Bryan's POV
I stared at the text on Alice's phone and felt rage burn through me so hot I couldn't think straight, Marcus was supposed to be dead and in custody but somehow he was texting my wife about meeting his grandson like he had any right to either of our children.
"He's alive," Alice whispered and her voice was shaking so bad I took the phone from her hands before she dropped it. "Bryan he's supposed to be in FBI custody, how is he texting me?"
"I don't know but we're finding out right now," I said pulling out my own phone to call Agent Morrison because this was exactly the kind of thing the FBI was supposed to prevent.
Morrison answered on the third ring sounding annoyed like we'd interrupted something important.
"Mr Hale this better be urgent," he said and I could hear music in the background like he was at some kind of party.
