location—
The land where the arrow was fired from
was completely destroyed by its remaining aura.
Even the system stared in shock.
And then—
Navi collapsed.
He fell unconscious onto the ground.
