After hearing that I looked deeper into this system I now had and it explained what I was supposed to do.
For one thing if I tamed any Pokemon I could hold them within a storage space that acted like a safe sleeping space for my Pokemon along with also being like a pokeball.
If I had to give an example it's like that storage space for all the extra Pokemon that one captures but aren't put on the team and are what Pokemon trainers would go and capture just to increase their Pokédex.
However unlike in the original games you can't store Pokemon there indefinitely, it's a good place to sleep but unlike the future version it doesn't automatically feed and clean a Pokemon so they have to be let out daily or else they will begin to starve.
But it was a way to conveniently take many Pokemon long distances without issues that way or move through areas without needing to fight other Pokemon.
But the first six slots of Pokemon were different as it would feed them and keep them healthy along with slowly healing them due to them being the main 'team' of Pokemon at my disposal.
And while I was my Pokémon's Master for the most part, so long as I have a high enough affinity with my Pokemon and they were female I can also become there Mate while any males I would become their Pack Leader as they would listen wholeheartedly to any word I said.
Now I know other Pokemon will possibly have mates and if they do I wouldn't be so callous as to separate them or try any scummy like making their mate my own as I would be making them my tamed Pokemon.
'But do I have to mate every Pokemon? Even the ones that would be impossible to have sex with in the first place?' I couldn't help but think to myself as I kept on looking the Breeder system over.
And when I found my answer it was yes, I needed to get it on with every Pokemon species in this world at a bare minimum baring most of the legendary Pokemon.
Luckily the system gave it an option to turn non-humanoid shaped Pokemon a more human body shape in order to make mating easier overall.
However most insect Pokemon won't be available to do so until they reach their final evolution.
"Looks like I have a lot of work to do." I mutter while I look at the fire before me while Buneary and Venipede had fallen asleep, where as Misdrevus went deeper in the cave away from the fire to relax as she was a nocturnal pokemon so it was normal to stay awake.
"Misdrevus, if anything comes by then wake me up." I say as I go to lay down myself to sleep for the night.
Misdrevus didn't say anything but began to float around the cave before heading outside to go cause mischief for other wild pokemon.
And so the night passed quickly by as I awoke while I looked over my new pokemon, there stats, there skills and their friendship value.

"Well I guess Misdreavus and Venipede are females, but that doesn't matter really." I speak to myself as I think everything over.
The breeder system doesn't suddenly make a female Pokemon want to have sex with me, I need to bond with my Pokemon for that to become a option, and to do that is to work together in fights, make meals together and just take care of them in general for their FV to go up and only when it reaches 100 will it change our relationship between each other as a result.
"Alright guys it's time we went out to get more food, not only that with your guys help we can even maybe go and get fish to eat!" I said to them as they gathered around me.
"Ooooh!!!" They cheered together seemingly in agreement with that thought as I grabbed my basket while Venipede hopped up onto my arm and sat on my shoulder.
"Bun-Bun!" Buneary began hopping around at me looking at me teary eyed in a pitiful kind of way.
"Alright fine you can ride on my back." I said crouching down before Buneary hopped up onto my back and held on tight.
'Hmm, I can feel her breasts on my back.' I thought to myself while I hefted the basket onto my shoulder while Misdreavus floated along with me as we went into the jungle.
Several Pokemon curiously looked at our group but for the most part left us be, though a few Bird Pokemon were eyeing Venipede like a tasty snack.
But most weren't dumb, of all early evolution Bug-Type pokemon, Venipede was one of the few they wouldn't actively try and hunt due to their poisonous barbs on their heads, that and of all Bug-Types Venipede is particularly viscous.
I think I just got lucky with giving Venipede her favorite kind of Berry, but I wouldn't realize until later that the Rasp-Berry is a berry used to easily tame Wild Pokemon leading to me taming her as a result.
But now we a small group of Pokemon with me it was easy for me as I didn't need to be as cautious while moving around, though if I did see any big pokemon in the distance we steered clear, until finally we arrived at the river.
I then looked around and saw a small branch nearby that I grabbed and bent to which it didn't snap but curved well showing it was really good at working under pressure.
I set down the basket as Venipede and Buneary hopped off me, "Buneary, can you and Misdrevus go look for some berries to collect? You can take my basket but if you guys feel like your in danger you can just run back to me alright? I'm going to stay here with Venipede and start fishing." I say as I grab even more things to make myself another basket.
"Buneary!"
"Dreavus!"
Both of them understood as Buneary took the basket and headed back into the jungle to find more berries for us to eat.
"Venipede, can you use Silk Shot to help me make a new stronger basket to hold the fish we catch?" I ask to which Venipede nods and begins helping me make a second makeshift basket, but held together with strong silk rather than plant fibers.
Then Venipede put a long string of Silk right on the end of my stick to make myself a primitive fishing rod, to which I pulled out a Rasp-Berry and took off a piece before attaching it to the silk end.
I then swung my arm back and then forward before releasing my cast as I began fishing in the river.
Soon enough things will begin to change as I had to think about where I should live from now on.
The cave works for now but I needed a real piece of land that I could make a house upon, but before then it's best I gather more pokemon to help make that dream possible.
"ROOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!!!"
"Oh that can't be good." I say hearing a massive roar off in the distance, but from the opposite side of the river from us.
But as the saying goes, don't put your nose where it shouldn't be, and that's especially true in this primitive world.
But whether I like it or not, it seems the world would ultimately make this my problem.
