Screen 1 — Arrival at Kone Kingdom
After five long days of travel, Trunks and Eame finally reach the borders of King Kone's kingdom.
Stone walls rise ahead of them, banners snapping in the wind.
Trunks exhales. "That was a long trip. Your family must've been worried."
Eame shakes her head.
"No. My family died twenty years ago. I was raised by my uncle."
Trunks pauses, then nods.
"…Got it."
They stand there for a moment before moving forward, the weight of the kingdom pressing down on them.
Screen 2 — The Capital
Before entering the capital, Trunks pulls his sleeve down to hide the Omnitrix.
As they walk through the city gates, he slows to a stop.
This doesn't look like a rich capital.
Streets are cracked and muddy.
People wear dirty, worn clothes.
Shops are half-empty, some completely closed.
Hunger sits on every face.
Trunks lowers his voice.
"Why does the capital look like this?"
Eame doesn't hesitate.
"The war never stopped. All resources go to the front lines."
People stare as they pass.
Trunks' clothes look strange. His posture is different.
Whispers follow them through the streets.
Outsider.
Weapon.
Problem.
Trunks feels it immediately.
Screen 3— Doubt in the Kingdom
Eame lowers her voice as they walk.
"There are two reasons things are this bad. People think the king is corrupt now."
Trunks looks around at the broken streets.
"Yeah… it looks that way."
Eame shakes her head.
"But I don't believe it. The real problem is his children."
She clenches her fist.
"I don't like the prince or the princess. Ever since the queen died, this place hasn't been peaceful. The king is old now. He can't control them anymore."
Trunks stays quiet, watching the guards on the walls.
"So the rot started at the top," he says. "And it spread down."
Eame nods once.
