They did indeed manage to scavenge a bit more Gold and Silver, which Faye immediately handed over to Master Veridian. Since she had taken the key, she had to leave something for the others.
"Master, Mr. Zephyr Sterling, let's head back to the small Wooden House in the forest where we first arrived."
"Is there still time to go back? It's already past eight in the morning." Master Veridian thought back to the first day—it had taken them quite a while to fight their way out of there.
"I think the biggest treasure should still be in that Wooden House," Faye said.
In the past, they could always scavenge some firearms and weapons at their initial spawn point. This time, however, they had run into those evolved zombies before they could even thoroughly search the place.
Wouldn't that mean they had missed out?
Besides, she had genuinely forgotten about the new handgun from the laboratory in her possession. She hadn't even thought to use it since entering the Dungeon.
