Vaelkar and rose travelled together to the location of D-ranked gate, in a barren corner of the capital city of korea, Seoul.
The gate formed two weeks ago, low ranked hunters from various guilds tried to conquer the dungeon, however none succeeded.
Vaelkar and rose arrived at the gate, luckily hunters took their break from the battle. No one was inside the gate at the moment.
They walked their way into the gate, what they saw was a volcanic ridges devoured the entire area.
"Gravemaw matron, that's the boss of the gate. It's weak against ice based attacks" Rose said to inform vaelkar.
"I see" Vaelkar uterred.

Trees keep falling from the ground it created a loud noise.

A boar squealing noise, they kept charging their way to the unfamiliar smells hundreds of meters around their domain.
Rose stepped forward as if she was telling vaelkar that she could handle it by herself.
A deep black blade revealed itself on her hands, that if someone looked at it for too long it will be in a deep state of forgotten.
The boar charges one by one, only to cut by her void sword, one void cut enemies won't be able to survive.
The heat that came from the volcanic ridges turned all the accumulated blood boils down into the soil.

She kept slashing until none of the boar's breath could be heard from the area.
As vaelkar watched her the only thing that he could think about her was the astonishing speed of growth, they only been into the last dungeon.
However, her combat skills improved by a lot.
'This is something to look forward' Vaelkar thought while looking at her catches her breath.
"Are you tired from this?" Vaelkar uttered.
"Me? tired? haha. No way!!" She replied.
"The big guy approaching, I think he noticed you massacring his kins" Vaelkar looked from a certain directions and a big boar approached leaving the trees devastated in his path.
"What!! No way, I just finished… yet the boss came out itself" Rose said and was in disbelief.
As the gravemaw matron approaching closely, Vaelkar lifter his hands to where the location of the boss.
In an instant the distance closes. An unknown forced pulled the boss to the point it created an loud thud.

The boss of the gate, couldn't keep up with his prowess. The unknown force crushed him to death.
Rose couldn't help but felt anxious when he took a move, none could be resist.
'Ehh… he just died just like that, How weak' Vaelkar mused while looking at the boss crushed body.
"let's go" he said.
"To where??" Rose asked.
"Of course to the next gate" Vaelkar nonchalantly answered.
Rose instantly understood it, with his expression he won't change his mind. They will keep conquering a dungeon.
In the next gate.
D-ranked gate of glass fang alpha, a jackal-like creature that its body made up of razor-sharp reflective shards. It's body reflects lights into multiple decoy silhouette.
Rose fight the boss with the multiple decoy silhouette for more than ten minutes already.
However, rose found herself immersed in the battle that it gave her an idea on how to defeat the boss.
Since lights feeds the glass fang aloha power, darkness will follow and engulf the lights.
The battlefield suddenly darkened in a small area, The glass fang alpha power weakened a lot. The boss was confused about the situation, he felt a prey.
Rose entered the darkness with her void sword on her hands. She kept targeting the weak spot of the alpha while swiftly moving in the shadow, until darkness corroded his body and slowly died.
The darkened area slowly disappeared into thin air.
Above them vaelkar was seen floating across the sky, he who oversee the situation looked down upon the world before him.
He widened the range of his gaze, scanning every inch of the world. However, when his consciousness reached the end.
An invisible wall stopped his gaze. Something huge that wasn't supposed to be seen in the world. Vaelkar had the idea to bypass the wall.
However, his attention diverted from the battle of Rose.
"Let's get going" He said.
He floats down towards rose. He touched her head and said "Well done". Rose was heartbeat started to rise, she never expected that he could say something like that.
'Teleport' Vaelkar thought and appeared on the entrance of the gate.
They kept finding and fighting D-ranked dungeon. Some even were a Ghoul drowned corpse clad in swamp-soaked armor. Skin pale-green and peeling; eyes hollow but glowing murky teal.
At the end of the day, they conquered 15 D-ranked gate on the area.
For a week they continued to conquer and advanced to ranked of C-ranked gate. A Thunderclap minotaur lord, Voidmire Colosus, Frostbeak patriach, Bone reaver duke and a thornweaver witch.
The highest contributor was rose doing all the work while Vaelkar simply stood and wached the battles. He won't intervened if it's not necessary.
At the korean hunter association, rumors started to spread among the masses that there's a hunter that goes around D and C-ranked gates nonstop.
'I saw them conquering a D-ranked dungeon however, isn't that a bit fast? Only a minute had passed since they went inside and they cleared it'
'The dark empress skill was unmatched and no one saw how she fought… maybe the hunter besides her was the one doing all the work'
'Ahhh… The newly licensed S-ranked hunter they called him, the Gream reaper!!'
'When u blinked just for once, He vanished out of nowhere and it give me chills because what if he appeared in my bedroom at night or maybe in the bathroom when I'm pooping or something'

A thick smell of blood was coming in outside the KHA, they approached the building and walked passed everyone, while the dark empress also known as Rose uncontrollably leaking some bloodthirst into the air.
That stopped everyone from doing their thing, they just stared at their back as they approached the staff for the collection of the loots for the advancement of higher ranked.
