As soon as I activated it, I felt the change, specifically the holes at the base of both my left and right wing.
"Wow" I looked at the Energy Capacity and yet it wasn't the least bit disturbed, and then I looked at the skill description again, I realized that it said [Recharge Cost] instead of the usual [Activation Cost] when using [Active] skills.
"Uh, what's [Recharge Cost] supposed to mean?" I asked the system
[You see how there's a time limit for them right?]
"Yeah?" I nodded
[If you want to use them again after you've used up the time, you can charge it up in exchange for the Energy costs, understand?, also you can turn them on and off, so as long as the time isn't spent in one go then no additional Energy is used up]
"Oh~ that's neat." I nodded again, thinking of a way to make use of such a mechanic. I thought about just recharging it over and over again so it wouldn't drain my energy reserves while in battle. I'm a fucking geni--
[Oh!, and I almost forgot to mention regarding Recharge type skills, you can only recharge it to its maximum time that the skill provides, meaning 5 minutes would the maximum for the
