A skeletal shadowy figure rose out of the hole through her gut with a surgical kit on one hand and a surgical knife in the other. A little nurse cap decorating their head for some reason. Then another skeletal shadowy figure rose out of the hole through her chest with a white cloth covering their face, a bunch of golden rings decorating their hands and neck, a slight yellow glow emiting through the cloth on their face.
"How's it looking Dr. Waldman?" The figure covered by drapery asked.
"Not as bad as it could get. She knows the names of the bones and organs in the regions she's been hurt. But she doesn't know the name of anything else in those regions. You'll have to transfer that knowledge into her safely without blowing up her brain one way or another."
The draped man nodded, "I'll figure that out somehow. For now though..." He looked into Arachne's at Arachne through the cloth, "I don't want any interruptions so," a bunch of bones formed from his back and in the blink of an eye tapped Arachne's stomach, causing her to faint. "That should be a minute or so," he turned to Tundra. "Take her away from Holgi and here. Don't worry, we can easily fix her up so there's nothing for you to be concerned about."
Tundra was unsure as to who this figure was, but considering he came out of Hirune he's probably on their side. He nodded and listened, gripping one of Arachne's spider legs tightly and throwing her a couple yards away over and over again until they were where he could only describe as the middle of nowhere.
As for the veiled figure, he was still going through all of the knowledge he had to figure out a way to transfer the knowledge of all of the names of all of the arteries, blood vessels, muscles, etc in the human body. Reason he didn't want to limit it to just the areas where she was hurt being because it would help her in the future and-- his train of thoughts was cut off as he saw the blood on the ground shifting as if trying to get back up to Hirune.
'Her blessing. Yes that makes things simpler,' he thought as he looked at Dr. Waldman, "It seems like you're not needed here this time, you're dismissed." Dr. Waldman nodded and disappeared.
He reached down to the ground and tapped the blood for a split second, giving it the property to return to its original place no matter what if removed. This allowed the blood to float back up into Hirune's body and slowly start to repair her injuries.
As this happened the veiled man stared into the distance, hopping Tundra can buy enough time for Hirune to recover and use one of her long incantations. He looked down at her, "I know you can hear me from within Namulenza's realm. Don't worry, you'll be back soon. Just make sure to go Northwest until you spot a large ice dragon with a dragon boy standing upon its head and a huge spider fighting. Once you see that, get onto the dragon's head, cover the boys eyes and use the long incantation of the king in yellow." With this, the skeletal figure retrieved back into her body, but it kept one of it's many eyes on her hand to make sure no one got near her as she recovered.
As for the people within the restaurant, they were all too scared to leave right now and were waiting for something or someone to take her away before leaving.

"Gate one hundred percent: Unleash Cuélebre!" With these words a giant cloud if white mist engulfed Tundra midair as he threw Arachne into the ocean.
Out of this mist a large skyscraper sized serpentine like dark blue dragon with two large wings on it's back appeared out of the mist with a mighty roar.
As this happened Arachne regained consciousness and got even bigger to match Cuélebre's size. Her face morphing to have seven beady red eyes, the remaining eighth having large lanky legs sticking out of it.
Tundra stood atop Cuélebre's head glaring daggers at Arachne.
"Alright big guy, it's been a while. Glad to see you're doing okay but we've got some work to do," he said while patting but a fraction of one of Cuelebre's scales.
Cuélebre roared at Arachne as it flew at her, an icy breath freezing their surroundings as they fought.
It was truly only a matter of time until they were on the news as helicopters flew around them, broadcasting this battle to the world.

As this all happened Hirune found herself in a dark void with nothing in sight besides the reflection of the stars above her in the water bellow her. Which though it seemed as deep as the Mariana it was but at foot level.
Then, suddenly, she was sat down in a chair. A chair made of white wood with red cushioning on the back and seat. A light brown table rose out of the water in front of her. A chess board with red and white tiles and pieces laid on this table alongside a small desk lamp that illuminated it in a soft yellow hew. Across from it, another seat arose with someone already sitting on it.
Hirune smiled nervously as she saw who it was. Someone she knew way too well, yet way too little as it was none other than herself. Her controlled self of course.
She chuckled, "So what should I call you? I mean you're me but bad so I was think something like Polar would be nice. But it's up to you."
She scoffed with her lips curling back, "I'd prefer if you called me Amia, please and thank you."
"So, what's this about?" Hirune asked as Amia moved one of her pawns to E4. Hirune moved her pawn to E5, deciding to do the same as her.
"Just a friendly chess match while we wait for you to get fixed up," Amia responded as she moved her pawns B3. To which Hirune responded by moving her pawn G6, yet again copying her move.
"You really think I'm going to fall for the tricks of an evil me?" She responded as she glanced past her. This for some reason prompted Amia to do the same and look behind her.
Hirune took this chance to use the devourer jaws to devour Amia's king, "I win."
Amia turned around with an angered expression, "And I thought I was the deceiving one."
Hirune rested her head in her palm while giving Amia a cocky smirk, "It's kind of sad how the controller is so gullible. I'd expect someone of your caliber to be smarter than this but it seems like you dissapoint."
"You do know you're still speaking to yourself right?" Amia responded as a red tear mark appeared under her left eye.
"Whatever, why are crying?" She asked completely losing track of the conversation.
Amia slammed the table, "GREAT! Now this place has deemed me a fool for being so gullible. Ugh!"
Hirune raised an eyebrow unamused, "That's crazy. As I was saying though, what is it you want?"
"Well we were supposed to have a battle of the wits to see whoever got to control your body first after your resurrection, which... tch, Shisme isn't going to be happy about that. Anyways, but you ate my king so I lose by default... And now were stuck waiting in silence until you heal."
They sat there fiddling with their fingers for a while. Not as long as they expected though as the water beneath them suddenly rose like a flash flood making their vision go blank.
Just like that, Hirune jolted up and gasped for air. The orange lighting of the restaurant and parking lot covered in webs giving her some level of relief.
'Okay, Northwest. Namulenza where's the Northern star?'
'Brightest one to your left, then turned around little more west and boom. Northwest,' she responded with an excited chime in her voice. 'Vemgeance! Just the type of show I've been wanting to see! Sorry hon'.'
Hirune rolled her eyes and turned towards where Northwest was according to Namulenza and started devouring the distance between her and Tundra.
