Ten minutes ago...
Farah ran towards where the explosion occurred as fast as she can.
When she got there, a large group of people were waiting for her, all holding guns.
The moment one of them spotted her, they screamed.
"SHE'S HERE!" They yelled out.
Soon, towards her, bullets were sent flying.
Though they didn't even seem to make her flinch, she simply continued charging, all the whole hundreds of bullets riddled her body with holes.
The group didn't seem to even flinch, they just continued shooting, even when met with what could only be called an unkillable beast.
The moment she got close enough, she would cut through each of the guns with ease, moving so fast that they couldn't even shift their aim.
The moment she cut each gun into pieces, she stood still, looking at the group.
"Surrender."
They didn't listen, instead they all charged towards her as they pulled out knives.
"Like hell we will!"
"Get her!"
Farah clicked her tongue as she unarmed each individual by kicking or punching the knives out of their hands.
Then, her ears would twitch as she heard something... Someone calling her name?
"MISS FARAH!!!"
Farah's face became completely serious as she heard that familiar voice. A white aura surrounded her, as the skull on her forehead glowed.
"Get out of my way."
Finally, this was what gave some of the group enough fear to attempt to run away.
"No way! Even she isn't as scary as—"
The moment they attempted to even take a step away however, red chains on their neck would appear and tighten.
They stopped moving.
Then they would move once more...
Blood
That's what they saw.
Those who tried to run had different parts of their body either bleed out or break, letting out screams of pain.
With that, it reminded everyone, no matter what this monster did, at least she'll make it quick.
That also reminded Farah of something though... She grit her teeth...
"Arin Castro..."
The remaining group charged back towards Farah, fighting through— No, fighting thanks to their fear...

Back to the present...
A kick from Farah would send the other girl flying back. The girl chuckled as she dug her heels into the floor to stop herself from fully flying away.
"My my, aren't you getting too heated? Gatita~"
The girl pulled away her whip out of Farah's grasps with nothing but sheer strength.
Farah hiss at her enemy, her ears perked up, sensing for even the slightest bit of movement from the girl.
"You know why, Warden Arin..."
Arin chuckled. "No longer a Warden, Señora Farah~ Just Arin's fine."
The leather-clad girl cracked her whip once more, not aiming at Farah, but towards the boy who was already down...
In just the blink of an eye, the whip was cut in half.
"Oh, you broke my toy, how rude..."
The reaction from Arin's words and her expression was contradictory. Voice was shaking from excitement and a sadistic smile on her face.
Meanwhile, Farah's face was completely still, serious, focused, a complete contrast to her opponent's.
"Cry then, because I won't let you hurt anyone else here."
A chuckle came from the former Warden as she would throw away her whip.
"Come on, let's dance a little more..."
She stared behind Farah and towards William, then she spoke as the mark of chains inside of her mouth glowed.
"You will not interfere."
With that, William could feel a glowing collar wrap around his neck. Even though he was already tired, oh so tired, he grit his teeth.
Before he could even question it, Farah stopped him.
"Don't. Move."
William looked towards her, though he didn't what she was talking about, he listened, because something told him... He wouldn't enjoy it if he didn't follow those words.
Even if he did try to interfere, what could an ant do in a battle between two monsters? In no time at all, any thoughts of interfering was moved away from his head.
"... Alright, Miss Farah."
With that confirmation, what seemed like a streak of lightning bolted towards Arin, trying to cut her face.
Arin dodged Farah's claws, her smile still prevalent before she moved her legs with so much power that it sent Farah flying through a wall.
"Come on, Gatita~ You know you can't hold back with me."
Without another heartbeat, Farah jumped back towards her opponent, her claws stretched out to cut Arin.
Without fail, Arin always dodged with the least movements possible before counter attacking.
And with the same streak, Farah kept coming back and back, no matter how battered and bruised she was, she simply continued attacking.
With Farah's stubborn will to keep fighting, Arin was starting to get tired...
"Eres realmente persistente... Gatita, can't you just give up?"
Farah couldn't even hit her, so why should she continue fighting? Because she knew Arin's Conviction? Probably. But there was probably something else...
While Arin was thinking, Farah noticed the slightest bit of hesitation thanks to that and used it.
Righting reflex
The reason as to why cats can jump building to building without fear. They can exploit physics itself to turn their body around to always land on their feet.
This is thanks to their flexible spine and joints, the lack of a collarbone, and their tails. Thanks to this, no matter how they fall, they almost always land with their feet.
Farah however can use this reflex differently, she can control it completely. Midair, she spun around and then dug her claws at Arin's midsection, digging deep into her skin before slashing her claws.
"Ah—" Arin quickly moved back, holding her stomach, hoping to stop the bleeding...
Then she smiled.
Because she saw Farah's face, a big nasty frown.
"My my, Gatita~ You really don't like inflicting pain, huh~"
Arin chuckled before flinching, taking a deep breath before taking a bow.
"Alright, Pequeña Novata~ Gatita~ Let's consider this..."
Before even Farah could react, Arin jumped out of the broken window.
"A TIE!"
Just as Farah went to chase Arin, a thud came from behind her.
William had gone unconscious and fell over.
With no hesitation, she ran towards him and quickly scooped him up in a princess carry.
"Kaalay[1]..."
[1] Tl: Come on...
