After he was done with his recollection, Kevin let out a bitter smile.

If he was the guard, then he would probably arrested himself too.
He laid down on his hard prison bed, staring at prison ceiling above him.

Before he could spiral into depression the guard came and opened his cell.
He was escorted out of his cell where he met a man who looked like high ranking servant.
"Follow me!" The servant instructed, his presence heavy with authorities. Clearly, he won't take no for an answer.
Kevin mouth opens wide, his eyes full of confusion. But the slight nudge from his side wake him up.
"Just go!" The guard whisper quietly, urging him to follow the servant.
Kevin eyes gaze into the servant back before deciding to follow the guard advice.

Before he knew it, Kevin was inside a mansion.
He was wearing a nice looking clothes that he probably wouldn't be able to afford in his lifetime.
It was given to him free of charge after a group of servant cleaned him up in a large bath.
Kevin didn't care about that though, right now he is preoccupied with something more important.
He is staring forward with serious expression, Focusing at the variety of food in front of him.
Not only is the food plenty, but it also smells delicious.
Kevin droll is flowing out if his mouth like a river.
"Please help yourself, This dish is made just for you"
An angelic voice encouraged him to start eating.
Kevin didn't care where it came from, his only thought was the content of the voice.
He can eat now, right?
Kevin first took a bite and eat slowly as if enjoying the flavor, but before he knew it, all the food had dissapear.
Ehh? where did it go?
"Ehem!"

Kevin looked forward staring at the person sitting at the end of table.
The person is a beautiful woman, stunning even.
She was also the person who give him permission to eat earlier.
Kevin bowed his head and said, "Thank you."
Even though he didn't know why she treated him this way, he was really grateful.
The women speaks, "It's okay, consider it as my way of paying the favor."
Kevin tried to remember what he did to earn this favor, but he came up empty.
Looking at the very confused Kevin, the women smile and speak first.
"Where's my manner, let me introduce myself, I am Nina Olsen, Mother of the little girl you saved this morning."
Kevin eyes lit up in recognition
After taking a good look. He really noticed some resemblance to Emily, the little girl he had saved not to long ago.
