It was early in the morning on the third day of being here. I think. Gabriel was up also. "You wanna spare me?" Charles asked.
"Sure why not." Gabriel followed. After they got out they pulled their weapons. Renfield and Gabriel's katana.
"Now let's get started." The second after Charles he charged at Gabriel while I watched from the sky. Their weapons clash. Sparks fly. Charles forced both of the weapons down. Kicking Gabriel in the face.
"Damn." Gabriel then had to parry a thrust attack from Charles. Charles' slash was blocked by Gabriel's katana. Gabriel was being forced by Charles. Gabriel took a lower than and had one on the katana. Interestingly he is making his Chaos reinforcement closer and more dense. Their sword clashes once again.
"Nice." Charles said with a happy laugh. As he uses a small amount of starlight. It was a faint glow. Once again they were evenly matched. Sparks flying off. Renfield was deflected.
"Chaos Flash." Gabriel said. He was able to hit Charles' shoulder. Space warped around the blow. Black lightning spread from that wound. But this seemed to get Charles's smile bigger. Charles' eyes turned yellow.
"Damn that hurts." Charles said, cracking his neck. But he quickly ran to attack. Knocking Gabriel's sword out of the way. Charles sweeps Gabriel's legs. Knocking him off balance. He stabbed Gabriel in the shoulder. It was mostly blocked by his Chaos Energy.
"Damn even without Chaos Energy you're this strong." Gabriel said with joy in his voice. This time Gabriel charged.
"Wow, both of them are cut from the same cloth." I asked. Looking at them trading blows. It's getting hard to tell if they're trying to kill each other.
"Chaos Flash." Gabriel said. The space warped around the blow. Black lightning spread from the wound. Charles' smile was huge. Gabriel also seemed to be having so much fun.
"Let me out! Let me fight him!" Asura yelled out he wanted to fight Charles.
"Shut up!" Gabriel said. Slapping his cheek. To shut up Asura.
"Keep your attention on me." Charles warned. Slashing at Gabriel's head.
"Damn." Gabriel spoke. Being forced back on the defensive. Their swords met. Once again there was a power struggle. This time Gabriel forced Charles back.
"This is so much fun." Gabriel said with a smile. A wide slash at Charles' head. Charles jumped back.
"I can agree with this." Charles agreed both of them clashed once again. Charles kicked the knee of Gabriel. Knocking him to one knee. Charles tried to cut off Gabriel's head. Now I am starting to think they are trying to kill each other. Gabriel was able to duck under the slash. Gabriel lands a kick on his stomach.
"Where have you been all my life?" Gabriel questioned.
"I could ask you that?" Charles said with a smile. They both charged at each other. They clashed but Charles loosened his grip. Ducking under the slash. Charles thrust his sword from below. Gabriel leaned back.
"Let me fight! Let me fight!" Asura chanted wanting to fight.
"No." Gabriel said with a frown. Slapping his cheek again. Charles was upon. Gabriel was barely able to dodge. Getting a small cut on his cheek.
"Pay attention." Charles said his voice was cold but he was wearing a smile. Charles blocked a slash from Gabriel using his own arm. A small cut appeared before it was healed. This sparring match was getting out of hand.
"This is all my attention." Gabriel said his crazy smile was creepy. But was odd as Charles also seemed in a trace as if this was a careful dance that has been performed a thousand times. Gabriel held his katana pointing at Charles. With his eye glowing a deep purple. Both of the charges seemed equally matched. Neither was winning the power struggle.
"This is so much fun." Charles said his eyes glowing a bright yellow. Jumping back to gain some distance.
"I agree I can't say anything is more fun than this." Gabriel said. Charging at Charles. He used a downward slash. Charles rolled out of the way. Then Charles tried to disembowel him.
"Is there any way to make this more fun?" Charles asked, looking at Gabriel. Both of them are insane.
"It is official whether there are gemæd or serial killers. I have no clue the world got crazy within the last 1,000 years." I said looking over both of them.
"Don't think so!" Gabriel yelled followed by a crazed laugh. Charles charged at Gabriel. Charles went for a thrust but Gabriel dodged. Gabriel tried to eviscerate Charles. Charles barely managed to dodge. Causing a slash appear on Charles stomach.
"Damn that was close but so fun I have not had this much fun ever." Charles said his smile was unchanging. Why do I feel something strange? Like both of them are monsters? Charles keeps his Starlight at such a low output and Gabriel control has gotten much higher but he is still wasting so much but he won't notice. Both are using an interesting strategy. Forcing a disadvantage on each other. Both of them charge at each other. Once again. Their weapons clash.
"This feels different. I want to win but I am having too much fun." Gabriel said. This time Charles pushed Gabriel back.
"I can agree it makes me love fighting." Charles said with a smile on his face. Charles charged at Gabriel trying to force him on the back foot. But Gabriel was able to dodge and punch Charles in the face.
"Let me fight." Asura said. But he was ignored this time. As Charles backflipped, gaining some distance. Gabriel charged as he went for a wide slash. Charles jumped over it. Landing a kick on his face. Followed by another using the force of the kick to regain distance.
"Looks like you're focusing on speed and agility." Gabriel said.
"As you're focusing on strength and durability." Charles said. Looks like they're learning. Both of them are insane, both of them are trying to kill each other but neither see the other as an enemy.
"What a shock have you two met?" A voice asked. Wait, it belonged to that person who healed Charles.
"It's him." Gabriel growled looking at him. Both of their full attention was on him.
"Who is he?" Charles asked, looking at Gabriel for some answers.
"You don't recognize me, I healed you." The voice said.
"Kill him, anyone that interrupts such a wonderful fight to watch should be killed!" Asura yelled out. Why am I the only one with some normalcy? Why god what did I do minus trying to wipe out humanity.
"I agree with him on this once." Charles said his eyes were glowing a very bright yellow. Looking at this figure.
"I hate to agree with Asura but he should be killed." Gabriel said with venom dripping from his voice.
"Wait, both of my targets want to take me on, so let me introduce myself. My name is Huntsman." Huntsman said with a bow. He looked to be mid 30's.
"Let's start." Charles said as he charged at Huntsman. Huntsman blocked his kick. But had to duct under Gabriel slash.
"Let's kick into high gear." Gabriel said with a nod.
"Yeah." Charles said. Pulling out his gun. With a smile on his face.
"Ragnarock: Hati & Sköll." Gabriel said his shadow morphed and grew then exploded upwards. Both of the wolves had dragon-like fangs and claws. Both eyes gleamed a bloody red.
"Well shit this is not good." Huntsman said the marking under his eyes glowed like ten tear drops. All of them glowed purple.
"Phantom Bullet." Charles said. Nothing seemed to happen. "I was sure I hit you in the head." Charles looked confused. He what was happening.
