Charles starts to walk off. Leo lays their blood pools below him. As then the black hair man was kneeling in front of Charles. "What do you want?" Charles growls clearly not in a good mood. As he got his head on the grown.
"I heard you were looking for servants, please let me serve you." The man begs.
"Then make yourself useful and bring me some food." Charles said before he started to walk off. What is Charles thinking?
"What are you thinking?" I questioned looking at his cold blue eyes.
"I must go back and lick my wounds. Also it gets him off my back because most of the Chaos Beast would have run from the noise of the fight. Also I am in no condition to fight or hunt at the moment." Charles explained his thoughts. It made sense.
"You okay?" I asked, looking at him. As he looks back.
"Mental or Physical?" He questioned my question.
"Both." I said looking at him.
"Everything hurts, it's a struggle to walk straight. Mentally I am broken. My sword that I had for as long as I have wielded a sword broke. I know it was the impure form of Mythril but it melted because of his sunlight." Charles said his voice was tired. As I felt myself falling I was sitting on his shoulder. But he quickly caught himself from falling.
"Okay…" I said. What I am supposed to say to make him feel better. Think Valtina. Think. It is not that hard. "Get better human." I said the words came from my mouth before I could think. Damn it that is not what I wanted to say. But I heard a chuckle.
"That fair I do get mad at some of the littlest things. I can get another sword. Thanks." Charles said with a somber smile on his face. He then tripped on a rock falling face first into the ground. I was barely able to dodge so I would not be crushed by him.
"You okay?" I asked him. He lay there motionless. As if he was dead.
"Everything hurts." Charles mumbles his face still in the snow. As he slowly got up.
"Really, do you know how much you worry me at times?" I said looking at Charles. He is a dimwit at times doing things that can only be described as idiotic.
"A lot." Charles said with a playful shrug he dusted the snow off of him. He started to walk like a drug. Swaying side to side. I was following him hovering above his shoulder.
"Yeah why do you make me so worried?" I asked the question but I did not even know that answer to that question.
"I have no clue." Charles said his blue eyes were foggy and he was clearly tired. As he leaned against a wall for balance.
"We are almost there." I told him to encourage him. Charles fell to his knees. His breathing was heavy and labored. He started to cough. Then he covered his mouth. Something metallic filled the air. It was blood that was dripping from Charles' hand.
"Damn it that I thought I healed all my wounds." Charles said with a somber smile. As he vomits even more blood. Staining the white snow a bloody red. He barely stood up. but then slipped on his own blood. Falling back into his face. No you can't die here.
"No Charles you can't die here." I said crimson tears made of blood rolled down my bat face. Please don't die.
"Well little brother, that was an interesting fight." A person said his eyes glowed crimson. As he took another step forward. "I guess you're unable to hear me." He looked into the almost dead eyes of Charles. I got a better look at the vampire, Lux.
"What are you doing here?" I asked, dreading the feeling. In my chest I knew something about the Pendragon that Charles did not. All of them lead underground organizations.
"I am the leader of the House of Evolution, dear brother. I didn't want you to be involved. But you managed to mess it up. I merely want to give strength." Lux held Charles' head on his lap. He injects something into his neck.
"What did you do?" I asked in anger. Flapping my wings in front of his face.
"I injected something that should help him heal and make him grow." Lux said with a shrug. Kissing Charles forehead. "I want to give you the world, my dear little brother." With Lux's final words he picks him up and carries him to a bridal style. Taking him back to the cave. He was carrying Charles as if he was made of glass. As he puts him next to Gabriel snarling at him. What was his grudge?
"What's your deal?" I asked, flying beside him. He looks at me with hate.
"I hate him because he was a creation for my plans that went rogue. I made plans to merge the Merlin clan strongest with the physical might of the Lancelot blood. It worked but Amarok took him the second I killed both his father." Lux said walking off but he suddenly stopped. What the hell. "Goodbye aunt." Lux said with disgust and disdain clearly in his voice.
"Goodbye nephew." The words on my mouth felt like holy water on my tongue. After he teleported away I noticed something. Wait Gabriel bandages were fresh, someone changed them. But the question is who. Suddenly I heard footsteps. It was someone wearing a white cloak. Walk into the cave.
"Good, the bandages still don't need to be changed." The person said as he finally noticed me and Charles.
"Ggggrrr." I said not being happy to have someone random in the cave. He slowly pulled out his sword. I was trying to make myself look bigger.
"Don't attack boy. They are the closest thing to an ally I and this body have." It was the voice of Asura that made the boy kneel on his hands and knees. Why was he bowing to Asura? A thousand questions went through my head but I have to protect Charles.
"I am a servant of Asura, he is my god." He said his voice was mature and calm. A member of the cult of Asura. I thought they were wiped out. Quite interesting.
"I am farmlair of Charles." I said as then I heard something.
"Ha!" Asura said from the cheek of Gabriel why he had to be so annoying.
"Wait, what is this?" The servant asked if there was a bright blue snow flake on the back of his right hand. It was within a decagram. There was a circle around the decagram. With three symbols there were three tips of the decagram. They were diamond shaped.
"My lord." A voice said it was that black hair man he was dragging a huge Chaos Beast blood covering his face.
"Who are you?" Asura servant said. As they both glared at each other.
"Mmmmmh." Charles said as he started sweating profusely. His face went pale. He started moving thrashing; it might be a reaction to the drug Lux injected. What the hell did he inject into him? As the black hair rushed, falling to knees near. His face was full of worry.
"My lord, are you okay? What happened?" He asked many questions one after another. His voice was manic.
"Aaahhh." Charles said as his whole back arches. Before falling to the ground. He was thrashing; it was so much worse. Lux when I tell him about this.
"Please be okay." The black hair man pleaded looking at Charles brown hair as it suddenly glowed silver before changing back. Black veins started to spread from the point of injection. Suddenly Charles nails sharpen into claws. His sweating got worse.
"Aaaarggh." Charles' shrill scream filled the cave. Eyes bags below his eyes formed. Then I saw his teeth sharpen just as quickly going back to normal. His back arches again as if he was getting shocked.
"What the hell. Kid you okay?" Asura asked as he spoke from Gabriel's cheek. He only worried about his rematch.
"AAAAARRRGGGGGGG!" This time the shrill shriek was loud and more painful.
