When Kaija arrived at the dance studio, trainees from Antony's Intermediate Dance Class were filing out.
Upon seeing her, Antony's face stiffened slightly, before it returned to its usual sternness, as he walked past her like she was thin air.
"You're not gonna scold me for missing your class?" Kaija asked, though there wasn't exactly anything to do in his class.
No reply came from the man, just the sound of his footsteps gradually falling farther and farther away.
"Heard you didn't like women touching you," she added flatly.
Only then did Antony's step come to a halt.
"Who told you that?" his voice came, though he wasn't turning to her.
"I just overheard some rumors," she said, "and I want to say sorry for touching you the other day without knowing any of that."
"What's the point of saying you're sorry?" Antony muttered, still not turning around.
