Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Bunch of Idiots

In the blink of an eye Sangre blew up into a puddle of blood as Ellen shot the black hole through where her skull was and rebuilt her body behind Ellen out of that same blood before shooting a dozen blood bullets into Ellen's back just for them to be reflected back at her the second they hit Ellen. Quickly responding Ellen compressed a black hole into her eye and pretended to strike at Sangre with another, which as Ellen predicted she dodged allowing her to shoot that black hole in her eye through Sangre's stomach ripping her intestines out.

Sangre wretched as she laughed at the fact that she was so easily predicted, her stomach and guts quickly regenerating without any issue. Dodging more of Ellens attack she bit her lip and kicked Ellen away as she started, "I thought we agreed to no more dirty moves like that last time~!" She giggled.

"Didn't we establish that rule because of you?" Ellen said as she shot five black holes out of her fingertips at Sangre, which connected as Sangre spoke again while regenerating, "I mean yeah but that doesn't mean you can do it now!" She said before shooting a hook from her bleeding lip and latched onto Ellen's shoulder.

"Well color me surprised," Ellen said as the hook pulled Sangre towards her at approximately mach one, Sangre's knees slamming into Ellen's gut and stabbing two large spears through it, latching Sangre onto Ellen again.

As Ellen started coughing up blood Sangre cupped her face and put her forehead against hers, "So~, whaddya say. Do I win this time? After all I managed to rough you up a bit more than last time, and~, I did it without any Incantations!"

"Oh yeah, I forgot we could use those," Ellen responded as she smirked and spit her blood into Sangre's eyes causing her to lean back with a slight groan and wipe her eyes allowing Ellen to compress Sangre's chest into a small, twisted swirl. Sangre quickly gasped for air as her chest popped back to normal, blood spiking out of it like when a raindrop hits a puddle.

'Chronological Sequence-' Ellen's chanting stopped as Sangre' shot a blood polearm out of her finger and cut her tongue off, the polearm just short enough to not go through Ellen's mouth. Ellen quickly swung her head down and started coughing with a waterfall of blood pouring out of her mouth.

"Aah! I'm sorry! That was too far! Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no! Okay, no, calm down girl deep breaths! You've got this!" Sangre quickly threw back the spears on her knees and clung onto Ellen's back with her legs while using her blood to heal her. Which was tedious but it was all she could do to help.

Seeing this from afar, Kala started screaming and hollering at Sangre, which she ignored as she was too focused on making sure, she doesn't accidentally kill Ellen.

Slowly opening his eyes, an icy breath escaped his lips as he yawned and looked around. Just to nearly fall off the bed from the scare of a lifetime as he spotted the Hirune peacefully sleeping huddled up to him. Slowly opening her eyes she froze before slowly looking up, "Hi..."

"... Hello?" They slowly scooted away from each other before simultaneously noticing that Ellen isn't anywhere to be around. Hirune and Tundra slowly stepped out of the room and looked around, each with an ice dagger in their pocket. Clearing the house, they didn't find neither Ellen nor Sangre anywhere, which led them outside where they saw Ellen and Sangre in the air with blood all over the two of them.

Seeing this and immediately thinking the worst Tundra threw his dagger at Sangre, which sliced her back in half causing her to shriek in pain, blood pouring out of Ellen's mouth and stomach as Sangre turned her towards Tundra as her back slowly regenerated.

Reaching her arm towards them, she chopped it off and threw it at the pair. The arm blowing up like a bomb as it struck the ground between them getting a bunch of thick sticky blood all over them. Sighing, Sangre got back to patching up Ellen, her progress back to zero. but this time she was more familiar with it so she probably wouldn't take as long.

Without thinking Tundra froze over the blood around him and broke it off completely ignoring Hirune. Noticing this, Hirune tried to get Tundra's attention to free her too but all that came out was mumbling as there was blood over her mouth.

Enraged by what he thought he was seeing, Tundra sent a bunch of icicles at Sangre which all connected. Sighing, Sangre stopped healing Ellen and said, "I'm sorry." To which Ellen managed to get two grunts out which Sangre took as 'It's okay' but she also thought it could mean 'fuck you' as the two grunts sound similar, either way this wasn't going to stop Sangre's following action of throwing Ellen back onto the middle peak near Hirune.

"Alright popsicle, I'm going to incapacitate you for a bit alright?" Sangre said before suddenly appearing in front of Tundra, an arrow already in the midst of flying out of her mouth. barely reacting in time, he made an ice wall between him and her before making a bunch of spikes erect out of the wall while Sangre slammed into it.

"I guess you've got more than I gave you credit for," Sangre said.

'Hirune~! Do something I'm bored!' Namulenza said while making Hirune's head throb. A familiar smell filling Hirune's nose as her vision went a bit blurry. 'Listen Hirune, wouldn't it be great if you used my powers to free yourself and put an end to that lady~?' Namulenza said in a controlling tone. Hirune looked down thoughtfully, then nodded as Namulenza continued, 'After all think of how you could use these powers? You could easily use them to bring justice to the world, so why don't you put them to good use?' Having a sudden change in mindset, Hirune nodded again as she struggled against the blood. With an unfamiliar feeling bubbling up in her she devoured the blood with the devourer jaws and freed herself.

Namulenza's voice suddenly turned solemn as she spoke, 'I'm sorry, all I can do now is hope that Ellen knows what I did and reverses it so that I can explain it to you...' Namulenza stayed silent for a moment hoping Hirune would somehow ask her what she meant, but it seemed as though it was too early for Hirune to have any level of control over this power.
