A freezing wind came flying past. Leaves shattered the floor. "What the hell is happening?" Charles asked.
"Looks like they got into the control room." Gabriel said with a sigh. As the air filled with a clicking sound as a glowing red disk met with ours. It was a mechanical being.
"What is this?" Charles asked looking at it I start to fly above his head and the battlefield because it would be foolish to think they come in peace. But what are they?
"Puppet Manipulation I have not seen since 1,000 years ago." Asura's voice came from Gabriel's cheek.
"So similar to Cursed Dolls?" Charles asked. Looking at the mouth of Asura that came out of Gabriel's cheek.
"It is a daughter technique to Cursed Dolls. The first user saw it was outdated so he used machines. I hate to say it but humans are quite creative." Asura said as his mouth merged back into Gabriel's cheek. The robot shot a laser at both of them. They both managed to dodge. Charles stabbed Renfield through its head. It seemed to go off line.
"That was really disappointing." Charles said as heard a beeping sound. Then BOOM! It exploded in a blazing fireball. Charles was covered in charcoal and ash. Gabriel and I were snickering.
"You should learn not to turn your back to your enemies." I said looking at him landing on his shoulder.
"I hate Clankers." Charles grumbles. Wiping the cinders off his face. Hearing more odd sounds. Seeing a few more robots.
"Exestemate. Exestemate." The robot mechanically repeats it over and over again. They all charged. Charles pulled out Jackal. Shooting both of them in the head. They exploded.
"Damn there weak." Gabriel said. Slicing off a robot head. Kicking the body away. But its head then burst into a fiery explosion. Seconds later Charles burst out laughing. But had to dodge a blade arm from another robot. Charles' foot cracked the armor of the robot. It jabbed at Charles' face.
"Exestemate." The robot said. It started to glow then it blew up in Charles' face. Gabriel chuckled as a Chaos Bullet whizz pasted his head.
"Exestemate." Another robot said its arm was a rifle barrel. The rifle was still smoking. Gabriel charged, slicing it arm off. It then glowed brightly before exploding. Gabriel jumped back but his foot still got burned.
"Damn it." Gabriel said with hiss. His leg was burned.
"Exestemate… Exestemate.. Exestemate." A swarm of robots. The sound of clanking metal filled the air. Charles was snarling.
"Get out of here I will meet up with you back at base." Charles said.
"My foot is damaged." Gabriel said. Charles rolled his eyes.
"Starlight: Heal." Charles said as Gabriel jumped to his feet picking up his sword.
"Looks like I get to fight with you." Gabriel said with a smile. Charles shrugged at the decision. A small smile forms on Charles face.
"My fault for being fooled." Charles said. Both of them charged at the robots. I was flying above them again.
"Your arrogance will be your death." Gabriel said with a smile. "But I wonder what this will do." Gabriel said cryptically.
"Wonder what?" Charles asked.
"Jörmgander's Venom." Gabriel said as a purple mist surrounded the blade. He swung the blade at one of the robots; it melted and boiled into a puddle.
"What the hell." Charles spoke. He was in awe. "Why did you not use it on Huntsman?" Charles asked, barely dodging the swipe from a robot. Then we saw a hissing sound. It was a Gabriel Hypersuit. It was slowly melting slowly dripping on the ground. Looks like that venom is highly corrosive.
"Exestemate." Another robot said. Then its head was crushed by Charles; he kicked it into three others; they all exploded.
"These tin cans are weak but they do have quite the numbers." Charles said looking at the weak robots as the sound of gears turning filled the air. Trees fell as a robot with a machine gun mounted on its shoulder. As well a plasma cutter attached to its forearm. This thing had heavy platting. Bullets hung from it like vines. The sound of beeping and then.
"Targets… Gabriel Merlin, student of Amarok… Charles Starling… Exestemate." The robot said it opened fire at Gabriel.
"Amarok? Like the legendary hunter said to be the strongest of this era." Charles said once again he was shocked.
"Starling the legendary clan of hunters." Gabriel said. Dodging some bullets but a few of them pierce his Hypersuit. Someone changed Charles' entrance form. But who would have the influence to do such a thing? Against the wishes of Sebastian.
"Yeah…" Charles muttered. Charles blocked the sword slash from the huge robot. Charles' knees started to buckle. Renfield was now glowing red hot. Making Charles drop Renfield as well jumping back.
"That plasma cutter is dangerous." Gabriel noted. Seeing the red hot Renfield.
"My precious sword." Charles said tears rolled down his face. "Damn Oil chugger." Charles snarled he growled he loves Renfield a gift from Sebastian and Carmilla.
"Why are you so against robots?" Gabriel asked. I flew close to both of them.
"Either because one blew up in his face or because it took 12 days to set up a Chaos Phone." I said then flying up dodging the storm of bullets.
"Valtina!" Charles yelled as he said that several bullets hit him. His crimson delicious blood dripped on the floor. Now his breathing became more labored.
"Jörmungander's Venom." Gabriel said. Slashing at the arm with the plasma cutter. But there was some sort of barrier blocking the blow. But the purple mist covered the arm and it started to turn into rust.
"Notice damage taken." The robot said. "Change strategy requested." The robot continued. As it then let out a huge eerie high pitch sound. Charles grabbed his ears. I fell to the ground. It felt like someone was hammering my head with ten jack hammers. The only one standing was Gabriel.
