Raiden woke up the next day, feeling an ache in every part of his body, as he tried to drag his body out of the bed. The beating he suffered last night was brutal. And he once again recalled the fear of being dominated by his parents when he was a kid. He thought it would stop when he grew up, but apparently, Asian parents don't work like that.
Just as he took a step outside the bed, he stumbled down hard, falling on his face. Groaning in pain, Raiden tried to pick himself up, only to feel more pain.
He needed to think of a way; this won't do.
He tried to look for ways to get up, as his eyes involuntarily fell on Woolie, who was sleeping without a care in the world at the foot of his bed.
Looking at him, Raiden didn't know why, but he started to feel irritated. This little traitor, instead of trying to save him yesterday, joined the enemy team yesterday and cheered his Aunt yesterday as she beat his arse.
Just thinking about it made him mad.
Gathering all the energy in his body, Raiden picked himself up before grabbing Woolie and bringing it down on the ground with him.
"Woo!!" Woolie woke up, feeling surprised, as he started looking for the culprit who woke him up from his sweet dreams.
Finding the culprit, it became angry.
"Woo Wool Woolie!!" Why did you wake me up?! I was having such a nice dream about castle made of food!! ( •̀ ᴖ •́ ꐦ )
Raiden ignored this foodie, directly putting leaning half of his body directly on top of Woolie, squishing it.
Woolie, who felt the weight on top of him, felt flabbergasted.
"Enough talk! I am feeling tired today. Carry me to the bathroom." Raiden sank himself into the soft body of Woolie, giving a sigh of relief.
Hearing this, Woolie felt even more shocked. ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!
He felt his human was practising cruelty. He wanted to complain to the authorities and get himself arrested. He tried his best to get Raiden off the top of him, but Raiden felt adamant today, not letting go of Woolie, even after suffering shocks. Today, he wanted to be lazy. Nothing, not even any pain, could stop him.
After trying everything, Woolie felt resigned. He reluctantly changed his size back to big before dragging Raiden down the stairs towards the bathroom.
Just as Woolie reached the living room, he found Ruby coiled up on the sofa, her eyes closed. Looking at her, Woolie felt like he found a saviour, and he ran towards her, before complaining.
"Woo Woolie Woolie Woo!!" Big sister, look at this human!! He is bullying the little me, making me carry him down the stairs. (┬┬﹏┬┬)
Ruby opened her golden, serpentine eyes as she looked at the newborn before her. After spending some time with him yesterday, she grew to like this little sheep. He was really too adorable, and kept tailing her yesterday, while calling her big sister. It reminded her of the time when both kids were little, and she was taking care of them.
Now looking at him, feeling aggrieved, she glared at Raiden, who was sleeping on his back, not knowing his doom was near.
With a whip of her tail, she hit Raiden, making him fly in the air, before he hit the wall behind him.
This woke Raiden up, as he glared angrily to see who dared to hit him so hard. But when he finally saw the golden serpentine eyes glaring back at him, all his anger flew out of the window, only leaving behind fear.
"Raidenn isss so bigg noww, bullyingg this little oneee. Comeee, do it againnn, I dareee youuu~" Ruby hissed, making Raiden forget all about the pain in his body.
Raiden felt like crying. Ever since Ruby joined the household again, he felt like his standing in the family had fallen harder than ever before. Before it was him, the head of the house, followed by Sylvia and then Woolie. Looking like this:
Raiden > Sylvia > Woolie.
Now, with him at the bottom, it was somewhat like this:
Sylvia > Ruby > Woolie > Raiden.
But he had no choice but to suck it up.
"I wasn't bullying him, Aunt!! It was just... Training!! Yes, I was training him! Weight training!!" Raiden lied through his teeth, finding his own words kind of unbelievable.
"Don't do it againnnn~" Ruby warned him, before patting Woolie's head, who closed his eyes in comfort.
Looking at the harmonious scene, Raiden felt his standing falling even lower.
After finishing up the morning shenanigans and booking an Automated taxi to send Sylvia to school, Raiden came back and reached the farm, ready to get started with his work. His Aunt Ruby and Woolie followed behind him, ready to protect him from any wild Terrans.
The first thing Raiden did was greet all the Woolies who were sleeping in their new home peacefully. After feeding them Milkos, he started upgrading their potential one by one.

Ruby watched as all Woolies closed their eyes in comfort, while Raiden became weaker and weaker. Since it wasn't a change in tier, it wasn't visible outwardly.
"Alright, you are done. You are all free to go and play now. Just don't go too far, okay?" All the Woolies replied in unison, before rubbing against Raiden's leg before going out to play. They all grew attached in small time.
Not wasting time, he sat down on the spot to meditate and regain his strength. Woolie, meanwhile, grew bored and followed his fellow Woolies outside, going out to play, leaving Ruby at his side, who just rested with her eyes closed.
Half an hour later, Raiden opened his eyes again, feeling rejuvenated. Meditation after upgrading worked even better, making him much stronger than before.
Not wasting any time, he walked towards his next destination. Ruby, seeing it silently, opened her eyes and followed him.
He finally reached the orchard where all the Berry Trees were planted. Looking at the lush crowns with colourful fruits hanging from them, Raiden grew spirited. This was another source of income for him. As for how much, he had to research it later.
Touching the tree, he started the upgrading process once again. After going through half of them, Raiden fell down on the floor, heaving badly. He realised it was much harder to upgrade the higher level of potential of something than the lower level one.
Ruby, unable to hold back her curiosity, asked,
"Rai Raii, what are youu doinggg~"
"Me? Oh, I am just upgrading their potential. I have this unique power that lets me upgrade the potential of any living being." Raiden didn't intend to hide it from Ruby anyway. If she was going to live here, she would find out eventually. So might as well come clean himself.
Ruby, on the other hand, had a much more drastic reaction. Before Raiden could react, Ruby appeared in front of his face, staring directly into his eyes with so much intensity that it scared him a little bit.
"You!! Have you awakened that currsedd blooddlinee?!!"
