Kevin eyes stared at the massive boar in front of him.
Even though he had attacked it with a body blow, It didn't show a sign of injury at all.
Instead it was him who got injured due to his own attack.
Kevin shoulder was bruised, showing how much strength he used to strike the boar.
"Snort"
The boar letting out a loud breath, It stared at the man who had interrupted its hunting.
It moved its front hoove back and forth, clearly feeling irritated by the sudden interruption.
While a man and boar is having a confrontation, the little girl finally came to her sense.
Without waiting a moment later she flee from the battleground.
She will only be burden if she stayed here after all.
The boar attention shifted from Kevin to Emily for a moment.
Noticing his opportunity arrive, Kevin rushed to attack his foe.
He had learned from his mistake and didn't use his body this time.
Instead, he took out a kitchen knife from his knapsack and stab it right into the boar eye.
"Snort!!!"
The boar screamed from pain as one of its eye got injured.
Kevin successfully delivered a critical attack, taking one of his enemy eye in the process.
The boar roares in anger and went on a rampage right away.
Fortunately, Kevin had retreated before the boar could trample him under its hooves.
But ironically, when he stabbed the boar eye, some of its blood spurts and went into his eyes.
Kevin immediately wiped out the blood.
The boar didn't let its chance pass and charge forward.
By the time Kevin got the blood out of his eyes, the boar have already arrived in front of him.
Kevin unconsciously used his hand as a shield and brace himself for the impact.
"Bang!"
The boar sent Kevin flying backwards, knocking the wind out of his chest.
He crashed into ground and coughed out blood.
"Mister!" Emily shouted from a distance, clearly in distress.
If the man who saved her died like this, then she wouldn't be able to forgive herself for a long time.
The boar ignored Emily this time, its eye focused on Kevin.
Kevin let out a heavy breath, he observed the boar without moving at all.
Kevin gritted his teeth and raise on his feet.
After he manage to raise and stay on his feet, his body lean forward.
Kevin eyes like a hawk as he observed the movement of his foe.
The next exchange is about to start, and he intended to make it the last.
