Because she was being treated so favorably, even being denied long meetings, she finally decided to visit the CEO in his office. She stomped into the room, revealing the CEO intently staring at the monitor.
Flint stopped typing. "Honey, what's wrong?"
"Now I have a question for you. Why are all my friends suddenly treating me like a queen?"
A wide smile spread across his handsome face. "It's good that they treat you like that."
Ellen furrowed her eyebrows. "What?"
Flint stood up from his chair for a moment, shoving his right hand into his pocket. "If they treat you this way, I'll have to cut their pay!"
