Iwagakure
Deep within Iwagakure, the council chamber was carved directly into the mountain itself—walls of raw stone reinforced by earth seals, the air heavy with dust and authority.
The 2nd Tsuchikage Mū sat unmoving at the head of the chamber.
A kneeling shinobi finished his report
"…confirmed. Seven elite Mist swordsmen are dead. The Second Mizukage has been captured alive. Uzushiogakure suffered minimal losses."
Silence.
One of the elders finally spoke, disbelief edging his tone.
"Captured…? By Uzushio? They defeated kiri?"
The Tsuchikage exhaled slowly.
"So the rumours were true," he said. "A new hidden village is gonna emerge soon."
Another council member leaned forward.
"Should we consider Uzushio a threat?"
The Tsuchikage's eyes narrowed
"No," he replied. "Not yet."
He rose from his seat, placing both hands on the stone table.
"Now is the perfect time to attack kiri", his voice cold, "they won't even have a chance to resist now."
The realisation spread through the room like a crack through stone.
"Their swordsmen are gone."
"Their Mizukage is imprisoned."
"Their fleet is weakened."
The Tsuchikage straightened.
"If we wait, Kirigakure recovers. If we strike now—" he tapped the table once, sharply "—we can just directly wipe out kiri"
No one argued.
Orders followed immediately.
Border units mobilised
Coastal supply routes marked for disruption
All villages could sense it now. "The first shinobi war has started." (ah, when one shinobi village sneezes. All other shinobi villages catch cold.) (A/n just added here :) )

News of their defeat spread slowly, then all at once.
Whispers became panic.
The loss of the Seven Swordsmen was unthinkable.
The capture of the Mizukage was worse.
All done by Uzushio? they defeated one of the five ninja villages?
And now-
Reports of Iwa forces probing their borders began arriving.
Kirigakure was bleeding from two sides.

Konohagakure
Tobirama Senju read the report once.
Then again.
Then set it down.
"So it has begun," he said quietly.
An advisor frowned. "The Uzumaki defeated Kirigakure."
Tobirama nodded.
"Yes. And now Iwa is moving exactly as expected."
A pause.
"They've turned a single battle into a chain reaction," he continued. "Uzushio was the slight spark that has now ignited the first shinobi war."
The tension with Kumo remained. The war could have broken out on any day between Kumo and Konoha, but who could have thought?
You ask why he didn't send help to Uzushio? Well, Uzushio already won when their help reached the whirlpool (as always)
For the first time, Tobirama allowed himself a faint, sharp smile.
"Malenia Uzumaki," he murmured. "Blade of Uzushio."

Kumogakure — The Storm Watches
The Raikage listened in silence as the messenger finished.
"Uzushio defeated Kirigakure?"
"And captured their leader?"
A low chuckle escaped him.
"So the sealing village bares its fangs at last."
He stood.
"We are already busy with Konoha, but we can't ignore Uzumaki anymore," he ordered. "Keep eyes on Uzushio. And twice as many on Iwa."
The storm had not struck—but it was gathering.

Sunagakure
The Kazekage's council
"One small village defeated a Great Five power," an elder said. "That's really a great feat."
The Kazekage closed his eyes.
"And now Iwa is also showing its fang," he grinned. "War is coming, and we will also spread our hand on other villages for sweets "

Kirigakure

"FCK THOSE RED HEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!! " A furious shout came from Kaguya clan head.
other people's faces were also grim.
"Mizukage sama is captured, and now they are asking for three tails," one of the elders muttered.

"Then there is no choice. We have to give three tails."Gensui spoke up. He was the one going to become three tail jinchuriki, but well, yeah, not possible now. (next mixukage)
Others also nodded cause there was no other way right now to get Mizukage-sama back and stabilise Kiri.
Shirogane Kaguya smashed his hand on the table and shouted, "WE WILL NOT FORGET YOU FCKING RED HEADS."
