Standing outside the burger shop, Jack looked at the check-in prompt and thought he could pet Gwen's head more often in the future.
[Check-in successful. Obtained Tom Holland's first-generation Spider suit.]
He could hand it to Tony for reverse engineering, develop new tech ahead of time, and give Tony's armor a speed boost.
Jack returned to his luxury flat in Stark Tower and checked the three rooms.
Wanda and Natasha shared one room, sleeping soundly. Natasha sprawled in Jack's usual spot, seemingly unafraid of suffocating anyone.
May Parker slept in the next room in an exaggerated posture but wore pajamas.
Next was Dr. Helen Cho's room. Her pajamas were loose, but… wait, why weren't they on her body?
Although he was tempted, now was not the time. He could wait until he won a "room you can't leave until you've done it 100 times" or a "room you can't leave until you fall in love" from a lucky draw.
With those rooms, all problems would be solved easily.
Jack, feeling sleepy, found a room to rest. The bedding was clean anyway.
Just as he was about to fall asleep, he felt a soft body crawl into the covers.
Looking down, he pulled the owner of the delicate body closer.
"Don't mess around yet. Sleep first. Once I'm asleep, you can do as you please."
Natasha gently hugged Jack. She just wanted to be near him and had no intention of taking his words literally.
Around ten o'clock, Jack felt a chill and closed his eyes, pretending to sleep.
Natasha, in Jack's arms, felt every powerful beat of his heart.
As Jack's partner, it was naturally her responsibility to settle disputes in his harem.
She reluctantly and gently left his side, planting a kiss on his forehead.
Mwah~
To prevent Jack from being "cut," she had to help resolve his worries…
Near evening, Jack woke up and called May over.
"May, give this to Pepper when she comes and have her deliver it to Tony. Tell her it's very important and cannot be lost."
May took the red Spider suit, turned seductively, and sat on Jack's lap to tease him. After a day of rest, she felt ready again.
Jack tapped May's head. She clutched it in pain, looking at him with teary eyes.
"Jack, you can love me, but don't hurt me. Whenever you miss me, you can come over anytime… I'll come after Peter falls asleep."
Lines of black appeared on Jack's forehead. Was this May in her youth? How was she different from the one he knew?
Women were fickle; once a relationship was established, they changed, no longer hiding their true nature.
"Get ready to leave work. I have to handle business. Don't forget Little Peter; he's still in the burger shop downstairs."
May cupped Jack's face; their lips and tongues interlocked for a minute before she headed home, lovesick.
Jack then found Dr. Helen Cho to discuss the future of nanotechnology. Of course, he didn't forget a small reward for her.
Finally, there were sulky Wanda and gentle-as-water Natasha. Jack couldn't describe Natasha's current image—she had changed out of her Agent attire, wearing a dress that accentuated her figure. Following Jack's consistent style, she wore as little as possible, even at home.
Driving, the two sat quietly in the back seat. Natasha looked at Jack with a gentle expression; Wanda refused to look, still sulking.
Arriving at the house, Wanda went straight inside.
Jack didn't like coaxing women, but if it worked, that was flirting.
"Wanda, I'm going out with Natasha tonight. You should rest."
Wanda: "Go ahead. I can manage tonight."
Jack beckoned Natasha. She followed, and the two drove away.
Inside, Wanda used Chaos Magic to sense the surroundings. Confirming they had truly left, she vented her anger on her pillow.
Transforming into a chibi version, Wanda punched, uppercut, stomped, and finally lay on the pillow with Jack's photo stuck to it. After wriggling for over ten minutes, she fell asleep.
Jack and Natasha parked outside a small wood. Two hours later, they returned, parking far away to avoid waking Wanda.
Tiptoeing into her room, they saw Wanda asleep, still clutching the photo. Jack blushed. Though they caused trouble together daily, it was the first time he had seen Wanda like this.
(⑉Ծ~Ծ⑉)
"Where did you hide the equipment photos? How come I've never seen them?"
Natasha flushed. She hadn't expected Wanda to fall asleep like that.
(ノ)﹏(ヾ)
"They're in the drawer under the wardrobe. Who knew this little girl would take the photos out at a time like this?"
Jack wanted to take a photo but, thinking the internet was unsafe, decided to record the memory mentally.
Leading Natasha closer to Wanda, he let out a sinister laugh.
(`∇´)و
"Accept my judgment, evil Scarlet Dragon!"
Wanda: "Ah! You bastard Hero, behold this Dragon's Roar! Awoo~"
Jack: "Little Dragon, watch my sword!"
The two played out a manga-style battle. Natasha joined as the Demon King after Wanda's plea for help. Eventually, it turned into the Hero riding the Dragon to battle the red-haired Demon King.
In the morning, Natasha crawled up and answered a call from her black-hearted boss, then rolled back onto Jack.
"Hubby, I'm going on a mission."
Jack: "Go, stay safe. Call me if there's trouble."
Natasha got ready, feeling refreshed. Wanda, pouting: "You can't just light the fire and leave."
Natasha smiled: "Don't you like it? If you can't hold out, I can call May over."
Wanda lowered her head: "You're mean."
Jack lay bored with Wanda. They walked, ran, and rode bikes together. Pleasant but dull.
At six, he got a message from Gwen:
"Wanda, Gwen says something's going on. Want to go together?"
Wanda agreed.
"I'm going! When? Now or later?"
Jack: "Gwen said eight o'clock at the burger shop."
Wanda decided to eat first.
"Hubby, I'll eat."
Jack: "Sure… Hey, don't start touching me. Aren't we eating?"
Wanda, serious: "I'm eating. Don't move; I'm unwrapping packaging."
Jack: (|||꒪ᗜ꒪) "So I'm the food?"
Gwen: Mark the territory before going out.
Traffic was heavy. At 8:30, they arrived at Burger Shack. Gwen and Garfield-Spider had been waiting. Freezing at the entrance, they got into the car quickly.
Gwen: "Jack, explain. You're half an hour late."
Jack: "If you came home with me last night, two hours isn't enough to feed a little glutton."
Jack patted the passenger seat glutton.
Wanda: (づ﹏ど)
Gwen: (ノ)﹏(ヾ)
Garfield-Spider: "Mr. Jack, what happened to us? Why are we like this?"
Pressing his palm on the car door, Garfield-Spider pulled it open and back, almost magnetically.
Wanda looked on curiously.
"How did you do that? Some special ability?"
Since Obadiah's death, Wanda had become more cheerful and curious. She had even visited the Underground Room to ensure he didn't last a day there.
Garfield-Spider: "I don't fully understand what caused our abnormalities, but Gwen and I managed to control the activation. Otherwise, I'd be stuck on the ceiling."
Jack: "Then your ceiling must be good."
Gwen: "It's not the ceiling. Why did this happen to us? What exactly did we experience that night?"
"I checked my property cameras. You guys took me unconscious. Not a kidnapping—wait, you did kidnap us," she admitted.
Wanda quickly hid her head.
Jack: "Ahem, don't worry about the details. You were chosen by the Spider God. I was invited to help. Originally, only one of you was to get powers. Now look—all three of you have them."
"Spider God?" The two were skeptical.
Jack showed the spider that bit them. They shuddered. It looked poisonous despite its red and blue pattern.
"This is the Spider God's messenger."
Jack added teasingly:
"There was also a Cockroach God, but I refused. Though cockroaches are strong, I figured you wouldn't want to be bitten by one, so I chose the Spider God instead."
Gwen jumped up, her head smashing through the car roof. The dented sheet metal banged loudly, visible to a nearby kid.
Years later, the kid, buying a car, would say:
"I saw a woman headbutt through this brand's roof. Not sturdy."
Gwen folded the sheet metal back, covering most of the hole.
"I'll pay, but now quickly lift this cockroach curse from me."
Grabbing Jack's collar, she shook him violently, the car vibrating with them.
Jack grabbed her hand. (๑•̌~•̑)ˀ̣ˀ̣
"Did I just say cockroach?"
Garfield-Spider nodded.
Jack: "Oh, I misspoke. It's the Spider God. A spider bit you."
Gwen breathed a slight sigh of relief. At least it wasn't a cockroach. Even the spider looked somewhat pleasant.
Though the Cockroach God was made up to distract them, his slip of the tongue worked perfectly.
