Ryan walks through the woods, looking for Bill. When he finds him, he sees him doing a one handed handstand on a rock.
"Oh, hey kid. Did you do all the kicks?"
"Uh yeah I just finished. What are you doing?"
Bill hops back to his feet.
"One of the last things my sensei ever taught me. The most powerful kick in Wolf Fang karate."
"Badass. How do you do it?"
"You have to balance your whole body on one hand, which frees up two legs for the kick. I did it a few times, but I'm a little sloppy."
Ryan smiles at his sensei, then looks at his watch.
"Oh I gotta go get ready, I'm supposed to be at Emily's place in an hour. You think you can drop me at home, then at her place."
"Why don't you just drive there?"
"Because I don't have a car...oh God, I don't have a car, how could I forget that? She's gonna think I'm lame, making her walk to our date."
As Ryan starts to panic, Bill comes up with something.
"I think I have the solution."
A few minutes later, they make it to Bills garage and walk over to a car that's covered with a sheet. As he moves the sheet, Ryan is amazed. A black 2009 dodge challenger with red stripes on the hood and a wolf on the car door.
"It's beautiful." Ryan says.
"Yep. I spent four years working at a crappie fast food restaurant to get it. Now, it's yours."
As Bill hands him the keys, Ryan just looks at him in shock.
"Sensei, I can't take this."
"Why not? I'm too old to drive something like this. Take it."
Ryan smiles and takes the keys.
"Thank you, sensei."
"No problem kid. Oh by the way, the tags on it are a little dated, so just watch it around cops.
Ryan laughs and jumps into the car, driving home to get ready for his date. As Bill watches his student drive off, he smiles.
Ryan arrives at Emily's house and knocks on the door. Her parents then answers the door, catching him off guard.
"Oh uh, hello Mr. and Mrs. Mills. I'm uh, here to pick up Emily."
"You must be Ryan Larusso. My little girl can not stop talking about you. I'm Sarah, and this is Paul." Emily's mom says with a smile.
"But you can call me, Mr. Mills."
"Yes sir."
As the two shake hands, Paul pulls him close.
"Do you do any drugs? Do you drink alcohol of any kind?" Emily's dad asks.
"No, No sir."
"What are your attentions with my daughter?"
"Just um, show her a good time."
"What kind of a good time exactly."
Ryan starts to sweat a bit.
"Jesus Bill, your gonna give the boy a heart attack." Sarah says.
Emily then comes to the door. Ryan is amazed by how beautiful she looks.
"Are you guys scaring off my date?" Emily asks.
"Of course not, princess. Just trying to get to know the boy a bit."
Emily hugs her parents bye, then walks away as Paul whispers something to Ryan.
"I'll find out where you live. Don't hurt my little girl."
Ryan gulps and slowly walks away.
"Nice car." Emily says as she gets into the car.
"Thanks. Just got it today."
"So what do you have planned tonight?"
"You'll see."
The two smile at each other, then drives off. A few minutes later, and they pull up to Golf N' Stuff.
"I can't believe you wanted to come here."
Ryan starts to get nervous when Emily says this.
"Well uh, we can always go somewhere else, if you want."
"Are you kidding? I love this place. My parents used to bring me here when I was little."
Ryan smiles out of relief, then the two grab a golf club and a ball. They go around the mini golf course, and the arcade, having fun with each other. As the two laugh, Ryan gets lost in Emily's eyes and beautiful she is. As they bring in their tickets, they run into Zack and a group of his friends.
"Hey Zack, how's it going?" Ryan says to his friend.
"Hey Ryan. What brings you around here?"
"Getting his ass kicked in mini golf." Emily sarcastically says. The three of them share a laugh.
"Well we gotta go cash these tickets in. If you're still here later, maybe we can hangout."
"Yeah, sure."
The two friends fist bump and walk away. Ryan and Emily make it to the counter and dumps the tickets on top.
"Go ahead, get whatever you want." Emily looks around on the wall of prizes, soon seeing a giant panda bear.
"How bout that guy." Emily says. The cashier hands Ryan the panda, and when he gives it to Emily they both stare at each other. They then sit on a bench, eating chilli fries. Emily then grabs the panda bear.
"So Panda san, and I would like to know, if you are better at karate than you are at mini golf?"
"Ok, well I have no idea how Panda san knows I did karate and we just met today, but you can tell him that I'm technically the best in my class."
"Really? Interesting."
Ryan then notices a look on Emily's face.
"What? You don't believe me?"
"I didn't say that."
"See, I was ok with you insulting my mini golf skills, but now I'm offended. Stand up."
"Ok."
The two stand up.
"Alright, now what you want to do is take a fight stance."
Ryan adjusts her arms, legs, and hips.
"Was this an excuse to put your hands on my hips?" Emily sarcastically says.
"No, no...yes, yes it was, and I can't believe it worked." Ryan sarcastically answers and the two chuckle. As he explains what she needs to do, she quickly jumps up, wraps her legs around him and takes him down to the ground. Ryan looks up from the ground.
"Woah. That was amazing, Emily."
She then puts her foot on his chest and smiles.
"Sensei, Emily."
She then sits on Ryan.
"You know this might be the best date I've ever been on." Emily says.
"Glad I could impress. So, what do you want to do now?"
"I have one idea."
The two smile at each other and share a kiss, under the night sky.
