"…Teio, why are you here?"
Kaito was absolutely certain he'd locked the door.So how had Tokai Teio gotten in?
Teleportation?Back in the game world, Tokai Teio had been practically omnipresent—she could pop out of closets, corners, anywhere. Maybe this world had bugged out too.
"I've been here for a while now," Tokai Teio said cheerfully, hooking her toes playfully against Kaito's face. "I snuck in while you were taking a bath and hid in the closet the whole time. Trainer, don't you think you were really unfair today? You promised to spend time with me, but half the day you were chatting with Seiun Sky instead."
"…Yeah, I guess. But is that really so bad?"
Kaito muttered his reply.
Unlike humans, the more Uma Musume trained, the softer their feet became. Their soles didn't develop calluses—touching them felt smooth and slick, almost like soap.
By the pale moonlight, Kaito could clearly see her slender, delicate toes, tender as lotus sprouts, and her neatly trimmed, softly rounded pink nails.
Perhaps from walking all day, Tokai Teio's soles were slightly damp. A faint scent—citrus mixed with sweat—lingered in the air. The two aromas blended together into something strangely intoxicating, making Kaito's head feel light and hazy.
Tokai Teio seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the sensation, like a cat kneading dough. She giggled.
Right now, she was on top—and the Trainer was beneath her.A successful reversal of hierarchy.
"So then?" Tokai Teio curled her foot, rubbing against him deliberately, her cheeks flushed bright red. "Care to explain yourself, Trainer?"
"You're my Uma Musume. Isn't it fine if I say a few things?"
"That part's true… but Uma Musume aren't all the same."
She increased the pressure, pinching Kaito's face between her feet.
It hurt a little—but it felt good.
Tokai Teio wasn't actually angry. Or rather, this was part of how she played with him.
"Give me a reason to let you off easy, Trainer."
"How about this—next time we go out, it's just the two of us. Deal?"
"That's the compensation I'm owed," Tokai Teio said smugly. "But don't think that means tonight's over. I'm taking it back—with interest."
As she spoke, she bent forward, pressing her body down against him. Her thighs wrapped around Kaito like an octopus, locking his legs in place.
"Trainer… you smell really nice," Teio murmured in a sweet, childish voice.
Soft rustling sounds followed as she lifted the blanket.
"Heehee… looks like my little Trainer is about to get eaten by Emperor Teio~"
...
…
The next morning, Kaito opened his eyes.
Every muscle in his body ached.
His waist was sore, his legs weak, an overwhelming emptiness lingering deep inside.
He turned over with effort and looked at the small horse girl lying beside him. Her usually energetic single ponytail had come undone, her hair now cascading down in a longer, more mature style. The white streak at her bangs shimmered softly in the sunlight, strikingly beautiful.
For a moment, she even resembled Symboli Rudolf.
But what drew his eye most was her shoulder.
Partially hidden beneath the blanket, her pink shoulder gleamed softly. Collagen-rich skin—already lovely—looked even firmer and smoother than usual.
Kaito pulled the flawless little horse girl into his arms.
So soft.So warm.So tender it felt like she might melt into him.
This was the first time he'd been with an Uma Musume who was fully conscious, fully aware. Manhattan Cafe… that had happened while she was asleep. This time, Teio had been awake the entire way through.
Two neat rows of bite marks were visible on Kaito's neck.
Teio normally didn't bite—but last night, it was like Narita Brian had possessed her.
Kaito had nearly been drained dry.
The damp sheets—and the shredded jacket on the floor—were all trophies of Teio's victory.
After some time, Tokai Teio finally woke up. Her large, sky-blue eyes blinked as they focused on him—then her thoughts caught up all at once.
Her face turned crimson.
"T-Trainer… last night… I, um…"
She stammered, unable to finish a sentence.
You're shy now? After eating me clean?
Such a delayed reaction.
Last night, Kaito had nearly begged her to stop—but Teio hadn't slowed down at all. If anything, she'd only grown more aggressive.
That exhilarated expression as she towered above him, fingers interlaced with his…
Truly worthy of the name Emperor.
Teio ruled the night.
But by morning, she was completely deflated.
The small horse girl curled up under the blanket, steam practically rising from her head, too embarrassed to even peek out.
"I'll make breakfast," Kaito said. "Drink some water first."
Judging by the crumpled, thoroughly abused underwear nearby, Teio was definitely dehydrated.
Once Kaito got dressed and headed into the kitchen, Tokai Teio cautiously poked her head out from the covers.
Why did I do something like that with the Trainer!?Just thinking about it made her brain feel like it was overheating.
I wanted a romantic date! she bonked herself on the head. It's all Seiun Sky's fault! If she hadn't been flirting with the Trainer, I wouldn't have stormed into his room out of spite!
After dumping all the blame onto Seiun Sky, Teio felt much better. She rubbed her stomach, then sneaked another glance toward the Trainer.
By then, Kaito had already placed the finished dishes neatly on the table.
Back when he was killing time, he'd learned some cooking from the cafeteria chefs—but quickly lost interest. It wasn't difficult… but cooking for others didn't earn much reaction, and cooking for himself felt pointless.
Looking at food no one ate only made the emptiness worse.
"I'm going to take a shower," Tokai Teio said.
She cleaned herself up in the bathroom, wiped away the lingering mess from her thighs, then returned to the table.
"Trainer, you're taking responsibility for me from now on. Emperor Teio comes first—understood?"
"Yes, yes. Eat already—it's getting cold."
"I only needed to say it once."
They'd done that together… yet the Trainer was acting completely unfazed. Somehow, that made her even more irritated.
I didn't step hard enough.Next time, Tokai Teio decided, she'd shove her foot straight into the Trainer's mouth and make him understand his place.
"Teio."
"Hm?"
"Good luck in your debut race."
"Of course!" she said confidently, crumbs clinging to her lips. "I'm Tokai Teio—it's nothing difficult at all! You keep reminding me over and over… don't tell me you don't have faith in me, Trainer?"
"I do. Of course I do."
"Heh, looks like you know how amazing I am after all," she said smugly. "That's right—you just need to worry about me without limits. Whether it's the Triple Crown or any other race, I'll win them all for you!"
She beamed with confidence, completely unaware of the increasingly complicated look in Kaito's eyes.
Before long—
The day of Tokai Teio's debut race arrived.
