In the multiverse of Earth X, the "Heavenly Path" of the Immortals is closed. Humans and those sent from the Heavenly Palace must follow the Path of Soul and Body. This system focuses on physical tempering and soul-core awakening.
I. The Mortal Realm (The Foundation)
This is where every human starts. It consists of 9 Layers that refine the blood, bones, and breath.
Layers 1–3 (Body Tempering): Strengthening the muscles to superhuman levels.
Layers 4–6 (Marrow Cleansing): Purifying the blood and increasing stamina.
Layers 7–9 (Aura Manifestation): The first time a cultivator can project their internal energy outward as a shield or weapon.
Note: Marcus has currently reached the 2nd Layer of the Mortal Realm.
II. The Core Awakening (Elemental Stage)
Once a cultivator passes the 9th Layer, they must form an Elemental Core.
Earth Master (Rank 1–3 Stars): Cultivators at this stage can manipulate elements (Fire, Water, Earth, etc.).
Sky Sovereign: The power to control gravity and fly. Most elite military leaders on Earth X are at this stage.
III. The Sovereign Realms (The Void Path)
These stages are legendary and rarely seen in the modern world of Earth X.
Void Walker: Masters of space. They can create portals and phase through solid objects. (Marcus's true title, The Void Prince, hints at this potential).
Nirvana King: A total rebirth of the physical body. Cultivators at this stage stop aging.
Destiny Overlord: The peak of Earth X power. They can see the "Threads of Fate" and influence the probability of events.
IV. The "Son of Destiny" Unique Mechanics
Because Marcus is bound to the Destiny System, he has access to powers that normal humans do not:
Soul-Binding (The Pact): Marcus can bind his soul to legendary beasts.
Current Bond: Merlin (Infant Dragon).
Effect: When the beast grows, Marcus gains a portion of its stats and elements automatically.
Fate Points: Earned through missions.
Unlike others who must meditate for years, Marcus can use Fate Points for Instant Breakthroughs.
The Void Core: While others have one element, Marcus's "Void" nature allows him to absorb multiple elemental cores over time.
