Episode 37:
Rise of the Dark Emperor
The Temple of Eclipse trembled violently.
The ancient roar beneath the ground grew louder with every heartbeat.
Cracks spread across the temple floor.
Suddenly—
A pillar of black fire erupted from the deepest chamber.
Boom!
A terrifying wave of dark energy threw everyone backward.
Arian quickly stood and shielded Luna.
"What was that?"
The old wizard's face turned pale.
"It can't be..."
"The Dark Emperor..."
The Dark Prince smiled as he watched the darkness spread.
"My father..."
"After a thousand years..."
"You have finally awakened."
The ground split open.
From the endless darkness, an enormous throne of black crystal slowly rose.
Sitting upon it was a mysterious man wearing ancient armor.
His silver hair flowed behind him, but his eyes glowed like burning crimson stars.
The air itself became heavy.
Everyone fell to one knee—
Except Arian and Luna.
The stranger slowly opened his eyes.
"So..."
"The Moon Heart has chosen another human."
His voice shook the entire temple.
Luna whispered,
"The Dark Emperor..."
"The first ruler of darkness."
The old wizard gripped his staff tightly.
"He was sealed by the First Moon Queen over one thousand years ago."
The Dark Emperor slowly stood.
"I have slept long enough."
He looked directly at Arian.
"You carry the Moon Heart..."
"And you carry hope."
He smiled coldly.
"I will destroy both."
Without warning—
He lifted one finger.
A massive beam of dark energy shot toward Arian.
Luna immediately jumped in front of him.
"No!"
She raised a silver barrier.
Boom!
The barrier shattered instantly.
Arian caught Luna before she hit the ground.
"Luna!"
She smiled weakly.
"I'm okay..."
But blood slowly ran from the corner of her lips.
Arian's eyes filled with rage.
Blue flames surrounded his body.
The Moon Flame responded to his emotions.
The temple walls glowed brightly.
The Dark Emperor watched with interest.
"Interesting..."
"The Moon Flame is stronger than I expected."
The Dark Prince stepped beside his father.
"My lord..."
"Give the order."
The Dark Emperor looked toward the sky.
"Summon every shadow army."
"Tonight..."
"The Human World falls."
A giant black portal opened above the temple.
On the other side—
Arian could see his own world.
His university.
His city.
His home.
Dark creatures were already crossing the portal.
Arian clenched his fists.
"No..."
"I won't let you touch my world."
He slowly stood beside Luna.
Together they faced the Dark Emperor.
This was no longer just a battle for the Moon Kingdom.
It had become a battle...
For both worlds.
