Alex tore through the land. Leaving melted ground in his wake. He ran through the hoard of monsters and straight towards the giants left leg that was mid stepping.

Before the monsters could react, a streak of light passed by. A bit later, showave hit accompanied by land melting heat that burned them to dust.

The Abyssal Giants left foot landed, crushing thousands underneath.
The streak of white light coiled around its leg and climbed up. It quickly reached the giants chest.
Alex pulled his hand back, took a deep breath. Aiming for the spot he stopped. He punched forward with all his might. His fist turned turned white from the intense friction of breaking the sound barriers.
The punch connected. Alex's fists drove forward. Kinetic energy rippling over the giants chest.
BOOOooooOOoOOooMMmMMmM!!!!
With a spark of white, the giants chest caved in. The shockwave rattled the ground, the sky cleared of clouds. Revealing the full moon. Soldiers near the city felt it even though they were inside a battle suit.
The giant lost balance and fell back.
WAAaAaaaaaAAAAaaammmmMMMmmmMM!!!
The giant moaned in pain as it fell. The air compressed behind it. Pressing against the land and mountain.
BOOOM!!
The giant fell. Sand exploded upwards. The Mountain rang crushed underneath it. Wind steering violently. The Giant body changed colors to silver for a moment.
It body started to convulse then it begun to split in two. The ten thousand kilometers tall Abyssal Giant has now turned into two. But half the size.
Alex looked at the the scene as he fell down. He arched his eye brows with amusement. Then he use the move he had been thinking of for a while to change trajectory mid air.
Alex kicked the air and shot forward like a cannonball.
BOOM!!
The air split and sound barrier broke in a straight line. Leaving behind a trail.

Alex punched the face of the giant that was previously torso and drove it to the ground. The giant was about get up got logged into the ground again. Face half barried into the sand. Lags yanked off of the ground with sheer force. Legs flailing in the air.
'This feels stronger...?'
Alex couldn't help but notice that his punch felt shallower.

Before Alex could think further, the other half came towards him. Punching at him. Alex jumped. The force made the giants face dig deeper. Small wave of sand rippling out.
Alex reached high and looked down from above.
BooOOOooOOoommM!!
The other giants punch land on the already down giant. The sand explod skywards and obscuring vision. Alex kicked the air again and shot towards the standing giant.
BOOM!!
He got closer and punched in an upper cut motion.

The punch connected with the giants chest. It got thrown off of its feet and glided through the air for few moments before falling down and rolling few times. Sand scattered around and reached the sky. Alex was falling and noticed two hands reaching towards him.
"Hah!"
He got startled and punched the hand.
BOOM!!
The hand deflated and cracked like rotten wood. Whole hand shattered as it got logged into the ground again. Another hand reached for Alex, from a different giant.
Alex kicked the air and shot towards the ground like a meteor. He landed then slowly stood up as he looked up. Six pair of blood red eyes were staring at him through the vail of dust. Seeing this, Alex didn't feel fear.
... no. He felt excited instead! He could feel it! His heart beating like a drum. Blood rushing like they were on fire. Body beaming with energy. A wide smile was plastered on Alex's face.
A kind of exhilarating experience he could only ever imagine or watch on anime. But now, Alex could cause terrain destruction too!! And that too without worrying about getting hurt!!
The giants hand shot down. Twisting the air with its massive hand.
"Bring it on...!"
Alex murmured, crouched forward and jumped. The sand exploded. The giants hand slammed down were Alex was.
Alex climbed up the giants hand the planted his feet, taking a deep exhale he shot forward like a streak of white light. The giants hand desorted at that point and melted wherever Alex had passed by. The giant scream in pain.

Alex punched the giants face and it cracked. The force made the giants head snap back and got thrown up in the air. The giant glided throw the air and fell far back. Alex saw the amount of Abyssal Giant were increasing. And they are getting smaller, stronger.
WaaaAaAAAAaaaaaammmm!!
The giant Alex had punched first came back as two big giants and immediately attacked him. Alex punched both of them in quick succession. They were thrown back and split mid air then fell to the ground. They were now four.
They got up but ran towards Alex only to be punched and thrown back even further again. The amount of Giants were increasing in real time with every punch from Alex.
BAM!BAM!!BAMM!!!BOOM!!
The giants all ran towards Alex from all direction, trying to surround him. They punched at Alex only for him to dodge and punch them instead.
Giants were scattering like chess pieces and dangling through the air, falling far back but they came back double and stronger.
The air trembled. The ground shook. Alex was admist of all the giants, he dodged a punch mid air and punched a giant near him. It flew through the air and crashed into the sand.
Two fists from different direction pressed against Alex. Trying to crush him.
"HAH!
Alex broke free and the giants hands broke like cheap stick. The exchange continued as giants got smaller, but faster and stronger in both numbers and strength then the previous ones. The giant now were even smaller then few meters. But they were extremely fast and strong. Nearly keeping up with Alex.
The giants have turned thousands and swarmed towards Alex.
Alex at the center had a smile instead.
He took a deep breath and punched up. All the fists that were about land on Alex felt their hand jolt back.
Alex jumped forward and punched a giant. The giants body caved in, feet leaving the ground.
BOOM!!
The giant shot back like a cannonball.

The air churned and twisted around the battle field under the moonlight.
Alex looked at the giants that were running towards him. They were too many. Although he wasn't getting hurt, he couldn't hurt them either. He wasn't fast nor strong enough.
'Not enough...'
Alex shot forward. Breaking the sound barrier. His mind focused. He punched a three meter tall giant, it instantly turned silver and split in half. Alexs fist passed through them.
'Not enough...'
Alex didn't stop.
He ran even faster. Alex's body burned, cutting through the air creating heat so intense that he looked like white streak of light. He punched three different giants and they split instantly as well.
'Not enough...'
Alex increased his speed even more. He was travelling so fast from one giant to another that it looked like many white lines constantly appearing and disappearing.
The giants shot back like scattered dust particles but came back stronger and faster.
BOOM!!
A Giant the size of Alex came out nowhere and punched Alex in the gut. The wind blasted away. The giant tried drive its fist forward with all its might but only managed to make Alex lean forward a bit.
Alex looked at the giants spiraling red eyes. Frustration boiled within him.
Alex closed his eyes for a moment then opened them again. He clenched his fist and punched the the giant in the face.
Vvwaam!!
With a warp sound, the punch connected. The giants face deformed, it instantly turned silver before it turned red and exploded, turning into red light particles before disappearing.
The other giants swarmed towards Alex, surrounding him from every direction.
Hiss-
Alex took a deep breath. He leaned forward slightly. Eyes sharp and focused.
Alex stepped forward, the sand jumping up around his feet. He vanished in a thundercrack and appeared in front of a drove of giants.
He drove his fist forward and it connected with a giant, throwing it off of its feet. Alex pushed his fist further and the giant shot back swiping others with it. The giants scattered like cards in the air. The giant Alex had punched turned silver before turning into red and scattered.
Another giant pounced at Alex. It's fist drawing near fast. Alex vanished from his spot. The giant missed. Alex appeared at the giants side and punched it in the face. It got logged it the ground, and disappeared after it turned red.
Alex disappeared again. And punched another giant when he appeared. He started disappeared and reappeared so fast that it looked he was it multiple places at once.
Alex increased his speed even more. His body heated and turned white. Alex moved, leaving behind a trail if light.
VmmMmMmMmMmmmMm!!
Alex jumped from one giant to another. The battle field got illuminated with countless white light lines that looked like constellation lines. Giants turned silver then red before disappeared. Their number dwindling fast.
The air screamed. Surrounding started to heat up. Ground slowly started to melt before the area turned orange.
Few giants that still hadn't been caught up in the carnage ran towards each other. They slammed together and started to merge. Its size increased. Body more red. It looked up from the melted ground. Countless white line fluttering in the sky, reflecting on its red-black body.
It looked onto Alex, it's face turned bright red and shot a lasser beam that tore through air. It moved the its head side away, leaving a red line in the sky that disappeared in the the space.
SWAAAAA!!!
The red beam hit Alex mid motion.
He couldn't dodg and it hit his left side as his direction changed. Alex lost balance and fell face first into the melted sand then spun few times in the air carried by the momentum. Alex skidded three times in the ground before steading himself.
He slowly stood and looked at the only remaining monster. Everything else had died in the clash between him and the Abyssal Giant. The giant had gotten bigger and stronger then ever before. The air trembled around it just by standing.
Alex smirked. His heart had calmed down. The rush he felt also disappeared. He scratched his neck thinking it was good while it lasted. Alex vanished like a ghost and re appeared infront of the giant. His face neutral as he pulled his fist back. The giant tried to move but it was too slow.
The punch landed on its face. Caving it in.
WAAAMMM!!
The giant slammed into the ground. Melted sand of the whole area jumped up and the shockwave travelled like a wave of lava.
The giant logged into the ground didn't disappear nor did it multiply. It definitely survived.
"Oh? You survived? ... but not for long."
Alex said with a smirk.

From a distance the battle field looked like a red hell.
"He is growing..."
Deborah said in disbelief.
"No. He isn't growing... more like... adjusting..."
Deborah turned to Preganos with wide eyes full of disbelief. Many thoughts passed by his mind but he didn't ask. He turned to the back to the battle and saw Alex and the last giant exchanging blows. Its more like Alex tolerating the giant instead.
Suddenly, the horizon light up and a massive beam of white light hit Alex the giant. The giant died instantly from the attack it swiped him away.
The beam tore through the ground in a straight line for thousands of kilometers. The sand churned and sizzled.
Booom!!!
A massive explosion happened where the attack stopped. The white fire in explosion reached the sky, creating mushroom cloud.The shockwave travelled till the outskirts of the city and hit like a physical blow.
"Archbishop Kha..."
Preganos murmured under his breath. Rage boiling up accompanied by quite heartache and guilt. He looked at the distance. Beyond the melted land and twisting haze fo the heat, a man with hood and darkness underneath hovered on the air. He had a goat skilled staff on his right hand.
"Preganos... long time no see..."
Kha said with a melancholy tone.
"I-!!!"
Preganos was about to speak when his eyes widened. He turned to his men.
"EVERYONE!! GET INTO DEFENCE FORMATION!! NOW!!!"
Not long after he finished, the place where Alex got pushed back exploded and massive amount of sand flew up, overwhelming all the smoke and fire.
Archbishop Kha was slightly confused by Preganos's reaction because he didn't see what Preganos saw. But before he could make sense of anything, he found a white burning fist inches close away from his face. Even before the impact, Kha felt the air pressure and the heat it was generating from the friction pressing against his face.
Wam~
The fist connected with his face and Archbishop Kha's face caved in. His skin sizzled for the heat. His eyes popped out of his socket before his head exploded. The kinetic energy made the body rip into shreds.
BOOOOoooaoaoaaaaAAAaaaMMMmmmM!!!
The air trembled. The shockwave generated and swiped across the land. The heatwave of the melted battle ground got swiped away.
Shhhhaaa- WAM!!
Preganos and everyone else heard the sound first then got hit by a shockwave so strong it almost rattled their mind even though they put everything to defence.
Alex, still in the puching position as well fell down from the air.
"Well, that was easy..."
