Every S.H.I.E.L.D. agent stood frozen—
Mouths agape, eyes wide with disbelief.
They stared at the scene before them as if their understanding of reality had just collapsed.
Mjolnir.
The hammer that even heavy-duty cranes couldn't budge—
Was now being lifted effortlessly by that giant?
Was this a joke?!
If that was the case…
Then what exactly was the point of all of them being here?
"How does it feel?" Android 18 asked as she walked over, studying Android 16 with curiosity.
She extended a slender finger and lightly touched the surface of Mjolnir.
Crackling arcs of brilliant blue lightning instantly burst forth—
Violently rejecting her contact.
"No feeling at all," Android 16 replied honestly, then turned to look at his Creator with confusion.
His own strength had already reached the Celestial Father–tier.
The amplification provided by Mjolnir was so insignificant that it could be ignored entirely.
The metal used to forge this hammer did not exist on Earth.
Aside from further reinforcing their bodies with Uru metal—
This weapon held virtually no value for either him or Android 18.
"You—Smith, was it?" Renjie said calmly, glancing at the nameplate of the nearby agent.
"Take your men and leave."
"What happens next is no longer something ordinary humans can interfere with."
From the very beginning, Renjie had not deactivated his armor.
He had come here for one reason only—
To draw Odin out.
The Black agent named Smith immediately sensed something was wrong.
Without hesitation, he rallied his subordinates and began evacuating the area.
Only after the agents had retreated to a safe distance—
Did Renjie issue his next command.
"Android 16, test the hammer's durability."
The order was simple.
After all, the best way to test a weapon's hardness—
Was to destroy it.
Android 16 raised his other hand, preparing to grip the hammerhead.
But suddenly—
"No. Let me try."
Android 18 spoke up.
"Since the day I awakened, I've wanted to know the distance between myself and a god."
She rolled her shoulders, a teasing smile blooming across her delicate face.
She couldn't forget that night—
The conversation she'd had with Renjie.
The King of the Nine Realms.
That title referred to Odin.
Renjie had once said that Odin's strength surpassed hers.
That thought had lodged itself in her heart like a thorn.
So she wanted to test it.
Test the true level of this so-called God-King.
Brilliant blue ki enveloped Android 18's palm—
A cultivation system alien to this world.
This terrifying power, born from the Dragon Ball universe, was nearly absolute in its versatility.
But just as her hand was about to press down on Mjolnir—
An aged, thunderous shout suddenly rang out.
"STOP! Do you intend to destroy it?!"
Radiant light flooded the land—
The brilliance of the Bifrost.
A mighty old man clad in divine alloy armor emerged from the light, astride his beloved steed, wielding the fearsome Gungnir, the Eternal Spear.
He stepped forward—
And revealed himself before them all.
His name was Odin.
God of Asgard.
King of the Nine Realms.
The moment Mjolnir had been lifted by outsiders—
He had felt it.
The power within that being was no weaker than his own in his prime.
Unthinkable.
Earth—one of the Nine Realms—
Had already produced the Sorcerer Supreme.
And now, another existence of this caliber?!
The instant Odin sensed their intention to destroy Mjolnir—
He rushed here without delay.
He had not yet entered Odinsleep.
But the erosion of endless years had already weakened his body.
He was no longer what he once was.
Only after arriving—
Did Odin realize he had been lured.
Setting aside the human clad in nano-armor, whose strength rivaled that of an Earth deity—
It was the two android warriors that made his single eye widen in shock.
The blonde woman, wearing a cold smile—
Radiated power that far surpassed his current self.
And the gentle-looking man holding Mjolnir—
Contained energy even more terrifying than hers.
Celestial Father–tier.
Two of them.
At once.
With the All-Seeing Eye, Odin could discern their general strength.
The intricate mechanical structures within Android 18's body amazed him.
And Android 16—
Was a being composed entirely of machinery.
A fully mechanical lifeform.
In that instant, Odin understood.
His gaze shifted—
To the human protected behind the two androids.
That young man clad in nano-armor—
Was their Creator.
"Young man," Odin said, his voice heavy with authority,
"command your creations to cease this foolishness!"
A tone befitting one long accustomed to ruling.
Unfortunately—
That tone had no effect on Renjie.
Android 18 let out a cold laugh and began rotating her wrist.
Today—
She would become a godslayer.
Even Android 16's expression hardened.
He discarded Mjolnir and prepared for battle.
He intended to teach this elderly king—
That the most basic form of etiquette—
Begins with the word "please."
The sheer hostility radiating from the two caused Odin's pupil to tremble.
If they joined forces—
He would undoubtedly die here today.
Realizing the situation had turned against him, Odin let out a bitter sigh.
The God-King dismounted his steed.
He secured Gungnir into the saddle's clasp.
"I believe…" Odin said slowly,
"we should sit down and talk."
He removed his helmet.
The arrogance from earlier was gone.
The King of the Nine Realms was now extending goodwill.
At least at this moment—
He acknowledged that the young man of Earth before him—
Was worthy of standing as his equal.
