Jack took out a camera, aimed it at Gwen and the roof of the car, and started snapping rapid-fire shots.
The final photos showed Gwen reaching out to cover the lens, even including a shattered-glass effect.
Gwen (ꐦ⌒◡⌒): "Please hand over the camera's memory card."
Jack smiled inside his mind: "You want it? Come get a Roujia… Pwah!"

Wanda punched Jack directly in the stomach, and the camera flew into Gwen's hands. She pulled out the memory card and, with surprising strength, crushed it to pieces.
Jack: "Doesn't matter. The hole in the roof is still there. I'm keeping this car forever; I'll use this secret against you for the rest of your life."
Gwen turned hostile. "Who can prove I poked this hole? Who? You?"
She glared at Garfield-Spider, who quickly raised his hands: "Not me, I didn't see anything."
She naturally wouldn't ask Wanda; Wanda had just helped subdue Jack, so she was firmly on her side.
"Mr. Jack, could you tell me more about this spider? I'm very curious—it seems related to my father's research."
Jack looked puzzled. "Didn't Dr. Connors go looking for you?"
Peter shook his head. "No, the last time I saw Dr. Connors was in the lab at Oscorp Industries."
Gwen added: "He even assumed someone else's identity. The poor soul who was impersonated got kicked out by security, though it was cleared up later. Dr. Connors suppressed the matter, so few know about it."
Garfield-Spider scratched his head. "That was all for scientific research, so I had no choice but to…"
Jack began explaining Garfield-Spider's father and Oscorp.
"So it was Harry's father, Norman Osborn, who killed my father?"
Peter couldn't believe it; his best friend's father had killed his own.
"That seems to be the case, but you should verify it yourself. Not everything your eyes see is the truth," Jack said cautiously, leaving room for potential twists.
"Besides, maintain your relationship with Harry. He doesn't know anything."
"If you're not in a hurry for revenge, Norman Osborn will probably die soon anyway. Their family's genetic disease will take him within a couple of years."
As expected, Spider-Man was kind-hearted. Garfield-Spider didn't ask about revenge; he worried about Harry.
"Sir, does Harry have the genetic disease too?"
Jack nodded. "Of course. It's genetic. Occasional hand tremors are a precursor. You might want to check on him across the ocean."
Garfield-Spider fell into deep thought. Harry was both the son of the man who killed his father and his best friend—he was conflicted.
But the kind Peter Parker wouldn't be consumed by hatred. Instead, he would step up to save his friend, believing Harry was innocent.
Jack, however, thought no capitalist—or their children—was truly innocent.
"Harry is innocent. He doesn't know about these things. I can't direct my hatred toward him."
Garfield-Spider sobbed after learning the truth, then reconciled with himself about Harry. He wanted to save Harry because he was his friend.
None of this affected Jack. As he looked at Wanda's shy expression, he thought of magic… and curses.
Could the Osborn family disease be cursed? Although the movies suggested that treating the disease created the Green Goblin, a magical factor wasn't impossible. This was Marvel, after all—traces of magic were normal.
Once Norman died, Jack could check on Harry. If it was a cursed demon, Wanda could deal with the Green Goblin violently.
"Alright, any more questions? If not, you can get out of the car."
Garfield-Spider wiped tears and thanked Jack:
"Thanks for telling me all this. If you ever need help, I'll do my best to come."
After thanking him, Garfield-Spider and Peter left.
Jack turned to Gwen in the back seat, beneath the roof hole, and asked:
"Do you want to come home with me? Why aren't you getting out?"
Gwen was puzzled. "Don't you have anything to say to me? You told Peter so much, but with me, you just ask if I'm leaving?"
Jack was stumped. He really didn't have much to say. Gwen's family life was good; other than her father being in danger from the Lizard, nothing seemed wrong.
"Then… how about having your dad quit and become a scientist? If he were framed, he'd probably grab a gun and take out Norman Osborn first."
Gwen held her head in exasperation; her dad really would.
"Fine. Now let's talk about the changes in my body. It's having a huge impact on my life."
Jack was no longer sleepy. His glowing eyes scanned Gwen's entire body.
Then he frowned, asking uncertainly:
"Gwen, did your chest get smaller?"
Gwen: (づ﹏ど) "Get lost!"
She punched him directly in the chest, and he didn't dodge Wanda's sneak attack on his inner thigh.
Getting hit occasionally was actually quite pleasant—it felt like a massage. But he still had to pretend to be in pain.
Gwen clutched her chest, on the verge of tears.
The "rabbits" she had nurtured over a decade had shrunk after the spider bite.
Although her figure improved, the "rabbits" had indeed gotten smaller. Not by much, but she couldn't bear losing what she had worked so hard to raise.
Jack: "It's probably because your body burned fat. If you eat more and gain weight, they'll come back."
Gwen nodded. "True. My body feels lighter. My figure is slimmer, and my body fat percentage is dropping."
Wanda turned to Gwen: "Seriously? It can make you thinner?"
"My waist is definitely thinner," Gwen admitted, blushing. "But my chest is smaller too."
Wanda, pleasantly surprised, clung to Jack's arm, acting spoiled:
"Hubby, let's catch another spider, okay? I want to get thinner too."
Jack frowned.
"You're something else, Gwen, spreading deceptive talk. Let's see how I deal with you today."
Jack leaned over and pinched both of Gwen's cheeks.
Gwen tried to block him but wasn't strong enough.
"Mmph~ Stop, my face hurts."
Wanda was squeezed beneath Jack.

Wanda had enough. Fuming, she headbutted Jack.
A sledgehammer blow!
Jack, still pulling on Gwen's delicate cheeks…

Gwen decided this version of Jack was useless and said goodbye to Wanda.
"Wanda, I'm heading back now."
Wanda grabbed her hand, blushing. "I need a helper. Aren't you considering joining us?"
Gwen pulled away, embarrassed, and ran off.
Seeing Gwen run, Wanda clutched her forehead in pain. The headbutt had hurt, and tears welled up in her eyes. One hand still kept pounding Jack, as if that could ease the pain in her head.
