Uzushiogakure
The sea was still when the Mist ships arrived.
Three vessels slowed as they entered Uzushio's waters, stopping far from the harbour. No weapons raised. Only tension.
Uzumaki shinobi lined the docks in silence.
At the front stood Malenia Uzumaki.
She did not move.
A single Mist envoy stepped forward, followed by guards escorting a man bound in heavy restraints. His chakra was unstable, compressed inward by crude suppression seals.
The Three-Tails Jinchūriki.
His breathing was uneven. Chakra leaked from him in dull, distorted pulses, agitating the sea beneath his feet.
The envoy bowed stiffly.
"As agreed," he said. "The Three-Tails' vessel… in exchange for our Mizukage."
Malenia nodded once.
"Bring him forward."
The jinchūriki was led onto the marked platform—an open circular seal carved directly into the stone dock. Uzumaki seal masters took positions around it.
Malenia stepped into the circle herself.
She raised her hand.
The suppression seals on the jinchūriki failed instantly, overwritten by the Uzumaki seals that spread like ink through water. The Three-Tails stirred—once—but did not lash out.
Its chakra was sealed entirely.
The jinchūriki gasped as the pressure stabilised for the first time in his life.
He did not lose control.
He simply collapsed to one knee, breathing hard.
The Mist shinobi stared.
"This…" one muttered, "this level of control—"
Malenia turned away.
"Take the Mizukage," she said.
The restrained Mizukage was released and escorted back toward the ships. Before boarding, he paused and looked back.

"Queen Malenia, what now?" The young jonin beside jinchuriki spoke up.
Malenia looked at him and said, "I will take him ahead." Then her gaze fell on four shinobi "You people will follow me."
They nodded and followed her to an open area far from their home.
Malenia then stopped and said, "You people know what to do."
They nodded and scattered to the corners. Each occupies a corner.
Then they went through hand seals and shouted, "Four symbol seal."
A purple barrier rose high in the sky.
Malenia and Jinchuriki were standing inside the barrier.
Malenia, looking down on Jinchuriki's small figure, said, "What is your name?"
"Ketsu Togame", the person said.
Malenia nodded and said, "You know what's gonna happen now."
"Yes", the person said, "I already accepted my fate."
Malenia nodded and placed his hands on the seal placed on his stomach.
The seal shifted, and the red cloak started coating the person's body.
Then a shape began to emerge out of the seals.
It tore through the jinchuriki, and blue chakra emerged from him.
The cries of the person died down, and he fell limply on the ground.
In front of Malenia now stood a huge armoured turtle
The Three-Tails emerged as a colossal armoured turtle, its massive shell layered with ancient geometric ridges that glowed faintly with deep blue chakra, three heavy tails resting behind it like anchors of the sea, its clawed limbs pressing calmly into the ground as a single eye opened, chakra rolling outward in slow tidal waves, the overwhelming pressure.
Malenia looked at the three tails and said, " Heed my words."
Isobu looked at the tall woman in anger. He was still furious after that Wood freak beat him up and traded him like an object, and then they sealed him in a human.
His freedom was taken. He instantly opened his mouth and started gathering chakra in a ball.
The chakra slowly started gathering in front of his mouth. Seeing this, Malenia didn't show any reaction. Then golden chain emerged from her back. One chain coiled around his mouth and closed it.
The tail beast bomb chakra scattered. Now, Isobu was tied to the ground with chains. The anger was still visible in his one eye.
Malenia walked toward Isobu. She looked him in his one eye and said, "Heed my words now, turtle.
First, what's your name or do you want me to keep calling you turtle?"
Isobu didn't say anything.
