"Alright, Duvwun! Stay there and take it like the Queen you are!"
Il Ji checked the time. Even after the time spent in the Butterfly Dimension small world space, it was only 11:00 A.M.
He quickly assumed the same position as the butterfly egg, taking the fetal position. Once again, they were both on the floor…
Just then, the training dummy let out a resounding whack as it threw a punch towards the floor.
As it was only at the [Copper] tier, the little egg took it in stride. Soon, both egg and man were sitting still in harmony against the raging punches of the maniacal [Training Dummy].
A minute passed. Ten minutes. Thirty minutes. An hour.
Outside the door, a certain man was flipping a coin to ease his boredom. "If it's heads, I sit back down. If it's tails, I open the door and say I thought I heard something bad happen."
Shiiiiiing!
"Tails."
….'No, I'm not going to go in there. I'm going to become one of the best butlers ever seen!'
'Okay, maybe just a peek…'
The servant opened the door just a crack. Quickly identifying the scene, he freaked out. "JUST WHO SENDS A TINY LITTLE EGG AGAINST THE TRAINING DUMMY?! WHO IS THIS GUY?! HE MUST BE A MADMAN?' WHO SENT HIMM?!?!?!'
Just then, Alfredo walked around the corner.
"Master Butler Alfredo." Barry gave a small bow.
Alfredo shut the door. "Were you given permission to open the door?"
"No, sir."
"Then, why did you?"
"I heard vicious, non-stop combat, far past the average time frame of an average [Copper] ranked combatant. Understanding that he may have failed to turn off the training system, I opened the door to check up on him."
"And?"
"…He was doing much better than I expected."
"Barry. You have great intentions, but you lack the mindset of a good Butler. You must learn to anticipate his needs, not to anticipate the needs you think he needs."
"That being said, if you manage to follow him, it doesn't matter whether you're his butler or not- he's the only one in this city qualified both in temperament and status to become Sebastian's companion brother. But even then- in several years, his status will most likely be high above our own."
"Be careful. But even then, this is the time to be ambitious."
"Thank you, Master Butler."
"Mmm. See that you do not commit your previous mistake."
"Yes!"
Soon, Il Ji felt the heat of his body accepting the new skill. Checking his soul space, he was thrilled.
"Alright, next step." He told himself. "It's time for the ants."
Taking out four of the small ant capsules, he began his process. This time it was even shorter- it only took him an hour and fifteen minutes.
He repeated the process three more times. Other than [Bronze Skin], he now had the prerequisites for [Bronze Body].
Returning to the ant he had just copied from, he sacrificed the skill [Iron Body] to it before copying it back. He was mildly surprised- even for an iron skill, the strain on his body was much less than before.
He assumed it was due to the increase on cultivation on his first tamer star. While it previously hadn't affected the talent [Mimic], [Mimic] was on the second star.
While this conclusion wasn't public knowledge, it still made sense. 'After all, who has three talent stars in their soul space?'
Il Ji opened his door. "Barry, have they prepared the stamina-type healing beasts and the bronze monkey?"
"Yes sir, I can drop them in the room for you at your ready."
"Go ahead."
Barry pressed a button on his holo. Soon after, a [Jeweled Chrysanthemum], [Magic Lion], [Stamina Suppressing Python], and a [Never-Ending Stick of Butter] were ready and waiting in a small square around him.
Barry placed the monkey in front of him as he had requested, then sent it sleep before once again closing the room's door.
Copying the monkey, Il Ji took a 'nap.'
With the four beasts supplying with stamina, there was absolutely no way he would fall asleep.
An hour and forty five minutes later, he attained the treasured skill. Entering his soul space, he began to combine the Prerequisite Rank Body skills alongside [Iron Body] and [Bronze Skin].
It worked! The skill formation was a success.
Checking the time, Il Ji realized it was only a little bit past 9:30 P.M. He wanted to re-add [Iron Body] and check to see how long the next skill took him, but there was one thing was infinitely more important:
He needed to check up on his sister.
