The dead Goblin Warrior's body finally collapsed to the ground.
Seeing the dead body of the Goblin in front of him, Julian didn't feel any sense of guilt. Instead, he felt a sense of exhilaration and sadistic thrill erupt from inside him, straight from his mind and blood.
Julian blinked. 'Is this the debauchery of slaughter?'
He felt his blood boil, the qi in his body flowing aggressively in a yearning for more blood and slaughter.
In Julian's past life, despite working as a bouncer for years, he never once had to take a life. This was his first time actually taking a life, even though it was a Goblin it was still murder and the feeling that came with it was unexpected.
'Is this what it means to be a villain?'
The sudden death of their strongest sibling immediately put the rest of the Goblins in a state of alert and unrest, forcing the drowsiness away but the Demon was already in their midst.
Bzzz!
Red qi pulsed violently around Julian's towering Demon body.
In front of him, despite being outnumbered, the Goblins looked like dwarves and Julian felt emboldened with a desire for slaughter.
Knowing that with Dragon Qi Core, he had more than enough qi than he could finish in a battle, Julian didn't hold back.
Aether Bolt! ×3
A reddish brown raw blast of concussive energy appeared in front of him like fist-sized fireballs, shooting towards the nearest Goblins!
Bam! Bam! Bam!
Julian moved.
"By836y1$%#!" The Goblins immediately started screaming in a language that Julian didn't understand, but he didn't stop to listen to them.
There were 14 Goblins originally on the surface, 3 of them being female Goblin gardeners while the rest, all male comprised 11 warriors but with the strongest of them now dead, it left 10 Goblins at Julian's mercy.
Of the 10 Goblins, 3 of them were Archers, 4 were Warriors just like the strongest Goblin that already died, and the remaining 3 were Assassins.
The 3 closest Goblins that Julian shot Aether Bolt at comprised 2 Warriors and 1 Archer.
The 2 Warriors survived the assault though they were both injured, but the Archer was like paper soaked in water.
He crumpled just after one Aether Bolt.

Julian closed the distance to the 2 injured Warriors like a wreaking train.
Staring at the towering Demon that was more than twice their heights, the 2 Warriors were consumed by fear as they fumbled.
Julian swung his right leg at the first Demon, throwing a devastating sidekick that cracked the ribs and bones of this Goblin!
He died immediately after.
For the other Warrior, Julian reversed his grip on the short blade before bringing it down on the Warrior's head, stabbing through his skull and his brain!
He convulsed violently before dying.
DING! DING!
The system lit up with more notifications.
A few seconds already passed since the initial attack, more than enough time for the other Goblins to react as the remaining 2 Goblin Archers distanced themselves from him while the remaining 2 Goblin Warriors aggressively charged at him but they were not the ones who arrived first.
Instead, the 2 Goblin Assassins arrived first with gray qi swirling around their bodies.
Shadow Step!
Their movement was instantaneous as they stepped through the shadows, appearing behind the towering Demon with their red eyes glinting madly.
Backstab!
Their gray qi converged on their daggers, turning it extremely sharp and concentrated as they stabbed at the Demon's back.
The addictive sound of blade sliding into flesh didn't reverberate though, instead…
CLANG!
Metallic ringing sounds reverberated.
At the last moment, thick golden scales appeared on the towering Demon's body, protecting him from the lethal attack.
Julian turned to face the 2 Goblin Assassins menacingly.
"…!" They quivered in fear the moment they made eye contact with him.
In that moment, the Archers finally attacked having been charging their attacks for a few seconds already.
Qi Imbue!
Piercing Shot!
Their metallic arrows shot through the air towards the Demon's head with devastating velocity, engulfed by a swirling torrent of violent green qi.
But Julian didn't even look at them, he felt no danger at all.
His cautiousness at the beginning was mandatory for him, but the moment he engaged the Goblins in combat, he realized that they didn't even have the ability to break his defense despite their superior levels.
They were puny.
BANG!
The metallic arrows hit the golden dragon scale covering the back of his head underneath his long silver hair with a loud metallic sound before ricocheting off his head!
With a violent red glow in his eyes, Julian swung the short blade at the 2 Goblin Assassins that were frozen in front of him.
SHWING!
One slash, two heads!
Julian beheaded the two Goblin Assassins in a single slash as blood sprinkled, drenching his body red even as the System lit up two more times.
DING! DING!
He ignored the notifications and without looking, already sensing their approach, he threw a powerful back kick behind him.
CRACK!
Julian's kick hit the Goblin Warrior square in the chest as his bones fractured, but as one of the Lvl. 15 Goblin Warriors, he didn't die immediately.
With a glint of madness in the Goblin's eyes, his grip around his cutlass tightened as he hacked at the Demon's leg.
He activated 3 Warrior skills instantly as he hacked with the cutlass!
Qi Reinforcement!
Guard Break!
Heavy Strike!
The blade of the cutlass became imbued with a violent green hue that made the air in front of it vibrate.
Julian could have taken the cautious option and blocked with his Kinetic Shield but out of curiosity to know the limit of his Dragon Scale and because the Goblins were puny, he let it hit.
CLANG!
The cutlass bounced off the golden dragon scale, leaving only a white mark and a slight dent on it.
The Goblin Warrior's eyes widened in despair.
The despair in the Goblin's eyes ignited a sadistic sense of satisfaction in Julian that left even him surprised. 'Are these emotions a result of my bloodlines and my identity as a villain?'
He realized that his genuine sense of satisfaction and excitement in the ongoing slaughter meant his Demon bloodline's Sin Catalyst trait would be maximized.
He didn't hesitate.
Aether Bolt!
A blast of raw, unrefined concussive qi smashed into the Goblin Warrior's face, leaving him all bloody but he didn't die yet.
So Julian stabbed the Goblin Cleaver into his right eye, piercing his skull and through his brain before twisting it inside!
The Goblin shuddered and died standing.
DING!
Heavy Strike!
The last Goblin Warrior, a Lvl. 12 Goblin threw everything he had at the Demon but Julian shrugged it all off with his Dragon Scale.
All the while, the 3 Goblin Archers kept on shooting at him to no avail.
Julian took his time to break the Goblin Warrior's body, methodically dismantling him and giving him a brutal death.
DING!
The System lit up again.
Seeing the last of the Goblin Warriors fall down dead, the 3 Goblin Archers finally rethought their decision to stay and fight as they turned without hesitation to run to the entrance of the Goblin Nest.
But Julian didn't let them.
Aether Bolt! ×10!
BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!
He blasted the 3 Goblin Archers to death before they could get to the jagged crack on the earth as the System lit up 3 more times.
And then Julian turned to face the 3 female Goblin Gardeners, the 3 Classless Awakened Goblins who stood frozen in shock while he slaughtered their siblings and husbands.
Noting the shock, fear, and trauma printed on their faces, Julian felt no guilt or remorse, only a cold yearning and excitement to get the job done.
He walked towards them and swung the Goblin Cleaver 3 times, beheading the 3 female Goblins in cold blood!
Blood flowed, 3 heads rolled.
