Ruby was on her way to her apartment when she met JJ. JJ was in a black leather jacket and black pants. He looked handsome even though he was dressed so casually. He smirked at her and said
" Oh my, always changing face. I almost didn't recognize you Ruby, Trisha, Ruby , Trisha.... what should I even call you."
Ruby sighed and asked
" What do you want "
Even though she knew what he wanted. JJ smirked and said
" You owe me remember that "
After that he turned to go.
Ruby didn't pay attention to him and went straight to her apartment. Upon reaching there, she met Kaylee who said excitedly
" Oh you came on time. It is about to start "
Ruby said proudly
" I promised not to miss this show, it is also the finale I have to watch it myself. "
Kaylee pulled her over and said
" Let's go "
But then stopped in her tracks and said with a not so good face
" Miss I am not watching it with you in that thing "
She pointed at the mask. Ruby said

She rushed to the bathroom and carefully removed the full face prosthetic mask human from from her face. Then took a small colorless container with blue liquid inside. She opened the container and poured some of the liquid and carefully applied it to her face. Then she stared at the mirror for some few minutes and went to show.
10 minutes later, after showering she came out and the rough hedious face was replaced with a smooth and gorgeous face. A fair round face, naturally long eye lashes, pink as well as a kissable lips, cute dimples on both cheeks making her look stunning even though she just got out of shower. She went to change into some pajamas and went to sit near Kaylee. Kaylee saw her face and smiled in satisfaction
" Now this is what we call business. You are so beautiful dear. "
Ruby replied,
" The show "
Kaylee quickly adjusted herself in excitement and just like that the two dangerous killers was lost in the barbie cartoons they were watching. It was quite ironic to think that these two heard people would bee so obsessed with barbie cartoons.

The next day, JJ told both ladies to hang out with him and they readily agreed. For Ruby, whenever she is going on a mission, Kaylee does her an ugly top notch makeup, making her look disfigured. Along with the makeup, she always takes her mask along. Because of this method, only people from the organization has seen her real face before. Kaylee was also good at that, not only was she an assassin, she was the best when it came to makeup and making of human mask. She was also the daughter of Louis Deville and his wife Mattina Deville. Since Ruby was adopted by her parents, they were technically sisters and even closjer than sisters. JJ whose real name was Jasper has been Ruby's partner I'm crime since the day she came to the organization.
Perhaps if Ruby had known what would have happened later, she would never have followed them.
JJ took them to their favorite place of having fun. It was a cozy club with several people around. They sat around a table and ordered several liquor. they drunk the wine and chatted about thier lives and crazy missions. As they were chatting, Ruby excused herself to the washroom. On her way back to the table, she bumped into someone and the person's wine she was holding spilled over both of thier dresses. Before she could think of anything, the lady started lashing out at her
" Oh my God, are you nuts, is your eyes specially made just for decoration, can't you see where you are going "
Ruby was momentarily stunned. But then, she quickly regained her composure and was about to retort but upon seeing the person's face clearly she was shocked. Never in her life had she ever thought she would meet this person ever again. Fueled by past resentment, she furiously raised her hand and slapped her twice across the face and the warned
" Never cross paths with me again "
After saying that she went.
Christabel was shocked by the strangers attitude. She touched her swollen cheeks and still couldn't bring herself to understand what happened. Strangely, she felt a sense of familiarity towards the stranger but she was sure she didn't know her anywhere. She became angry and vowed to makkke that person pay.
Ruby on the other hand, went to sit down with a moody expression, after seeing Christabel, her mood had turned sour. How on earth would she forget that face, it was all over the internet sometimes on television. Christabel Evans, the princess of the Evans family. She just wondered why she would be in a place like this with her current reputation.
Jasper and Kaylee sensed her terrible mood and asked out of concern
" What's wrong "
But she just brushed them of. Not long after, Jasper received a call and after the call, told them he had to go. Kaylee was left with Ruby on the table and she asked

Before she could finish, Ruby furiously pulled out a gun under her T-shirt and pointed it at Kaylee's stomach secretly and

Kaylee who wasn't fazed at all only smiled and under the table, she held Ruby's hand skillfully and twisted it changing the direction of the gun to Ruby herself while supporting Ruby's hand on the trigger. She winked at her and smugly said
" You will always be my kid, girl you bare barely 21,do you think you are older than me"
Ruby said in frustration
" I'm just 2 years younger than you, stop calling me a kid "
Kaylee was about to tease her again when a certain handsome man approached them, Ruby cunningly shoved her gun quickly into Kaylee's hands. Kaylee didn't complain but swiftly placed the gun inside her pocket and covered it with her shirt making sure the stranger didn't see anything. The stranger came and said amicably
" Hey ladies, need some company "
Before they could answer, he had already sat down, Kaylee frowned and asked in disgust
" And who told you to sit down "
But the stranger begun to flirt
" Oh my, that is a wild attitude coming from such a beauty "
He licked his lips lewdly. Kaylee was about to sack him when she received a message on her phone. Her face turned serious as she said to Ruby
" I've got a mission, deal with him yourself "
Ruby nodded absentmindedly. Kaylee gave her a goodbye kiss and went totally forgetting that she still had Ruby's gun. The man saw this as an opportunity and said
" So what do you say beauty, what is your name "
Ruby finally turned her attention to him and answered innocently
" Mia "
" Oh Mia, such an angelic name " Ruby smiled at his words and added
" Suited for an angelic face "
The man chuckled and Ruby had only one thing in mind
" Idiot "
The man became courageous and touched her fair hand. Ruby suddenly emmited a dangerous aura that scared the man. How dare this stupid dog, she thought.
Meanwhile at a far end, a pair of eyes were watching them with burning jealousy. Christabel couldn't believe her eyes, she came here because of this guy and he didn't spare her a glance but went to that same stranger to flirt with her. She haven't settled scores with her yet and here she was, flirting with her man, she angrily called one of the bartenders and whispered some things into his ears, then she gave him some money. Once the man went, she smiled triumphantly to herself. She wanted to see how this lady would beg. Thinking of something, she smiled wickedly and made a call.
Ruby on the other hand had scared the man away with her gaze. Being alone again, she ordered some few drinks again. Soon, the same bartender Christabel called, brought the drinks to her. Not knowing the trap ahead of her, Ruby continued with her drinking.
