I should stick to looking at the groups formed while the chaos is still being put down. They have some interesting things to look at.
Some groups have even drawn my explicit attention.
Like the ones who are clearly puppets but seem to sweat and react vividly just like a real human.
They also seemed to be able to pull out a bunch of puppets of various types after looking at their stuff. Even ones that look like a backup body are available.
They are an interesting group.
The other one is the humanoid slime group; they look absolutely normal at first. I would have missed them too as well if I didn't have a method to investigate others for their uniqueness's.
They are humans originally that somehow altered their DNA to absorb physical impact like a slime after reaching a certain threshold.
Not only that, but some of them also even altered their DNA well past a slime.

And don't forget the large hat group!
They are by far the 'richest' of the groups in terms of items and variety. They even have several separate yet distinctly unique special powers, besides the original power inside themselves, that they contain in interesting looking containers.
They have so much stuff that it looks almost overflowing!
But their hard power seems a bit weak…
These groups and a whole lot more are all over the place. Some as large as the largest group of 20. While the smallest group seems like 5.
Anything below 5 and the groups either formed temporarily by those who knew each other before or were not groups at all.
Just staying together as a crowd.
But one thing is certain.
They all stayed put and didn't mess with the guards.
Something about the 'difficulty' and 'settings' or 'rules' of the event being unpretendingly hard is the usual complaint.

I will pretend to ignore that.
Anyways... I see someone who looks like the mayor coming here.

Easy, because he is being surrounded by groups of people.
Some in armor much stronger and heavier than the guards here.
Obviously, these are the main guards who directly protect the safety of the mayor.
There is that and he has a following of what looks like professional secretaries. 3 of them standing right beside him holding clock like objects, and 9 others behind these three that are each holding their own instruments.
Obviously, the 3 main secretaries and the 9 follower secretaries that follow the main secretaries.
The mayor took a moment to look at the disturbed crowd of his people and the anxious foreign crowd trapped in the central square.
