Jamie woke up breathing heavily through his nose. His head pounded like it was being repeatedly hammered. He tried swallowing and regretted it , he groaned and rolled onto his side, burying his face into the pillow.
Great, it's only Monday and it was already the worst week ever.
He lay there for a moment, staring at the gray light leaking through the curtains, his nose felt blocked and his chest felt tight.
All because of that fucking asshole.
Jamie sat up and immediately wished he hadn't, the room tilted slightly before settling again. He pressed a hand to his forehead and breathed through it.
"Idiot." he muttered, and this time he wasn't sure if he meant himself or Jett. Probably both.
He dragged himself out of bed, barely opening his eyes and shuffling into the bathroom. When he finally saw his reflection in the mirror he wasn't even surprised. He looked exactly as he felt.
