**Chapter 10: The Village and the Uchiha**
The sun rose again above the horizon, though everyone knew it had never truly rested.
Just like the Third Hokage in his office.
He stared at the files on his desk, lost in thought.
Most of the information was missing. The only certainty was that the child's parents had perished during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Incident, leaving her just six years old.
This was understandable. The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Incident had devastated much of Konoha, including the Konoha Military Police Force headquarters. It was only natural that some records had been destroyed.
Still, to be this strong at six...
The Uchiha Clan truly was extraordinary. Such a talented ninja couldn't be allowed to remain within the clan.
Once they graduated from the Ninja Academy, Uchiha Itachi or this Uchiha Naruko must be recruited into the Anbu.

The Third Hokage rubbed his temples. *Sigh, I should have been retired by now.*

Inside the Uchiha Clan training grounds, Uchiha Naruko formed hand seals:
"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!"
Flames erupted, demonstrating Naruko's mastery of this C-rank ninjutsu.
"Naruko? Why are you pushing yourself so hard? You were badly injured yesterday. What are you doing here training today?"
Uchiha Itachi's figure appeared in the training grounds. Seeing the girl had arrived even earlier than him, he hurried over to stop her from forming another set of seals.
"Itachi-kun, I'm fine now. See?"
Completely disregarding her current female identity, Naruko decisively lifted her hem.
At first, Itachi blushed at Naruko's gesture and quickly averted his gaze.
But then he thought, *If she's not embarrassed, why should I be?* With this realization, Itachi turned back.
At first glance, Naruko's abdomen appeared smooth and flawless, like polished jade.
But then Itachi realized, *Wait, that's not what I was supposed to be looking at...*
"How is this possible? You're actually healed? Naraku, did you use an illusion technique?"
Uchiha Itachi knew how severe her injuries had been the previous day. Even with a Medical Ninja's treatment, such wounds couldn't possibly heal so quickly.
"Let's spar, Itachi! We've been training together for so long, but we've never actually sparred before!"
Naraku felt her combat skills were lacking and wanted to improve this weakness. Uchiha Itachi was the perfect sparring partner.
"I'd rather not. Let's do it another day. Your injuries just healed, so it's best to avoid strenuous activity for now."
Uchiha Itachi still seemed very concerned.
"Alright, alright. We'll spar in a couple of days then."
Naraku didn't insist, knowing that training could wait.
Time passed swiftly, and the day vanished in the blink of an eye. The sun was already beginning to set.
Both wiped the sweat from their foreheads and stopped simultaneously.
Naraku checked her status panel. After reaching the proficient level, the progress of her *Charged Fist Strike* skill had slowed significantly.
However, this wasn't enough to make Naraku despair. He estimated that in another two days, he would be able to raise his mastery of the Charged Fist Strike to the Master level.
At that point, he would unlock a new skill: Strong Hand Skull Splitter.
The thought alone filled him with anticipation.
"Let's call it a day. How about we grab some dinner?" Uchiha Itachi asked Uchiha Naraku with a smile.
Just as Uchiha Naraku was about to reply, a figure darted out from the forest.
It was none other than Uchiha Shisui.
"Brother Shisui, you're here! Want to join us for dinner?" Uchiha Itachi showed no surprise at Shisui's arrival.
"I went to your house to find you," Shisui explained. "When you weren't there, I figured you must be with Naraku."
Shisui then approached Uchiha Naraku, smiling warmly. "Hello, I'm Uchiha Shisui. We didn't get a proper introduction last time. Itachi often mentions you—you're one of his few friends, after all."
For a fleeting moment, Shisui's gaze held a hint of admiration as he looked at Uchiha Naraku.
*What a truly adorable little girl.*
**Congratulations, Host! Your favor with Uchiha Shisui has increased. You have earned 5 currency points.**
Upon hearing the System's notification, a radiant smile quickly bloomed on the face of White Lotus Naraku.
Uchiha Shisui, if he hadn't died, would have had a strong chance of preventing the Uchiha coup. Moreover, his death triggered Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan.
Cultivating a good relationship with him was exactly what Naraku had been hoping for. After all, by continuously interfering with the plot, he could ensure Shisui's survival.
*If Shisui lives, I want to see how Itachi awakens his Sharingan...*
*Hmph, just you wait, Itachi. The moment Uchiha Shisui becomes another one of my currency suppliers, I'll knock your front teeth out.*
*Once this is done, reclaiming my manhood will be within reach.*
With this thought, Naraku's smile grew even more pure and endearing.
*Come on, Naraku, let's get ready to charm another customer.*
"Senior Shisui, I'm Uchiha Naruko," Naraku said, bowing respectfully.
"Don't worry about being so formal. Since you're Itachi's friend, you can just call me Brother Shisui."
The girl's smile was infectious, and combined with her connection to Itachi, Shisui had a very favorable impression of Naraku.
"Let's go. I'm treating today. What do you two want to eat?"
"Can we have ramen?"
*Ōtsutsuki Ichiraku... I definitely need to meet this man.*
"What about you, Itachi? What do you want?"
"Ramen will do."
Uchiha Itachi glanced at Naraku, who was unusually cheerful. He wouldn't want to spoil her mood.
"Alright then, let's head out."
Shisui noticed the gentle look in Itachi's eyes as he gazed at Naraku and smiled knowingly.

The three walked together through the bustling streets of Konoha Village. Uchiha Naruko constantly looked around, observing the familiar yet foreign ninja village.
Having transmigrated to the Naruto World over half a month ago, this was her first time venturing outside the Uchiha Clan Compound.
She truly looked like a curious young girl.
Well... to be fair, biologically speaking, she *was* a cute young girl.
As they approached an intersection, a commotion suddenly erupted ahead.
"Enough! Come back to the Police Force with us now, or we'll have to use force."
Two Konoha Police Force ninjas had surrounded a man wearing a green jōnin vest.
"Hah! Uchiha, hic, I'm Lord Sarutobi Hiruzen's own nephew! Sarutobi... Sarutobi Kuima! You wouldn't dare touch me!"
Naruko, Shisui, and Itachi squeezed through the crowd of onlookers.
They discovered that the surrounded ninja indeed had the Sarutobi Clan crest emblazoned on his shoulder.
His face was flushed crimson, and his posture was strikingly awkward—it was clear this guy was completely drunk.
Beside him lay an overturned stall, and an elderly woman was curled up on the ground, seemingly injured.
Seeing this scene, Uchiha Naruko couldn't help but sigh. *As expected, the Konoha Police Force only handles jobs that make enemies.*
"Hmph! Causing trouble while drunk? It doesn't matter if you're Sarutobi Hiruzen's nephew—even if you were his son, the Konoha Military Police Force would arrest you!"
Two Konoha Police Force ninjas, their shoulders emblazoned with the Uchiha Clan crest, shouted loudly.
Hearing their words, Uchiha Naruko raised her elegant, willow-leaf eyebrows.
Fair enforcement of the law was one thing, but this was going too far.
After all, this was the Hokage of their village. Even by seniority, they shouldn't be addressing him by his given name so casually.
*It seems the Uchiha Clan's resentment toward the Third Hokage runs deeper than I thought.*
