Cassius stood at the branch of a tall tree, observing his surrounding that was being painted in blood and fire and that's when he saw them the architects of this magnificent art and loud noises. Two people a man and a young woman were going at it, their killing intent at its peak and Cassius knew this battle there would be no retreat, no timeout, it will only end when one of them dies.
A smile appeared on Cassius face as he realized this was an opportunity for him to finally learn about the world he was in after weeks of wandering alone with only animals and insect for company and with his decision made he manipulated the elements using ether, he used water to suppress his body temperature before he cloaked himself with darkness and disappeared into the woods heading towards the interesting violent battle to the death that was lighting up the night.

"Today you die, traitor" Angelica said her crimson hair flowing wildly as she summoned countless blood spears they surged towards the man in front of her who had black veins showing on his face and arms.
The man responded with a growl as with a fast movement he dodged the spear's he could and with the long sword he held he destroyed the rest. He turned toward the girl not caring about the blast sounds behind him, her ether was flaring wildly causing her crimson hair to rise to the sky, signs that she was gearing up for another attack and spoke with a terrifying chilly sound in his voice " it's no use Angelica I am no longer the man you knew I have become something more"
"Are you trying to justify yourself? What reasoning could you possibly have for tainting yourself with that power" Angelica said with anger in her voice she took a deep breath as the sound of her voice changed to one of sadness and grief you are right about one thing though".
"what's that?" the man replied
"You are no longer the man I knew for he would never done something so stupid but do not worry after I kill you, I will mourn for the man you used to be not the monster you have become" Angelica said and then an overwhelming intent to kill burst from her body as she shouted {Blood Armor} rise
Bloody mist began to surround angelica as she transformed into a bloody armored demonic goddess as a helmet and an armor with spikes coming out of her shoulder all stained with blood then she summoned a black spear with strange markings and a tip that was constantly dripping blood, she pointed them at him and said" today you die, you will not live to see tomorrow's sunrise" and then she charged at the man.
There were very few things Angelica was good at, close combat was one of them pushing of the ground with enough force that she left a spiderweb crack in her wake, she moved with deadly precision swinging her spear towards his throat but as an expert himself he blocked with his sword he aggressively tried to push back the spear with his sword but angelica moved faster than he could and parried his sword with the bottom end of her spear while sending the tip heading straight for his throat.
The man circulated his ether with all his strength and managed to move his throat away from the spear but he wasn't fast enough or strong enough to stop the spear from piercing his left shoulder before he could scream out in pain Angelica delivered a strong kick to his midsection that sent him crashing into the forest destroying everything in his path.
He was stunned but he was not going to let that be the end of him, he moved to get up but was met with the strong knee of angelica straight to his head, he felt his head rattle all the way to his skull and angelica was still not done she stabbed her spear into the ground then grabbed him by the arm and with a slight twist of her body she lifted him and slammed him into the ground, she then coated her fist with a crimson aura and began to rain blows upon blows on him the ground began to cave from the impact forming a large crater around them.
Angelica left him lying in a pool of his own blood as she walked towards her spear and pulled it from the ground, she walked towards him her spear raised ready to take his life before she said "I grant you death Dillon may you be remembered as the glorious knight of house Valis not as the pawn of a monster"
"I am not a pawn" he whispered barely loud enough for her to her
"What did you say?" angelica asked
I said I… am…. not a pawn …. I am the monster
sensing something was wrong Angelica plunged the spear into his chest piercing his heart, but it was too late she heard him say those damning words… she heard him say {Calamity transformation}
an ominous presence began to radiate from Dillon's body, waves of ether began to pour out of his body emanating shockwaves that sent everything within his vicinity flying, the spear that was plunged into his heart was slowly being pushed out due to the massive amount of ether his body was radiating, the moment the spear was gone the transformation began
Dillon's body began to increase in size, his flesh began to reduce until most of his skeletal fame was revealed, his skin turned ashen gray as his eyes turned a glowing yellow and then sharp claws grew from his hands his entire body was now covered in black veins that filled the surroundings with a stench of decay.

Dillon let out a loud roar that resounded across the forest as two tiny blue flames appeared on his head resembling tiny horns, he raised his hand and blue flames wrapped around his claws he turned towards Angelica who was on her knees, a chilly smile appeared on his face when he saw her expression it was full of shock and fear " I told you Angelica I am the monster"
His words snapped Angelica to her senses, and she stretched her hand, causing her spear to lift off the ground and fly towards her…. she grabbed the spear, and stood in a spear wielding stance and said " I am Angelica Valis, heir of the blood monarch and you traitor will not make a liar out of me"
Angelica pointed her spear at him and charged…. Dillon saw her coming and rushed towards her his claws burning with bright blue flames… and then they collided
