Far away, inside a high-rise building, Li Wei sighed in relief as he lowered his telescope.

Li Kan stared at Jiang Yan, still unsure who this terrifying young man was.
Wang Tong nodded to Li Wei, then suddenly snorted and spoke sternly:
"There is clearly a God of War-level fighter in your squad. He could've solved this easily. Why did you call your father for help?"
"When your dad contacted me and Uncle Li, we rushed over immediately!"
"You—when you come out to train, act like it. Don't cry for your parents the moment something dangerous happens!"
Li Wei froze.
What god of war?
Their Thunder Squad didn't have one—
Wait.
His eyes slowly turned toward Jiang Yan.
