Vaelkar saw them as they approached the huge door and pushed the door.
Vaelkar couldn't help but feel curiosity, he could feel the being inside lurking behind the darkness.
They walked inside and found themselves in a cave with a various pillars that was covered in a green and blue obsidian.
"Is this the boss lair? it will be my first time seeing that thing" the uttered.
"here they come" Vaelkar whispered rose heard it while the others stared at him and doubted his word.

Various screeching sounds came from different directions, it's slowly getting slower and louder.
"Formation!!" the leader uttered and they formed an defensive line, while the mage and the priest was in the middle. Vaelkar and rose also joined the formation.

One of the obsidian spider suddenly jumped into the stone plate barrier.
The knight slashed the beast into the half and the warrior followed it with a rock punch. Rose also used a mild fear with his darkness attributes.
The other obsidian spiders started to gather and attack with all their strength. However, the mage already finished its casting process.

"Let's divide ourselves up into two, rose and luka will go to the first cave. lucius and I will go to the second cave… Merry and Vaelkar will go to the third cave, since I don't feel anything coming from there It will probably the safest place"

Vaelkar put his hands on her shoulder while pulling her back.

They kept moving forward to the source of the purple mist with blessed barrier. The purple mist venomous kept getting stronger.
Until they reached the deepest part of the cave, what they witnessed was the cave was filled of webs.
Merry stretched her hand and was about to touched the webs. However, he was stopped by vaelkar.
"If you touched the webs the big guy will appear in front of you, the webs was just like their own territory, they could feel even a slight breeze or an ant crawling onto the webs"
"So it's better if you don't touch that, better to avoid that than be killed" Vaelkar uttered and lead the way to the big guy.

On the other side, the first cave was going smoothly for an hour and found a dozens of obsidian spiders that lurking around and waited for them, the same thing happened to the second cave.
They fought for half an hour and managed to killed a few spiders. However, they thought that something was off since earlier the boss didn't appeared even though it's children was being killed one by one, unless…

On the third cave side, a massive black spider with angular crystalline limbs and an abdomen that glows with faint purple cracks like lava inside stone, was found nurturing her countless eggs.
"What the is that the boss that we are supposed to kill? isn't this too hard for us…" Merry whispered however fear filled her heart and panicked.
