Chandelier lamp shines up above, casting a shadow over Kevin figure.
He stared at the stunning women in front of him, not out of admiration and not even out of lust.
He is just plain nervous.
I have to introduce myself!
Speaking is one of the things Kevin hates.
Kevin would choose fighting that boar again over having this conversation.
He was nervous as hell. Nina beautiful figure didn't help, heck, that's only make it worse for him.
The only woman he ever spoken with was his own mother.
And right now. he must introduce himself to a stunning woman.
That's just a nightmare to be honest.
While Kevin delayed his introduction, the clock ticks by.
He could feel Nina stares bore through him.
Even though Nina didn't say anything he could feel she was waiting for him to speak.
It seems he couldn't keep postponing his introduction.
Kevin inhales deeply, trying to relax himself as much as possible before speaking.
"I-I ma Fenkin, Noice to mmet yous!"
He spectacularly failed, Not only did he stuttered, he also fumbled his introduction.
He even got his own name wrong!
Way to go idiot!
Kevin wanted to find somewhere to hide and dissapear from this world.
Why must people speak to communicate?
There's should be others way to do it right!
Anything but speaking.
While Kevin is questioning a basic common sense. Nina on the other hands is just feeling entertained.
*Giggle*
She let out a clear and refreshing laugh, making Kevin felt even more embarrassed.
Nina doesn't think the big man in front of her is actually this clumsy.
"Don't worry... Fenkin, being bad at speaking is not something to worry about." Nina said, trying to reassure him.
Instead of calming him down, she made him even more embarrassed.
Kevin face grows hotter until he can feel steam coming out of his head.
Even though he wanted to die right now, he must do something to correct his mistake.
Kevin raise his head in great difficulties, he shakes his head and pointed at himself.
"Name, Kevin."
He introduced himself once more, this time in a short, broken sentence.
"Pfftt."
Nina almost burst out laughing in unlady like manner.
Kevin smiles awkwardly at her reaction.
At least I can keep my name
His name is the only thing his parents left him, a proof that they exists in the past.
Losing it over fumbled introduction is the last thing he wanted to happen.
It was the reason he gathered his courage to correct Nina.
If it was anything other than his name, he would probably just let the misunderstanding continue.
