Chapter 30 - too close

Han asked, his curiosity piqued, "What was the meeting about?"

Taejoon's expression turned thoughtful, "The elders were talking about the coronation."

Han's brow furrowed, "What coronation?"

Taejoon chuckled, a low, rumbling sound, "They're deciding what position we want to hold. Since both of us are supreme..."

Han's eyes widened, a mischievous glink in his eye, "I'll take the werewolf pack, lead 'em with style."

Taejoon nodded, a sly grin spreading across his face, "I'll stick with the vampires, but it doesn't matter, Han. Both realms are meant to be ruled by us, together."

Han's face lit up with excitement, and he nodded in agreement.

Taejoon's eyes sparkled, and before Han could react, he swooped him up, carrying him bridal style towards their chambers.

Han laughed, his arms wrapping around Taejoon's neck, "What are you doing?!"

Taejoon's grin was infectious, "Taking my future king to bed, what else?"

Han's face flushed, but he couldn't help but laugh, "You're crazy."

Taejoon's eyes locked onto Han's, his voice low and husky, "Crazy about you."

Han's eyes sparkled with amusement as Taejoon kicked the door shut behind them, the sound echoing through the room. "You know, for a vampire prince, you're pretty cheesy," Han teased, his voice laced with laughter.

Taejoon raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in his eye, "Oh, you like it," he said, his voice dripping with confidence.

Han chuckled, "Maybe a little."

Taejoon set him down on the bed, his hands framing Han's face, "Good, because I've got a whole stash of cheesy lines just for you."

Han's heart skipped a beat as Taejoon's lips met his, the kiss sending shivers down his spine.

As they broke apart for air, Han grinned, "You know, for a vampire, you're pretty romantic."

Taejoon's eyes cr crled at the corners, "Only for you, Han. Only for you."

Taejoon's gaze locked onto Han's neck, his eyes darkening with desire. He leaned down, his lips brushing against Han's skin, sending shivers down his spine. Han's breath hitched as Taejoon's lips trailed along his jawline, his tongue darting out to taste the sweetness of his skin.

Han's eyes fluttered shut, his head tilting to the side to give Taejoon better access. Taejoon's hands slid up Han's chest, his fingers tracing the contours of his muscles as he kissed his way up to Han's ear.

"Love you," Taejoon whispered, his voice barely audible over the pounding of Han's heart.

Han's eyes snapped open, his face flushed with emotion. "Love you too," he whispered back, his voice trembling.

Taejoon's lips curled into a smile against Han's skin, and he pulled back to gaze into his eyes. .

Han's hands slid up Taejoon's chest, his fingers tracing the lines of his abs as he pulled him closer. Taejoon's eyes darkened, his pupils dilating with desire.

"Han," he growled, his voice low and husky.

Han's lips curled into a sly smile, "Yeah?"

Taejoon's hands gripped Han's hips, his fingers digging into the soft flesh. "You're playing with fire," he warned, his voice dripping with promise.

Han's eyes sparkled with mischief, "Maybe I like the burn."

Taejoon's control snapped, and he crushed his lips to Han's, the kiss fierce and all-consuming. Han's world spun, and he was lost in the whirlwind of Taejoon's love.

The kiss deepened, and Han's senses swirled. Taejoon's hands roamed his body, leaving trails of fire wherever they touched. Han's skin tingled, his heart racing with anticipation.

Taejoon's lips broke away, trailing kisses down Han's jaw, his tongue darting out to taste the sweat on his skin. Han's back arched, a soft moan escaping his lips.

Suddenly, Taejoon's phone rang, shrill and insistent. Han's eyes snapped open, and he glared at the phone, "Seriously?"

Taejoon chuckled, reaching for the phone, "I'll get it," he said, his voice husky.

He answered, his tone short, "What is it?"

Han watched, amused, as Taejoon's expression turned serious. He listened for a moment, his eyes narrowing, "I'll be right there."

Han's curiosity piqued, "What is it?" he asked, as Taejoon hung up.

Taejoon's jaw was set, "It's the council. There's a problem with the werewolf pack."

Han's eyes sparkled with concern, "Let's go see what happened."

Taejoon's expression softened, and he pulled Han back onto the bed, "We'll do it later."

Han raised an eyebrow, "Why?"

Taejoon's eyes locked onto Han's, his voice low and husky, "I won't let you leave me hanging like that."

Han's face flushed, and he tried to protest, but Taejoon's lips cut him off, silencing his words. Taejoon's kiss was fierce and demanding, leaving no room for argument.

As they broke apart for air, Han's eyes were drowsy, his voice barely a whisper, "Taejoon..."

Taejoon's eyes cr crled at the corners, "No, I need you. Right now."

Han's heart skipped a beat, and he melted into Taejoon's arms,

Han's eyes sparkled with a mix of excitement and nervousness as he broke the kiss, his voice barely above a whisper, "Taejoon, you're..."

Taejoon didn't let him finish, his eyes glinning with mischief, "I know, so may I?"

Han's face flushed, but he nodded, his voice trembling, "Please... be gentle."

Taejoon's smirk deepened, "I will."

Han's eyes narrowed, "I don't trust you."

Taejoon's laughter was low and husky, Good"You should't," he said

Taejoon's eyes locked onto Han's, his gaze burning with desire. He leaned in, his lips brushing against Han's ear, "Shall we continue?"

Han's heart skipped a beat, his face flushing with anticipation. He nodded, his voice barely a whisper, "Yes..."

Taejoon's smirk returned, and he pulled Han into a fierce kiss, the world around them melting away. Han's senses swirled, and he was lost in the whirlwind of Taejoon's love. đź’«
