**Chapter 13: True Perverts and False Perverts**
As the saying goes, "Ice three feet thick is not formed in a day."
As early as when the Second Hokage, Tobirama, established the Konoha Military Police Force, many Uchiha clansmen had already instigated uprisings.
After these rebellions were suppressed, the remaining Uchiha accepted positions within the Military Police.
The Uchiha Clan gained significant authority, and their relationship with the village improved.
However, the Uchiha Clan later realized they had been completely excluded from Konoha's upper echelons.
Dissatisfaction rapidly grew. By the end of the Third Shinobi World War, the Third Hokage resigned in disgrace after being criticized by Danzo for compromising with other nations.

The pacifist faction, led by Uchiha Fugaku, burned with righteous fury, eager to fight the Nine-Tailed Beast for the village.
But Konoha's leaders clearly distrusted the Uchiha. Fugaku soon received orders to maintain order within the village and strictly prohibit the Uchiha Clan from approaching the Nine-Tailed Beast.
Konoha's leaders openly declared to the Uchiha: "Your existence poses a greater threat to Konoha than the Nine-Tailed Beast itself."
This blatant distrust rapidly emboldened the hawkish faction within the Uchiha Clan.
After the Nine-Tailed Beast Rampage, the destruction of the Military Police headquarters provided Konoha's leadership with the perfect excuse to confine the Uchiha to the village's northwest corner, placing them under strict surveillance.
As Konoha's largest ninja clan, the Uchiha erupted in fury, and increasingly militant voices rose within their ranks.
*If Konoha's leaders distrust us, then the Uchiha will lead Konoha.*
They were even willing to seize power by force if necessary.
Having only watched the anime before, Uchiha Naruko hadn't fully grasped the depth of the situation. But now, living among the Uchiha, she clearly understood that the clan's coup d'état was inevitable.
As her thoughts slowly returned to the present, Uchiha Itachi spoke first in response to Uchiha Shisui's question:
"Shisui-nii, are you referring to those two Uchiha who showed insufficient respect to the Hokage?"
Itachi was still young, but if the timeline remained unchanged, he would be fully embroiled in the conflict between the village and the Uchiha by next year.
"Ah, this soup is truly delicious..."
Uchiha Naruko drained the last drop of soup and flashed Shisui and Itachi a satisfied smile.
"I think Shisui-nii is worried about the relationship between the clan and Konoha, right?"
There was no rush. Naraku could slowly brainwash Shisui later. After all, he'd come all the way to the Naruto world; if he didn't change anything, he'd be a disgrace to all transmigrators.
Meanwhile, Shisui remained completely unaware that he had become the target of Naraku, a perverted old man disguised as a little girl.
Shisui stared at Naraku in surprise. Had he already figured it out?
The conflict between the Uchiha Clan and Konoha.
Just as Shisui was about to speak, an Anbu operative approached him, whispered something in his ear, and quickly departed.
"Since we've finished eating, let's go," Shisui said, rising to pay the bill. After a warm farewell from Uncle Teuchi, the three left Ichiraku Ramen together.
"I won't be joining you back. I have some matters to attend to. Itachi, Naruko, you two keep up the good work."
With a smile and a wave, Shisui vanished in a Body Flicker Technique.
"That was the Third Hokage's personal Anbu, wasn't it?" Itachi remarked, watching Shisui's departure. "Looks like there's another mission on the front lines. I really hope this war ends soon."

What had started as a pleasant outing with three friends for dinner ended with only Uchiha Naruko returning alone.
Just moments ago, Uchiha Itachi had been "conveniently" intercepted by Uchiha Fugaku, who insisted Itachi join him for an early taste of the Konoha Military Police Force's night patrols.
What Naruko found most unsettling was Fugaku's personal display of concern, showering her with inquiries about her well-being:
*How are you doing?*
*Has the Uchiha Clan's orphan stipend been delivered on time?*
*Why don't you come visit us at home sometime?*
He even gave Naruko a lingering, peculiar look.
Then the System notification chimed:
Congratulations, Host! Your affinity with Uchiha Fugaku has increased, earning you 25 currency points.
Hearing this, Uchiha Naruko froze in shock.
*What the hell? Could the Uchiha Clan Head actually be a lolicon?*
*No way! This can't be happening! He's so old—could my little body even withstand his advances?*
*This world is too complicated. I need to be more careful from now on. I can't let someone defile me at such a young age...*
*As expected, being too good-looking really is a curse!*
*Buzz... buzz...*
Konoha lay silent beneath the night sky.
Beneath the flickering glow of an old streetlamp, a swarm of insects danced around the flame, drawn to it like moths to a flame. Perhaps they had lived long enough, but no matter how hard they tried, they could never reach their fiery desire.
Uchiha Naruko walked down a secluded alleyway, carrying a bag of freshly bought vegetables and meat. She had picked them up on a whim while passing through the market.
"C-Kai doesn't have you~ Ah-leh ah-leh!"
Just as Naruko was fretting over her own beauty, a group of men burst into song from a nearby alley.
Their voices were gratingly awful, practically noise pollution. Of course, they weren't singing for the sake of music. Their raucous howling was merely a way to express their current state of drunken revelry.
As Naruko passed the alley, three men clutching sake bottles suddenly stumbled out.
In that instant, Naruko caught a whiff of their overpowering stench—a nauseating blend of cheap perfume and stale alcohol.
She quickly pinched her nose, certain these men shared the same lecherous tendencies as the "Perverted Sage."
*A brothel, huh?* she thought. *Once Big Brother returns to his male form, I'll definitely have to see what kind of magical allure keeps one of the Three Great Sages, Jiraiya, so utterly captivated!*
"Hey, this little girl is so cute!"
One of the drunken men suddenly noticed Naraku passing by.
"Don't be stupid! Do you want to end up in the Konoha Military Police Force? Didn't you see the clan crest on her clothes? She's from the Uchiha Clan! You must be crazy."
His companion quickly stopped him from grabbing Naraku.
They were just ordinary villagers, and the ninja clans of Konoha were not to be trifled with.
But in that instant, a figure suddenly appeared from another alleyway, standing before the men!
"What do you think you're doing to this girl? I, Ebisu, will never let villains like you get away with this!"
The three drunken men: *Who are we? Where are we? What did we do?*
Before they could even explain, Ebisu unleashed three swift punches, knocking the unfortunate drunks to the ground.
"Hey, beautiful little girl, are you alright? Want some candy? Come on, let's go see the goldfish!"
